Abstract

La présente invention concerne le domaine de l'industrie automobile et plus précisément un dispositif pour immobiliser un ouvrant, articulé de manière provisoire ou définitive sur une caisse de véhicule, lors de son passage dans une chaîne de traitement de surface (anticorrosion, passivation, protection, peinture...) .The present invention relates to the field of the automotive industry and more specifically to a device for immobilizing a leaf, hinged temporarily or permanently on a vehicle body, during its passage through a surface treatment line (anticorrosion, passivation, protection , painting...) .
Un ouvrant d'une caisse de véhicule, comme une porte, doit, dans un cycle de production, être écarté ou rapproché de la caisse plusieurs fois durant ce cycle et immobilisé aux extrémités de ce débattement, notamment dans son état le plus proche de la caisse. Or, à ce stade, il n'est équipé ni de serrure ni de poignée de manœuvre. Il est connu d'installer sur l'ouvrant, au moyen d'un bâti de fixation, une sorte de serrure provisoire, pour assurer l'immobilisation susdite, et un organe de son actionnement. Cette serrure est le plus souvent formée par une sorte de pêne débordant latéralement de l'ouvrant pour venir s'enclencher derrière une tôle de la caisse qui borde l'ouverture de la caisse que l'ouvrant est destiné à obturer. La plupart du temps, le pêne fait face à une butée portée par le dispositif qui, elle, vient au contact de cette tôle en avant de celle-ci, de sorte que, lorsque le pêne est engagé derrière le bord de l'ouverture de la caisse, ce bord est logé entre le pêne et cette butée avec plus ou moins de jeu selon les exigences du constructeur. Lors de l'ouverture de l'ouvrant, le pêne est escamoté vers l'intérieur de l'ouverture au moyen d'un organe qui en commande une translation ou, plus souvent, une rotation à l'encontre de l'effet d'un organe élastique de rappel. Lors de la fermeture, le pêne, saillant au-delà du bord de l'ouvrant, poussé par l'organe élastique, est conformé de manière que son appui sur le bord de l'ouverture le repousse automatiquement selon un mouvement identique à celui obtenu par la manœuvre de l'organe susdit. Cet appui glissant présente l'inconvénient de détacher des particules du revêtement qui a été précédemment déposé et sur le bord de l'ouverture de la caisse frotté par le pêne et sur le pêne lui-même. A cet effet, l'invention concerne un dispositif d'immobilisation d'un ouvrant de véhicule automobile articulé à la caisse de ce dernier, dans une position proche de ladite caisse, comportant un bâti rapporté sur une face intérieure de l'ouvrant et formant le support d'un pêne apte, dans un premier état, à être logé derrière un bord de caisse délimitant l'ouverture à laquelle l'ouvrant est associé, et dans un deuxième état, à être escamoté pour pouvoir contourner ledit bord lors de l'éloignement de l'ouvrant, le pêne étant soumis à un effort tendant à le faire saillir dans sa position d'immobilisation de l'ouvrant et étant solidaire d'un élément de manœuvre tendant à l'escamoter à l'encontre de l'effort susdit, le bâti comportant, en regard du pêne, une butée destinée à venir au contact dudit bord de l'ouverture. Il faut alors prévoir que le bord extérieur du pêne soit conformé en une surface de came qui permette son effacement par le bord de caisse sur lequel il va frotter, frottement qui peut générer la formation de microparticules mais qu'une seule fois.
