Definitions

  • the invention relates to a control arrangement for a motor vehicle lock system according to the preamble of claim 1, a motor vehicle lock system according to the preamble of claim 14 and a method for operating a motor vehicle lock system according to the preamble of claim 15.
  • the motor vehicle lock system in question has motor vehicle locks which can be assigned to any locking element of a motor vehicle.
  • the term “closure element” is to be interpreted broadly.
  • the term “closure element” includes, for example, a side door, a rear door, a tailgate, a trunk lid, a front hood, an engine hood or the like.
  • the closure element can be hinged to the body of the motor vehicle in the manner of a pivoting door or in the manner of a sliding door.
  • closing arrangement takes over, for example, the motorized transfer of the locking element from a pre-locking position to a main locking position, so that the vehicle operator or a drive arrangement of the locking element is relieved of this last adjustment section, which usually has to take place against a high door sealing pressure.
  • motor vehicle lock systems are used with at least two motor vehicle locksmiths who are arranged, for example, on opposite sides of the locking element.
  • the equipment of the motor vehicle lock system with a closing function has proven itself, the motor vehicle locksmiths each being equipped with a closing arrangement which independently of one another cause the respective motor vehicle lock to be closed.
  • the invention is based on the problem of designing and developing the control arrangement for a motor vehicle lock system in such a way that the implementation of the closing function is further improved.
  • the above problem is solved in a control arrangement according to the preamble of claim 1 by the features of the characterizing part of claim 1.
  • the invention is based on the assumption that the control arrangement for a motor vehicle lock system is set up with at least one first motor vehicle lock and a second motor vehicle lock.
  • several motor vehicle locksmiths are provided, one of these motor vehicle locksmiths being referred to as the “first” and another as the “second” motor vehicle lock. Further motor vehicle fitters can be provided.
  • the first and the second motor vehicle lock are assigned to one, preferably the same, closure element of a motor vehicle, the motor vehicle locksmiths each being able to be brought into a main closed position and possibly a pre-closed position for a holding engagement between a latch of the motor vehicle lock and a closing part as well as into an open position are.
  • the motor vehicle lock system has a sensor arrangement which determines sensor values for the respective position of the motor vehicle locksmith.
  • first and the second motor vehicle lock each have a closing arrangement which is provided for closing the respective motor vehicle lock in a respective closing process and which acts on the lock latch and / or the locking part, the motor vehicle lock system at least one, in particular each having an electrical closing drive for the closing arrangements.
  • the control arrangement triggers a closing routine in which the control arrangement controls the at least one closing drive.
  • control arrangement generates a respective control specification for the closing processes as a function of the sensor values and according to a coordination specification that, according to the coordination specification, the closing process of the first motor vehicle lock and the closing process of the second motor vehicle lock each depend on the position of the first motor vehicle lock as well as are dependent on the position of the second motor vehicle lock, and that the control arrangement controls the at least one closing drive in accordance with the control specifications.
  • the coordination specification is a rule as to how the closing operations of the individual motor vehicle mechanics are to be carried out in comparison to one another and depending on the respective position of the motor vehicle mechanics.
  • the coordination specification is used as the basis for generating the control specification, which in turn is representative of the course of the control and thus for the course of movement in the respective closing process, which is effected by means of the at least one closing drive.
  • the control specification is particularly representative of the point in time at which the respective motor vehicle lock is to be moved when it is closed and at what speed. In the present case, the position of both the first and the second motor vehicle lock influences the generation of the activation specification, so that the closing of the respective motor vehicle lock can be adapted to the position of both motor vehicle locksmiths.
  • the proposed solution is particularly advantageous if there is little mechanical coupling of the motor vehicle locksmiths via the closure element, for example due to the size and deformability of the closure element. Even with changing mechanical conditions, for example with wear and tear or soiling, a coordination of the closing processes can be achieved reliably, since the positions of both motor vehicle fitters are taken into account via the sensor values in the control.
  • the voting specification specifies an essentially simultaneous start of the closing of the motor vehicle locksmiths, with which a particularly harmonious closing function is realized.
  • the coordination specification can specify a chronologically consecutive closing of the motor vehicle mechanics, where, for example, a closing sequence which is particularly advantageous for the closing movement of the adjusting element takes place. If, according to a further embodiment, the closing of one of the motor vehicle fitters begins after the closing of another motor vehicle fitter, the power consumption of the closing drive is significantly reduced.
  • the starting criterion is defined in the likewise preferred embodiment according to claim 3 in that at least one of the motor vehicle locksmiths, preferably all motor vehicle locksmiths, has or have reached a predetermined starting position, in particular the pre-locking position. This is associated with a high reliability of the closing function.
  • the reliability of the closing function can also be increased in the further refinement according to claim 4 in that the actuation specifications have a predetermined waiting time in accordance with the coordination specification. This can ensure that the locking element on all motor vehicle locksmiths is adequately closed at the start of the closing routine.
  • the coordination requirement relates to the speed of the closing of the motor vehicle locksmiths.
  • different mechanical boundary conditions of the individual motor vehicle fitters are taken into account in the control.
