Claims (12)

  1. An assembly (100; 200; 300; 400) forming a cap for a cosmetic product container, said assembly having a longitudinal axis (XX') along which there extend a first element (110; 210; 310; 410) intended to be mounted on the container and a second element (120; 220; 320; 420) detachably assembled around the first element (110; 210; 310; 410),
    - the first element (110; 210; 310; 410) comprising tabs (115; 215; 315; 415) which are radially elastically deformable for assembling/disassembling the second element (120; 220; 320; 420) on the first element (110; 210; 310; 410), said tabs (115; 215; 315; 415) cooperating, in the assembled position, with notches (126; 226; 326; 426) formed inside the second element (110; 210; 310; 410), and
    - said assembly (100; 200; 300; 400) also comprising additional release means (130; 230; 330; 430) which is movable between a first extreme position in which the tabs (115; 215; 315; 415) of the first element (110; 210; 310; 410) are engaged with the notches (126; 226; 326; 426) of the second element (120; 220; 320; 420) for assembling the first and second elements, and a second extreme position in which said tabs (115; 215; 315; 415) are disengaged radially from said notches (126; 226; 326; 426) for disassembling the first and second elements.
  2. The assembly (100) according to claim 1, characterized in that the additional release means (130) is a member having magnetic properties which is adapted to be displaced under the effect of a determined external magnetic field (S), said member having magnetic properties (130) being axially movable between a first rest position when it is placed outside the magnetic field (S) and a second active position to disengage the tabs (115) from the notches (126) when it is placed in said magnetic field (S) .
  3. The assembly (100) according to claim 2, characterized in that the radially elastically deformable tabs (115) respectively have peripheral end hooks (116) adapted to penetrate into the notches (126) of the second element (120), and the member having magnetic properties (130) is a ring-shaped magnet (131) disposed around central fingers (117) which are secured to said tabs (115) and having a conical outer surface (118), said fingers (117) bringing together said tabs (115) radially in the direction of the longitudinal axis (XX') when the magnet (131) passes from the rest position to the active position, thus causing the disengagement of the hooks (116) out from the notches (126) .
  4. The assembly (100) according to claim 3, characterized in that the central fingers (117), the notches (126) and the radially elastically deformable tabs (115) are three in number and are evenly angularly distributed.
  5. The assembly (200; 300; 400) according to claim 1, characterized in that the additional release means (230; 330; 430) is an axially movable tool exclusively inside the first element (210; 310; 410) between a first rest position and a second active position to disengage the tabs (215; 315; 415) from the notches (226; 326; 426).
  6. The assembly (200) according to claim 5, characterized in that the radially elastically deformable tabs (215) have respectively, at the free ends thereof, peripheral hooks (216) adapted to penetrate into the notches (226) of the second element (220), the tabs (215) being secured to a wall of the first element (210) being reduced in the direction of said tabs (215), and the axially movable tool (230) is a rod (231) provided, at one working end (232), with radial pushers (234), the axial displacement of the tool (230) along the inner wall of the first element (210) causing the radial spacing of the tabs (215) by the pushers (234) and the disengagement of the hooks (216) out from the notches (226).
  7. The assembly (200) according to claim 6, characterized in that the first element (210) comprises, along the inner wall thereof, grooves (214) for inserting and axially guiding the pushers (234) of the tool (230) towards the hooks (216).
  8. The assembly (200) according to any one of claims 6 to 7, characterized in that the pushers (234), the notches (226) and the radially elastically deformable tabs (215) are three in number and are evenly angularly distributed.
  9. The assembly (300; 400) according to claim 1, characterized in that the first element (310; 410) comprises an internal thread (314; 414) and the additional release means (330; 430) is a rod (331; 431) provided with an external thread (334, 434), said rod (331; 431) being movable axially and in rotation along/about the axis (XX') inside the first element (310; 410) between a first rest position and a second active position in which the respective threads (314; 414; 334; 434) are engaged to gradually disengage the tabs (315; 415) from the notches (326; 426) of the second element (320; 420) as the screwing of the rod (331; 431) into the first element (310, 410) progresses.
  10. The assembly (400) according to claim 10, characterized in that the rod (431) is further provided with an enlarged end head (435) intended to bear against a conical inner wall (419) of the first element (410) carrying the radially elastically deformable tabs (415), said tabs (415) being radially spaced apart from each other exclusively under the effect of the action of the enlarged head (435) on said inner wall (419) as the screwing of the rod (431) into the first element (410) progresses.
  11. The assembly (100; 200; 300; 400) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the notches (116; 216; 316; 416) are blind housings.
  12. The assembly (100; 200; 300; 400) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the notches (116; 216; 316; 416) are through holes.
