Claims (18)

  1. Rollschirm (1), insbesondere in Form eines Insektennetzes oder dergleichen, zum Abschirmen einer Gebäudeöffnung (3), insbesondere einer Dachfensterfläche, wobei der Rollschirm Folgendes aufweist:
    ein oberes Gehäuse (4), das eine erste Längsrichtung definiert und in dem eine federgespannte Rollstange (12) drehbar angeordnet ist,
    eine untere Stange (13), die dazu ausgelegt ist, sich im Wesentlichen parallel zu dem oberen Gehäuse (4) zu erstrecken und manuell betätigbar ist,
    eine erste Seitenschiene (6) und eine zweite Seitenschiene (7), die sich jeweils in einer zweiten Längsrichtung im Wesentlichen rechtwinklig von einem jeweiligen Ende des oberen Gehäuses (4) aus erstrecken und mindestens eine erste Schiene (71) mit einer Öffnung (711) aufweisen, die durch einen vorderen Flansch (70), einen Schenkel (74), einen vorstehenden Flansch (72) und einen aufrechten Flanschabschnitt (73a) begrenzt ist, wobei die Öffnungen der ersten Seitenschiene (6) und der zweiten Seitenschiene (7) einander gegenüberliegen, und
    einen Schirmkörper (10) mit zwei Seitenrändern und einer vorgegebenen Länge zwischen einem ersten, mit der Rollstange (12) verbundenen Endabschnitt und einem zweiten, mit der unteren Stange (13) verbundenen Endabschnitt, wobei der Schirmkörper (10) in der zweiten Längsrichtung zwischen einer Nicht-Schirmstellung und einer Schirmstellung bewegbar ist, in der der Schirmkörper (10) von der Rollstange (12) abgewickelt ist und die Gebäudeöffnung abdeckt, wobei die zwei Seitenränder des Schirmkörpers mit einzelnen oder kontinuierlich angeordneten Verdickungen versehen sind, die in der ersten Spur (71) geführt werden und eine Querabmessung aufweisen, die größer als die Öffnung (711) ist,
    wobei ein unterer Anschlagmechanismus vorgesehen und dazu ausgelegt ist, die untere Stange (13) mit dem Schirmkörper in der abgewickelten Position zu positionieren und sicher zu halten,
    wobei die untere Stange (13) zwei gegenüberliegende Enden (130) aufweist, wobei jedes der zwei gegenüberliegenden Enden (130) der unteren Stange (13) mit einer Endvorrichtung (50) versehen ist, die Folgendes aufweist:
    - Führungs- und Reibungsmittel (51), die dazu ausgelegt sind, in der ersten Schiene (71) der jeweiligen Seitenschiene (6, 7) angeordnet zu werden und mit größeren Abmessungen als die Öffnung (711) der ersten Schiene (71) versehen sind, und die mindestens ein elastisches Element (512, 513), das an einem festen Element (511) angeordnet und dazu ausgelegt ist, gegen mindestens eine Innenseite eines Flansches (70, 72) der Schiene (71) zu drücken, und Mittel (52) des unteren Anschlagmechanismus aufweisen, wobei die Mittel einen elastischen Teil (52) aufweisen, der in einer Richtung parallel zu und weg von der unteren Stange (13) vorgespannt ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Rollschirm für die Installation in eine schräge Wand vorgesehen ist,
    der untere Anschlagmechanismus ferner ein zweites Teil (60) aufweist, das in, an oder auf einem unteren Ende jeder Seitenschiene (7) angeordnet ist, wobei das zweite Teil eine Ausnehmung (611) aufweist, wobei das zweite Teil (60) mit einem Kopfabschnitt (612) versehen ist, der sich in der zweiten Längsrichtung über der Ausnehmung (611) befindet, und
    der untere Anschlagmechanismus einen gegenseitigen Eingriff zwischen dem elastischen Teil und der unterhalb des Kopfabschnitts des zweiten Teils befindlichen Ausnehmung beinhaltet.
  2. Rollschirm gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der zweite Teil (60) des unteren Anschlagmechanismus außerhalb der mindestens ersten Spur (71) der Seitenschiene, vorzugsweise in einer separaten zweiten Spur (75), angeordnet ist.
  3. Rollschirm gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Führungs- und Reibungsmittel (51) der jeweiligen Endvorrichtung (50) mit jedem Ende der unteren Stange (13) einstellbar, insbesondere in Bezug auf eine Längsrichtung der unteren Stange (13) einstellbar, verbunden sind.
  4. Rollschirm gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, wobei die untere Stange und die Führungs- und Reibungsmittel fest miteinander verbunden sind und wobei die Führungs- und Reibungsmittel jeder Endvorrichtung innerhalb der Spur der jeweiligen Seitenschiene einstellbar sind.
  5. Rollschirm gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das elastische Teil (52) der unteren Anschlagmechanismusmittel der Endvorrichtung (50) eine obere geneigte Fläche (523) aufweist, die zur Anlage an einer Kante der Ausnehmung (611) des zweiten Teils (60) des unteren Anschlagmechanismus eingerichtet ist.
  6. Rollschirm gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das elastische Teil (52) eine untere geneigte Fläche (524) aufweist, die zur gleitenden Anlage an einem geneigten Abschnitt (613) des zweiten Teils (60) während der Bewegung der unteren Stange (13) in der Abwickelrichtung des Rollschirms (1) eingerichtet ist.
  7. Rollschirm gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das elastische Teil (52) einen Arm mit einem Drehpunkt und ein Vorspannelement, wie z. B. eine Feder (521), aufweist, das an einem gegenüberliegenden, freien Ende des Arms angeordnet ist.
  8. Rollschirm gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das elastische Teil (52) zwischen einer Ruheposition und einer maximal gebogenen Position bewegbar ist, und wobei das elastische Element in der maximal gebogenen Position in einem Abstand von einer Innenseite eines Schenkels (74) der Seitenschiene (7) positioniert ist.
  9. Rollschirm gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jede der Seitenschienen (7) eine zweite Spur (75) aufweist, die von der ersten Spur (71) durch den vorstehenden Flansch (72) getrennt und durch den Schenkel (74) und einen unteren Flansch (76) begrenzt ist, und wobei das elastische Teil (52) der unteren Anschlagmechanismusmittel dazu ausgelegt ist, in der zweiten Spur (75) bewegbar zu sein.
  10. Rollschirm gemäß Anspruch 9, wobei die zweite Spur (75) in einem montierten Zustand des Rollschirms näher an einer Innenwand der Gebäudeöffnung als die erste Spur (71) angeordnet ist.
  11. Rollschirm gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Seitenschienen (6, 7) Verlängerungselemente (8, 9) aufweisen.
  12. Rollschirm gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein unteres Element (5) gegenüber dem oberen Gehäuse (4) so vorgesehen ist, dass ein rechteckiger Rahmen gebildet wird, der das obere Gehäuse (4), das untere Element (5), die erste und zweite Seitenschiene (6, 7) und gegebenenfalls Verlängerungselemente (8, 9) aufweist, sodass das obere Gehäuse (4) und das untere Element (5) im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander verlaufen, und die erste und zweite Seitenschiene (6, 7), gegebenenfalls mit Verlängerungselementen (8, 9), im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander verlaufen und das obere Gehäuse (4) und das untere Element (5) verbinden, wobei die Verlängerungselemente (8, 9) vorzugsweise einen im Wesentlichen gleichen Querschnitt wie die Seitenschienen (6, 7) aufweisen.
  13. Rollschirm gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Führungs- und Reibungsmittel (51) und die Mittel (52) des unteren Anschlagmechanismus so ausgelegt sind, dass ein Lösen der Mittel an einem Ende der unteren Stange (13) ein Lösen der Mittel am anderen Ende der unteren Stange (13) nach sich zieht, wenn die untere Stange in einen Winkel relativ zur ersten Längsrichtung gebracht wird.
  14. Rollschirm gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Führungs- und Reibungsmittel (51) und die Mittel (52) des unteren Anschlagmechanismus mit mindestens einem gemeinsamen Element (53, 54) der Endvorrichtung (50), vorzugsweise mit einem gemeinsamen Basiselement (53) und einem gemeinsamen Übergangselement (54), verbunden sind.
  15. Rollschirm gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei mindestens ein elastisches Element (512, 513) dazu ausgelegt ist, gegen die Innenseite des vorderen Flansches (70) zu drücken, der die Spur (71) der Seitenschiene (6, 7) begrenzt.
  16. Rollschirm gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine Feder (514) mit dem festen Element (511) verbunden ist.
  17. Rollschirm gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein erstes elastisches Element (512) und ein zweites elastisches Element (513) mit einem gemeinsamen festen Element (511) verbunden sind, das dazu ausgelegt ist, gegen die Innenseite des vorderen Flansches (70) und den vorstehenden Flansch (72), der die Spur (71) der Seitenschiene (6, 7) begrenzt, zu drücken.
  18. Rollschirm gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die untere Stange (13) Mittel zur Begrenzung eines Griffabschnitts (14) zum Greifen der unteren Stange (13) in einem mittleren Abschnitt desselben aufweist, wobei die Mittel vorzugsweise mindestens ein Einsatzelement (20; 201, 202) aufweisen, das in einer Längsnut (131) der unteren Stange (13) untergebracht ist.
