Claims (8)
- Industriefahrzeug (10), enthaltend:einen Rahmen (12), der eine Vertiefung (14) zum Empfangen einer elektrischen Batterieanordnung (40) und eine Seitenöffnung (34) zum Einsetzen der elektrischen Batterieanordnung in die Vertiefung (14) enthält,eine am Rahmen befestigte Hebeanordnung (12) zum Heben einer Last, undein Gegengewicht (13), das an dem Rahmen (12) gegenüber der Hebeanordnung fixiert ist, um das Gewicht der Hebeanordnung und einer von der Hebeanordnung gehobenen Last auszugleichen;wobei die Vertiefung (14) und die Seitenöffnung (34) nach unten offen sind, um das laterale Einsetzen der elektrischen Batterieanordnung (40) in die Vertiefung (14) und das laterale Extrahieren der elektrischen Batterieanordnung (40) aus der Vertiefung (14) unter Verwendung einer Gabel zu ermöglichen,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gegengewicht (13) mit einem integralen Einzelteil gebildet ist, das eine Oberfläche (23) zum Stützen der elektrischen Batterieanordnung (40) enthält, wenn die elektrische Batterieanordnung (40) in der Vertiefung (14) des Rahmens (12) positioniert ist,wobei das Gegengewicht (13) einen Hauptkörper (22), der oberhalb einer Achsstruktur (15) des Industriefahrzeugs positioniert ist, und einen Armabschnitt (17) enthält, der von dem Hauptkörper (22) zwischen einer Vorderachse und einer Hinterachse des Industriefahrzeugs nach unten ragt, wobei sich ein Vorsprung (18) von dem Armabschnitt (17) erstreckt, wobei der Vorsprung die Oberfläche (23) zum Stützen der elektrischen Batterieanordnung (40) bildet.
- Industriefahrzeug (10) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die elektrische Batterieanordnung (40) von der durch das Gegengewicht (13) gebildeten Oberfläche (23) an einer Hinterseite und von zwei Vorderoberflächen (32, 33) an einer Vorderseite gestützt wird, wobei die beiden Vorderoberflächen (32, 33) an dem Rahmen (1) gebildet sind.
- Industriefahrzeug (10) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Gegengewicht (13) direkt mit einem oberen Abschnitt einer Achsstruktur (15) des Industriefahrzeugs verbunden ist.
- Industriefahrzeug (10) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei sich das Gegengewicht (13) über substanziell die gesamte Erstreckung der Achsstruktur (15) des Industriefahrzeugs sowohl in einer longitudinalen als auch in einer transversalen Richtung des Industriefahrzeugs erstreckt.
- Industriefahrzeug (10) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Achsstruktur (15) des Industriefahrzeugs (10) mit dem Rahmen (12) durch das Gegengewicht (13) verbunden ist.
- Industriefahrzeug (10) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Oberfläche (23) zum Stützen der elektrischen Batterieanordnung (40) auf Höhe der Räder des Industriefahrzeugs (10) ist, bevorzugt unterhalb der Höhe einer Zentralachse der Räder.
- Industriefahrzeug (10) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Rahmen (12) ein erstes Seitenelement (20) und ein zweites Seitenelement (21) enthält, die sich auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Industriefahrzeugs von einer Hinterachse zu einer Vorderachse des Industriefahrzeugs (10) erstrecken, wobei das Gegengewicht (13) eine strukturelle Funktion hat, das erste Seitenelement (20) und das zweite Seitenelement (21) miteinander zu verbinden.
- Industriefahrzeug (10) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Gewicht des Gegengewichts (13) zwischen 25% und 150% der Maximallast, die von der Hebeanordnung gehoben werden kann, oder zwischen 1.000Kg und 10.000Kg liegt.
