Claims (12)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zur Neutralisierung einer chemischen oder biologischen Waffe (2), umfassend:
    - eine dichte Umfassung (3), die ein Innenvolumen (31) abgrenzt und die zwischen einer eingezogenen Position und einer ausgefahrenen Position beweglich ist,
    - eine pyrotechnische Neutralisierungsladung (4), die im Inneren der Umfassung (3) angeordnet ist,
    - ein Dekontaminationsmittel (5), das im Inneren der Umfassung (3) angeordnet ist und das die pyrotechnische Neutralisierungsladung (4) umgibt,
    - ein Abschwächungsmittel (6), das im Inneren der Umfassung (3) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abschwächungsmittel das Dekontaminationsmittel (5) bedeckt.
  2. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) ein Filter (7) umfasst, das mit dem Innenvolumen (31) der Umfassung (3) durch einen Kanal (71) verbunden ist.
  3. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) ein System (41) zur Steuerung der Zündung der pyrotechnischen Neutralisierungsladung (4) umfasst, wobei das Zündungssteuerungssystem (41) durch einen Draht mit der pyrotechnischen Neutralisierungsladung (4) verbunden ist, wobei der Draht durch den Kanal (71) verläuft.
  4. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) eine Innenhülle (61) umfasst, die sich im Inneren der Umfassung (3) befindet und die das Abschwächungsmittel (6) hält.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei das Abschwächungsmittel (6) ein wässriger Schaum ist.
  6. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die Umfassung (3) aus einer biegsamen Hülle gebildet ist.
  7. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei das Dekontaminationsmittel (5) eine pulverförmige, feste, mineralische Substanz umfasst.
  8. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei ein Sarkophag (8), der eine Schwächezone umfasst, die pyrotechnische Neutralisierungsladung (4) umgibt.
  9. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 8, wobei der Sarkophag (8) einen durch einen Deckel geschlossenen Behälter umfasst, wobei die Schwächezone der Verbindung zwischen dem Behälter und dem Deckel entspricht.
  10. Verfahren zur Verwendung der Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, das die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Graben eines Lochs in einem Boden,
    - Instellungbringen der Umfassung (3) über das vorhergehend gegrabene Loch,
    - Schütten einer ersten Schicht Dekontaminationsmittel (5) auf den Boden des Lochs,
    - Instellungbringen einer chemischen oder biologischen Waffe (2), auf der die pyrotechnische Neutralisierungsladung (4) eingerichtet ist, im Inneren der Umfassung (3) über die erste Schicht Dekontaminationsmittel (5),
    - Schütten einer zweiten Schicht Dekontaminationsmittel (5) über die chemische oder biologische Waffe (2),
    - Instellungbringen des Abschwächungsmittels (6) im Inneren der Umfassung (3) über die zweite Schicht Dekontaminationsmittel (5),
    - Schließen und Bringen der Umfassung (3) in die eingezogene Position,
    - Zünden der pyrotechnischen Neutralisierungsladung (4).
  11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, wobei die zweite Schicht Dekontaminationsmittel (5) eine erste Teilschicht, die aus einem Gemisch aus Dekontaminationsmittel (5) mit einem Anteil des beim Graben des Lochs gewonnenen Bodens gebildet wird, und eine zweite Teilschicht umfasst, die auf der ersten Teilschicht aufgebracht wird und die aus dem Dekontaminationsmittel (5) gebildet wird.
  12. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 oder 11, wobei die chemische oder biologische Waffe (2) und die pyrotechnische Neutralisierungsladung (4) in einem Sarkophag (8) eingerichtet werden, der eine Schwächezone umfasst.
