- the descent of the actuating cylinder 115 is controlled by a known signaling system of its position and, when it reaches the lower limit position that corresponds to the final working position of a piece to be worked, the condition of maintenance mentioned before is activated, in which the actuating cylinder 115 is kept stationary until the material in which the piece to be worked is manufactured has stabilized or cooled down: this is the case, for instance, of a folding work of a sheet metal piece that, after the active phase of proper folding, requires a waiting phase, to allow the folded sheet metal to stabilize its own condition of internal stress caused by folding, or to cool the formed piece, for instance in case of forming pieces manufactured in glass.
- shut-off valve 116 is kept in the open configuration 116A connecting, through the hydraulic line (#), the chamber 114 with the reservoir 103, through the pump 102.
- the counter-rotation "SX" is contrary to the active rotation “DX” and the counter-rotation speed is controlled by the motor 101 that, in practice, acts as a brake for the rotation of the pump 102 that becomes a control element of the outflow of oil through the hydraulic line (#) and, consequently, of the speed of reascent of the cylinder 115 toward the UDC.
- the accumulator 105 feeds oil under pressure into the chamber 113 on the rod side through the line (o) according to the arrow F5, providing the necessary push for the return of the cylinder 115, and the unidirectional valve 107 prevents oil under pressure that flows out from the accumulator 105 from flowing directly towards the reservoir 103, i.e. by-passing the cylinder 115.
- the pressure reducer 108 allows both to change the pressure inside the accumulator 105 and to discharge a small quantity of oil through its drainage duct.
- This pressure increase causes a drainage of small quantities of oil from the pressure reducer 108 (of the order of 2-4 liters per minute, considering that the drainage activates in the cycle, only in the phase of descent of the cylinder) that is restored when the cylinder 115 carries out a reascent stroke.
- pressure inside the accumulator 105 decreases down to a value lower than the one determined by the pressure reducer 108, and the oil present in the inside is constantly refilled by a supply of additional fresh oil.
- the action of the accumulator 105 besides improving the positioning accuracy of the ram/rammer, allows to control the displacement speeds thereof and with the counter-rotation of the brushless motor and of the pump, allows the rammer to move micrometrically in both directions, i.e. to float, a condition that, with the use of four-quadrant pumps, is difficult to be achieved.
- the presence of the accumulator 105 allows both to obtain an improvement of the final position, and to control the speed of the ram causing it to move micrometrically in both directions.

Claims (8)
- Steuerungsverfahren zur Steuerung eines Zylinderstellglieds (115) umfassend eine Kammer (113) an der Stangenseite des Zylinderstellglieds (115) und eine Kammer (114) an der Kopfseite des Zylinderstellglieds (115), wobei das Zylinderstellglied (115) dafür ausgelegt ist, einen Stößel einer Presse zu betätigen, wobei das Steuerungsverfahren umfasst:- Bereitstellen eines Speichers (105), der nur mit der genannten Kammer (113) an der Stangenseite des Zylinderstellglieds (115) verbunden ist;- Betätigen einer Motorgruppe (101), der eine Pumpengruppe (102) bestehend aus einer 2-Quadranten-Pumpe, die über ein Absperrventil (116) unmittelbar in Fluidverbindung mit der genannten Kammer (114) an der Kopfseite des genannten Zylinderstellglieds (115) durch einen fluiddynamischen Kreislauf für ein Zufuhrfluid steht und die eine aktive Drehung (DX) und eine passive Gegendrehung (SX) hat, zugeordnet ist;- Hin- und Herbewegen des genannten Zylinderstellglieds (115) zwischen einem aktiven Arbeitshub während der genannten aktiven Drehung (DX) und einem Rückhub während der genannten Gegendrehung (SX), worin der Bewegung des Zylinderstellglieds (115) in der Phase des Abstiegs vom Druck in der Kammer (113) an der Stangenseite des Zylinderstellglieds (115), die mit dem genannten Speicher (105) in Fluidverbindung steht, entgegengewirkt wird;- Steuern durch die genannte Motorgruppe und Pumpengruppe (101, 102) zumindest eines von dem genannten aktiven Hub und/oder Rückhub während zumindest einer von der genannten aktiven Drehung (DX) und/oder der genannten Gegendrehung (SX);- Detektieren durch einen Druckgeber (112) des Erreichens eines programmierten Druckwertes, auf den ein Druckminderer (108) gesetzt ist, um den Druck innerhalb des Speichers (105) zu steuern, worin das genannte Steuern umfasst:- mikrometrisches Steuern einer aktiven Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit des genannten aktiven Hubs und/oder einer Rücklaufgeschwindigkeit des genannten Rückhubs; und- Halten des genannten Zylinderstellglieds (115) in einem schwebenden Zustand zwischen dem genannten aktiven Hub und dem genannten Rückhub.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin die genannte Motorgruppe einen bürstenlosen Motor (101) umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin der genannte aktive Hub alternativ das Stanzen, Biegen, Formen von Werkstücken umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin die Abwärtsbewegung des genannten Zylinderstellglieds (115) von der Differenz der Drücke der Zufuhrfluidvolumina, die in den genannten Kammern (114, 113) vorhanden sind, gesteuert wird.
- System zur Steuerung eines Zylinderstellglieds (115) umfassend eine Kammer (113) an der Stangenseite des Zylinderstellglieds (115) und eine Kammer (114) an der Kopfseite des Zylinderstellglieds (115), wobei das Zylinderstellglied (115) dafür ausgelegt ist, einen Stößel einer Presse durch Hin- und Herbewegen des genannten Stößels zumindest in einen aktiven Arbeitshub oder in einen passiven Rückhub zu betätigen, wobei das System umfasst:- eine Motorgruppe (101);- eine Pumpengruppe (102) bestehend aus einer 2-Quadranten-Pumpe, die über ein Absperrventil mit der genannten Kammer (114) an der Kopfseite des Zylinderstellglieds (115) unmittelbar verbunden ist, die der genannten Motorgruppe (101) zugeordnet ist und dafür ausgelegt ist, ein Zufuhrfluid zur genannten Kammer (114) am Kopf des Zylinderstellglieds (115) zu pumpen;- einen Speicher (105), der nur mit der genannten Kammer (113) an der Stangenseite des Zylinderstellglieds (115) in Fluidverbindung steht und dafür ausgelegt ist, der Phase des Abstiegs des genannten Zylinderstellglieds (115) entgegenzuwirken;- einen verbindenden und fördernden fluiddynamischen Kreislauf, der die genannte Pumpengruppe (102) mit dem genannten Zylinderstellglied (115) und mit dem genannten Speicher (105) über Hydraulikleitungen (x, o, #) verbindet und ein Zufuhrfluid zwischen ihnen fördert;wobei das System ferner umfasst:- Steuerungsmittel zumindest des genannten aktiven Arbeitshubs oder des genannten passiven Rückhubs, die dafür ausgelegt sind, das genannte Zylinderstellglied in einem schwebenden Zustand dazwischen zu halten, bestehend aus der genannten Motorgruppe (101), die der genannten Pumpengruppe (102) zugeordnet ist, und aus dem genannten Speicher (105);- eine Zufuhreinheit (106), die zwischen der genannten Motorgruppe (101), der genannten Pumpengruppe (102) und dem genannten Speicher (105) zwischengeschaltet ist, wobei die genannte Zufuhreinheit einen Druckminderer umfasst, um einen programmierten Druckwert zu setzen, um den Druck innerhalb des Speichers (105) zu steuern;- einen Druckgeber (112) zum Detektieren, wenn der genannte programmierte Druckwert erreicht wird.
- System nach Anspruch 5, worin die genannte Motorgruppe einen bürstenlosen Motor (101) umfasst.
- System nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, worin die genannte Zufuhreinheit (106) ein Ein-Richtungs-Ventil (107) umfasst, um zu verhindern, dass das Zufuhrfluid unter Druck aus dem Speicher (105) unmittelbar zum Reservoir (103) ausfließt, um das Umgehen des genannten Zylinderstellglieds (115) zu vermeiden.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 5-7, worin die genannte Zufuhreinheit (106) ein Elektroventil (109) umfasst, um dem Zufuhrfluid selektiv zu ermöglichen oder es daran zu hindern, den genannten Speicher (105) zu erreichen.
