Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif à rouleaux pour couvertures de piscine, à installer à côté d'un bord périphérique d'une piscine pour le dépliage et le pliage automatique d'une couverture (1) flexible et soulevée pour le recouvrement temporaire du bassin de piscine, comprenant :
    - un arbre rotatif (2) tubulaire, sur lequel la couverture (1) est enroulée et déroulée, présentant une extrémité libre (4) et une extrémité de moteur (5) ;
    - deux pieds de support (3), pour supporter les extrémités (4, 5) de l'arbre rotatif (2) et le maintenir soulevé au-dessus du sol ; et
    - un mécanisme d'entraînement d'arbre rotatif (2), pour le déplacement rotatif de l'arbre rotatif (2) dans deux directions correspondantes avec l'enroulement et le déroulement de la couverture (1) sur l'arbre rotatif (2) ;
    dans lequel chacun des pieds de support (3) comprend :
    - une console (7) interne, ancrée au bord périphérique de la piscine au moyen d'éléments d'assemblage (8), qui comprend à son tour :
    - un boîtier central (12) circulaire pour accoupler l'extrémité (4, 5) correspondante de l'arbre rotatif (2) ; et
    - un carter (9) externe pour recouvrir la console (7), de sorte que les extrémités (4, 5) de l'arbre rotatif (2) et le mécanisme d'entraînement sont complètement logés à l'intérieur de leur pied de support (3) correspondant et protégés des éléments ;
    et dans lequel le mécanisme d'entraînement comprend :
    - un moteur (6) relié à l'arbre rotatif (2), configuré pour entraîner ledit arbre rotatif (2) ;
    - un inverseur de rotation de moteur (6) ; et
    - un mécanisme d'interrupteur de fin de course (17) du moteur (6) ;
    le dispositif étant caractérisé en ce que chaque console (7) interne comprend également un système de palier (13) situé autour du boîtier central (12) et intégré dans la console (7), pour supporter et guider directement la rotation de l'arbre rotatif (2), et en ce que le moteur (6) est situé à l'intérieur de l'extrémité de moteur (5) de l'arbre rotatif (2).
  2. Dispositif à rouleaux selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le carter (9) comprend :
    - un couvercle arrière (10), tourné vers l'arbre rotatif (2), qui comprend à son tour un trou central (16) qui peut être confronté au boîtier central (12) de la console (7) pour permettre le passage de l'extrémité (4, 5) correspondante de l'arbre rotatif (2) ; et
    - un couvercle avant (11), tourné vers l'extérieur.
  3. Dispositif à rouleaux selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le carter (9) comprend en outre une garniture (20) composée d'une feuille d'aluminium, pouvant s'insérer entre le couvercle arrière (10) et le couvercle avant (11).
  4. Dispositif à rouleaux selon les revendications 2 ou 3, dans lequel le couvercle avant (11) du carter (9) du pied de support (3) correspondant à l'extrémité de moteur (5) incorpore un dispositif d'ouverture et de fermeture.
  5. Dispositif à rouleaux selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le pied de support (3) correspondant à l'extrémité de moteur (5) comprend :
    - une plaque de montage amovible (14), pour la transmission du couple moteur du mécanisme d'entraînement ; et
    - un boîtier de connexion (15), intégré dans la console (7), pour insérer des éléments de commande à distance (21) du dispositif et des connexions électriques.
  6. Dispositif à rouleaux selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'arbre rotatif (2) présente un boîtier longitudinal (18) du type à fente ou rainure de clavetage, pour fixer la couverture (1) audit arbre rotatif (2).
  7. Dispositif à rouleaux selon la revendication 6, dans lequel l'arbre rotatif (2) comprend en outre des coins (19) pouvant être insérés dans les extrémités respectives du boîtier (18) pour garantir la continuité cylindrique de l'arbre rotatif (2) avec le système de palier (13).
