Claims (7)
- Walzenvorrichtung für Schwimmbadabdeckungen, die neben einer Umfangskante eines Schwimmbads anzubringen ist, zum automatischen Entfalten und Falten einer flexiblen und erhöhten Abdeckung (1) zum zeitweisen Abdecken des Schwimmbadbeckens, mit:- einer röhrenförmigen Drehwelle (2), an der die Abdeckung (1) auf- und abgerollt wird und die ein freies Ende (4) und ein Motorende (5) hat;- zwei Stützfüße (3) zum Stützen der Enden (4, 5) der Drehwelle (2) und Halten derselben erhöht über dem Boden; und- einen Antriebsmechanismus der Drehwelle (2) zur Drehverlagerung der Drehwelle (2) in zwei Richtungen, die dem Auf- und Abrollen der Abdeckung (1) an der Drehwelle (2) entsprechen,wobei jeder der Stützfüße (3) aufweist:- einen inneren Halter (7), der an der Umfangskante des Schwimmbades mittels Verbindungselementen (8) verankert ist, der wiederum aufweist:- ein zentrales kreisförmiges Gehäuse (12) zum Koppeln des entsprechenden Endes (4, 5) der Drehwelle (2); und- eine äußere Verkleidung (9) zum Abdecken des Halters (7),sodass die Enden (4, 5) der Drehwelle (2) und der Antriebsmechanismus gänzlich innerhalb ihres entsprechenden Stützfußes (3) beherbergt sind und von den Elementen geschützt sind,
und wobei der Antriebsmechanismus aufweist:- einen Motor (6), der mit der Drehwelle (2) verbunden ist und der dazu gestaltet ist, die Antriebswelle (2) anzutreiben;- einen Motor-(6)-Drehinverter; und- einen Endschaltermechanismus (17) des Motors (6),wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass jeder innere Halter (7) ferner ein Lagersystem (13) aufweist, das um das zentrale Gehäuse (12) herum angeordnet ist und in den Halter (7) integriert ist, zum unmittelbaren Stützen und Führen der Drehung der Drehwelle (2), und dadurch, dass der Motor (6) innerhalb des Motorendes (5) des Drehwelle (2) angeordnet ist. - Walzenvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei die Verkleidung (9) aufweist:- einen hinteren Deckel (10), der in Richtung der Drehwelle (2) zeigt, der wiederum ein zentrales Loch (16) aufweist, das dem zentralen Gehäuse (12) des Halters (7) zum Ermöglichen des Durchtritts des entsprechenden Endes (4, 5) der Drehwelle (2) gegenübergestellt werden kann; und- einen vorderen Deckel (11), der in Richtung nach außen zeigt.
- Walzenvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, wobei die Verkleidung (9) zusätzlich eine Blende (20), die aus einem Aluminiumblech hergestellt ist, aufweist, die zwischen dem hinteren Deckel (10) und dem vorderen Deckel (11) in Eingriff bringbar ist.
- Walzenvorrichtung gemäß Ansprüchen 2 oder 3, wobei der vordere Deckel (11) der Verkleidung (9) des Stützfußes (3), der zu dem Motorende (5) korrespondiert, eine Öffnungs- und Schließvorrichtung aufnimmt.
- Walzenvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der zu dem Motorende (5) korrespondierende Stützfuß (3) aufweist:- eine entfernbare Montageplatte (14) für eine Übertragung des Motormoments des Antriebsmechanismus; und- einen Verbindungskasten (15), die in den Halter (7) integriert ist, zum Einsetzen von Fernsteuerungselementen (21) der Vorrichtung und elektrischen Leistungsverbindungen.
- Walzenvorrichtung gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Drehwelle (2) ein schlitz- oder schlüsselnutartiges Längsgehäuse (18) hat, zum Fixieren der Abdeckung (1) an der Drehwelle (2).
- Walzenvorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 6, wobei die Drehwelle (2) zusätzlich Keile (19) aufweist, die in die jeweiligen Enden des Gehäuses (18) einsetzbar sind, zum Sicherstellen der Zylinderstetigkeit der Drehwelle (2) mit dem Lagersystem (13).
