Claims (8)

  1. Außenborder-Yacht-Becken, umfassend eine einziehbare Struktur (3) mit im Wesentlichen polygonaler Form, die dazu bestimmt ist, an einem Punkt eines Yachtrumpfs befestigt zu werden, und ein Umschließungselement (50), das mit der Struktur (3) verbunden ist und Wände des Beckens bildet, wobei die Struktur (3) Folgendes umfasst mindestens ein erstes Element (31), das konfiguriert ist, um seitlich an dem Rumpf der Yacht befestigt zu werden, und das mit mehreren seitlichen Armen (32) und einem vorderen Arm (33) verbunden ist, die miteinander verbunden sind, um das Polygon zu bilden, und die konfiguriert sind, um durch bewegliche Glieder (313, 350) bewegt zu werden, wobei die Struktur (2) konfiguriert ist, um mittels der beweglichen Glieder (313, 350) umzuschalten zwischen einer ersten eingezogenen Konfiguration, wobei das Schwimmbecken nicht in Gebrauch ist und die Struktur (3) in einer an den Rumpf der Yacht angrenzenden Position auf sich selbst gefaltet ist, und einer zweiten ausgefahrenen Konfiguration, wobei die Struktur (3) in Bezug auf den Rumpf hervorsteht und in der Nähe der Wasseroberfläche angeordnet ist, und wobei das Umschließungselement (50) ausgefahren und in Wasser eingetaucht ist und unter der Struktur (3) angeschlossen ist, wobei die Vielzahl von seitlichen Armen (32) mittels Scharnieren (315) mit dem mindestens ersten Element (31) verbunden ist, sodass wenn die Struktur (3) von der eingefahrenen Konfiguration in die ausgefahrene Konfiguration übergeht und umgekehrt, sich jeder seitliche Arm (32) der Vielzahl von seitlichen Armen (32) mittels der beweglichen Glieder (313) um die Scharniere (315) dreht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Gleitschienen oder Führungen (320) an der Vielzahl von seitlichen Armen (32) bereitgestellt sind, und dass der vordere Arm (33) konfiguriert ist, um sich mittels der beweglichen Glieder (350) entlang der Gleitschienen oder Führungen (320) zu bewegen und sich von dem ersten Element (31) der Struktur (3) zu entfernen, indem er der Drehung der Vielzahl von seitlichen Armen (32) folgt, um der Struktur (3) eine polygonale Form zu verleihen.
  2. Außenborder-Yacht-Becken nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beweglichen Glieder Folgendes umfassen einen oder mehrere Motoren, eine Vielzahl von Zahn- und/oder Reibrädern, darunter mindestens ein Antriebsrad (351) und ein oder mehrere Leerlaufräder (352, 353, 354, 355, 356), mindestens eine Kette und/oder einen Riemen (360), die mit den Rädern (351, 352, 353, 354, 355, 356) in Eingriff sind und entlang der seitlichen Arme (32) verlaufen, einen Bügel (361), der mit der Kette und/oder dem Riemen (360) verbunden und an dem vorderen Arm (33) befestigt ist, um ihn entlang der Gleitschienen oder Führungen (320) zu führen, um die Struktur (3) in die ausgefahrene Konfiguration zu bringen.
  3. Außenborder-Yacht-Becken, umfassend eine einziehbare Struktur (2), die im Wesentlichen polygonal geformt und dazu bestimmt ist, an einem Punkt des Rumpfs einer Yacht befestigt zu werden, und ein Umschließungselement (50), das an der Struktur (2) befestigt ist und Wände des Beckens bildet, wobei die Struktur (2) mindestens ein erstes Element (20) umfasst, das konfiguriert ist, um seitlich an dem Rumpf der Yacht befestigt zu werden, und mit einer Vielzahl von seitlichen Armen (21) und einem vorderen Arm (22) verbunden ist, der integral an der Vielzahl von seitlichen Armen (21) befestigt ist, um die polygonale Form zu bilden, und konfiguriert ist, um durch Bewegungsglieder (205, 250) bewegt zu werden, wobei die Struktur (2) konfiguriert ist, um mittels der Bewegungsglieder (205, 250) zwischen einer ersten eingezogenen Konfiguration, in der das Becken nicht in Gebrauch ist und die Struktur (2) in einer an den Rumpf der Yacht angrenzenden Position auf sich selbst gefaltet ist, und einer zweiten ausgefahrenen Konfiguration, in der die Struktur (2) in Bezug auf den Rumpf hervorsteht und in der Nähe der Wasseroberfläche angeordnet ist, und in der das Umschließungselement (50) ausgefahren und in Wasser eingetaucht ist und unter der Struktur (2) angeschlossen ist, umzuschalten, wobei das mindestens eine erste Element (20) Gleitführungen (203) umfasst, mit denen die seitlichen Arme (21) der Vielzahl von seitlichen Armen (21) verbunden sind und auf denen sie gezwungen sind, zu gleiten, sodass, wenn die Struktur (2) von der eingefahrenen Konfiguration in die ausgefahrene Konfiguration und umgekehrt wechselt, jeder seitliche Arm (21) der Vielzahl von seitlichen Armen (21) eine Bewegung in Bezug auf das mindestens eine erste Element (20) erfährt, das sich mittels der Bewegungsorgane (205, 250) von dem Rumpf der Yacht weg bewegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einziehbare Struktur (2) einen Gitterrahmen (23) umfasst, der dazu bestimmt ist, in Wasser eingetaucht zu werden und das Umschließungselement des Beckens zu spannen, das zwei Stützen (230), ein erstes diagonales Element (231), das drehbar mit jedem unteren Ende der Ständer (230) verbunden ist und konfiguriert ist, um in Übereinstimmung mit seiner Mittellinie mittels eines Scharniers (240) zu schwenken, ein zweites diagonales Element (232), das drehbar mit jedem Scharnier (240) gemäß einem ersten Ende verbunden ist, eine Trommel oder Rolle (233), die drehbar in Übereinstimmung mit zweiten Enden der zweiten diagonalen Elemente (232) befestigt ist, beinhaltet.
  4. Außenborder-Yacht-Becken nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die seitlichen Arme (32; 21) jeweils Folgendes umfassen einen ersten Abschnitt und einen zweiten Abschnitt, die mittels eines Scharniers drehbar miteinander verbunden sind, und wobei der vordere Arm (33; 22) und die zweiten Abschnitte konfiguriert sind, um in der Nähe der Wasseroberfläche zu schwimmen, wenn die Struktur (3; 2) in der ausgefahrenen Konfiguration ist und das Becken in Gebrauch ist.
  5. Außenborder-Yacht-Becken nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Struktur mindestens eine Trommel oder Rolle (233, 234; 34) zum Abwickeln des Umschließungselements (50) umfasst, wenn das Becken in Gebrauch ist, und auf die das Umschließungselement (50) aufgewickelt wird, wenn das Becken nicht in Gebrauch ist.
  6. Außenborder-Yacht-Becken nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Umschließungselement (50) beweglich mit der Struktur (2; 3) verbunden werden kann, sodass es bei Nichtgebrauch von der Struktur (2; 3) entfernt und getrennt werden kann.
  7. Außenborder-Yacht-Becken nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Umschließungselement (50) ein Netz zum Schutz vor Quallen und/oder anderen unerwünschten Elementen ist.
  8. Außenborder-Yacht-Becken nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Struktur (2; 3), wenn sie in der eingefahrenen Konfiguration ist und nicht in Gebrauch ist, in einem in den Seiten oder im Heck der Yacht bereitgestellten Fach untergebracht ist.
