Claims (13)

  1. Appareil d'usinage portatif (1), l'appareil d'usinage (1) présentant :
    - un dispositif d'usinage (2),
    - au moins une poignée (3), la poignée (3) étant agencée au moins partiellement le long d'un axe longitudinal (x) de l'appareil d'usinage (1) derrière le dispositif d'usinage (2), et au moins la poignée (3) définissant une ouverture de préhension (3O), l'ouverture de préhension (3O) s'étendant approximativement le long de l'axe longitudinal (x), et
    - un œillet de transport (4), l'œillet de transport (4) étant agencé le long de l'axe longitudinal (x) approximativement au niveau d'une extrémité avant (3OV) de l'ouverture de préhension (3O)ou devant celle-ci, et au moins l'œillet de transport (4) définissant une ouverture d'œillet (4O), une normale d'ouverture d'œillet (4ON) de l'ouverture d'œillet (4O) étant orientée approximativement le long d'un axe vertical (z) de l'appareil d'usinage (1) dans une position d'engagement et/ou de dégagement (EAS) de l'œillet de transport (4),
    - l'appareil d'usinage (1) étant un souffleur de feuilles (1ʺʺ) ou une scie (1'), notamment une scie à chaîne (1"), notamment une scie à poignée supérieure (1‴), et/ou le dispositif d'usinage (2) présentant, notamment étant, un tube de soufflage (2‴) ou un guide-chaîne (2') et une chaîne de scie (2"),
    caractérisé en ce que
    - l'œillet de transport (4) est agencé latéralement par rapport à l'ouverture de préhension (3O) dans une direction transversale (y) de l'appareil d'usinage (1).
  2. Appareil d'usinage portatif (1) selon la revendication 1,
    - dans lequel l'ouverture de préhension (3O) s'étend approximativement le long de l'axe vertical (z),
    - notamment et dans lequel l'œillet de transport (4) est agencé le long de l'axe vertical (z) approximativement au niveau ou au-dessus d'une extrémité supérieure (3OO) de l'ouverture de préhension (3O).
  3. Appareil d'usinage portatif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    - dans lequel le dispositif d'usinage (2) s'étend le long de l'axe longitudinal (x).
  4. Appareil d'usinage portatif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    - l'appareil d'usinage (1) présentant une autre poignée (6), au moins l'autre poignée (6) définissant une autre ouverture de préhension (6O), l'autre poignée (6) étant agencée dans la direction transversale (y) latéralement, notamment à gauche, en face de l'ouverture de préhension (3O) de l'œillet de transport (4),
    - notamment et dans lequel l'autre ouverture de préhension (6O) s'étend approximativement le long de la direction transversale (y), notamment et approximativement le long de l'axe vertical (z), et/ou dans lequel l'autre poignée (6) est agencée le long de l'axe longitudinal (x) approximativement au niveau de l'extrémité avant (3OV) de l'ouverture de préhension (3O) ou devant celle-ci.
  5. Appareil d'usinage portatif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, notamment selon la revendication 4,
    - dans lequel la poignée (3) avec l'extrémité avant (3OV) de l'ouverture de préhension (3O), l'œillet de transport (4) et/ou l'autre poignée (6) sont agencés le long de l'axe longitudinal (x) approximativement au niveau d'un centre de gravité (G) de l'appareil d'usinage (1) .
  6. Appareil d'usinage portatif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, notamment selon la revendication 4,
    - dans lequel la poignée (3), l'œillet de transport (4) et/ou l'autre poignée (6) sont agencés le long de l'axe vertical (z) au-dessus d'un centre de gravité (G) de l'appareil d'usinage (1).
  7. Appareil d'usinage portatif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, notamment selon la revendication 4,
    - l'appareil d'usinage (1) présentant un boîtier d'appareil (7),
    - la poignée (3), l'œillet de transport (4) et/ou l'autre poignée (6) étant agencés le long de l'axe vertical (z) en haut du boîtier d'appareil (7).
  8. Appareil d'usinage portatif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    - dans lequel l'œillet de transport (4) peut être déplacé, notamment peut être tourné, au moins partiellement entre la position d'engagement et/ou de dégagement (EAS), notamment l'œillet de transport (4) dépassant de la poignée (3) dans la position d'engagement et/ou de dégagement (EAS), et une position de rangement (VS) différente de la position d'engagement et/ou de dégagement (EAS), notamment l'œillet de transport (4) s'appliquant contre la poignée (3) dans la position de rangement (VS) et/ou la normale d'ouverture d'œillet (4ON) étant orientée approximativement dans la direction transversale (y) de l'appareil d'usinage (1) dans la position de rangement (VS).
  9. Appareil d'usinage portatif (1) selon la revendication 8,
    - dans lequel la poignée (3) est agencée pour être portée par une main (100) et l'œillet de transport (4) est agencé pour être déplacé simultanément par la même main (100), notamment dans lequel l'œillet de transport (4) est agencé sur la poignée (3).
  10. Appareil d'usinage portatif (1) selon la revendication 8 ou 9,
    - l'appareil d'usinage (1) présentant au moins un élément de blocage (8), l'au moins un élément de blocage (8) étant configuré pour fixer l'œillet de transport (4) dans la position d'engagement et/ou de dégagement (EAS) et/ou dans la position de rangement (VS).
  11. Appareil d'usinage portatif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    - dans lequel une section (4a) d'un contour extérieur (4A) de l'œillet de transport (4) présente un renfoncement (4T) pour ouvrir un cliquet (9) d'un élément de sécurité d'appareil (5) présentant un mousqueton (10) pour accrocher l'œillet de transport (4) dans le mousqueton (10), notamment dans lequel la section (4a) du contour extérieur (4A) est détournée de la poignée (3) dans la position d'engagement et/ou de dégagement (EAS).
  12. Appareil d'usinage portatif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    - dans lequel une section (4b) d'un contour intérieur (41) de l'œillet de transport (4) est formée pour ouvrir un cliquet (9) d'un élément de sécurité d'appareil (5) présentant un mousqueton (10) pour décrocher l'œillet de transport (4) du mousqueton (10), notamment dans lequel la section (4b) du contour intérieur (41) est détournée de la poignée (3) dans la position d'engagement et/ou de dégagement (EAS).
  13. Système (20), le système (20) présentant :
    - un appareil d'usinage portatif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, et
    - un élément de sécurité d'appareil (5), notamment un baudrier (50).
