Definitions
- Invention relates to a building material used in construction and landscaping sector and comprising discarded paper wastes, and a method for production thereof.
- the invention particularly relates to a building material comprising waste paper discards, cement, compressing facilitative additive, latex additive and water.
- the application reference numbered “DE212018000278” of the system relates to a sludge waste dewatering machine rotated in compressing channel conically in a machine body and capable to compress sludge wastes spirally and dewater it.
- a method for recycling of pulp wastes providing recycling of and sending into economy the wastes by means of a pulp dewatering machine which narrows gradually. Paper coming to said machine, discards supplied for recycling become discards of dewatered (30 - 35 % humid) after processed by machine. Water is added into discard paper mixture during manufacturing in the invention. In said invention, humidity rate of discard paper is reduced to about 10 % and then wastes are added to narrow. Thereafter, the mixture formula is mixed and cast into moulds and brick, pedestrian stone and similar construction materials are made by means of pressing.
- the present invention relates to a building material meeting the needs mentioned above, eliminating all disadvantages and providing some additional advantages, and a manufacturing method for it.
- Primary purpose of the invention is to disclose a chemical mixture providing building construction by means of forming bricks from paper particulates of waste paper recycling and expiring.
- Another purpose of the invention is to recycle wastes rather than discard of wastes arising from said paper industry and concert them into product.
- a further purpose of the invention is to disclose a building material to provide saving in energy and work force by minimizing discard process and eliminating cost thereof.
- the invention is a building material used in construction and landscaping sector and comprises waste paper discard, cement, compressed facilitative additives, latex additives and water.
- the invention relates to a building material used in construction and landscaping sector and comprising waste paper discards, cement, compressing facilitative additive, latex additive and water.
- Waste paper discard referred to hereunder is treatment sludge of about 80 % humidity discarding papers of expired life during paper recycling.
- Building material mixture of the invention is used in manufacture of brick, pedestrian stone and similar construction materials.
- Building material mixture of the invention comprises waste paper discard of about average 10 - 78 % in weight, cement of 10 - 70 %, facilitative additive of 2 - 5 %, latex additive of 2 - 5 % and water of 2 - 5 %.

- Building material mixture of the invention comprises, by weight, paper discard at rate of average 18 %, cement at rate of 50 %, perlite at rate of 10 %, pumice at rate of 10 %, compressing facilitator additive agent at rate of 2 %, latex additive agent at rate of 2 %, hardening agent at rate of 2 %, odour eliminating agent at rate of 2 %, antibacterial solution at rate of 2 % and water at rate of 2 %.
- Building material mixture of the invention comprises, by weight, paper discard at rate of average 18 %, cement at rate of 50 %, perlite at rate of 20 %, compressing facilitator additive agent at rate of 2 %, latex additive agent at rate of 2 %, hardening agent at rate of 2 %, odour eliminating agent at rate of 2 %, antibacterial solution at rate of 2 % and water at rate of 2 %.
- said mixture comprises, by weight, paper discard at rate of average 18 %, cement at rate of 50 %, pumice at rate of 20 %, compressing facilitator additive agent at rate of 2 %, latex additive agent at rate of 2 %, hardening agent at rate of 2 %, odour eliminating agent at rate of 2 %, antibacterial solution at rate of 2 % and water at rate of 2 %.
- Manufacture method of building material of the invention comprises following process steps: i. Dehumidification of waste paper discard at dewatering machine, ii. Screening of dehumidified waste paper and separation of big parts into small particulates, iii. Mixing discards with cement, pumice and perlite at mixer, iv. Adding compressing facilitator and latex additive agents to water and adding it into mixer, v. While mixing in progress, respectively adding hardening accelerating agent, odour eliminating additive agent and antibacterial solution, vi. Adding the prepared mixture into bunker, vii. Pouring required amount from the bunker into form, viii. Shaping at press machine by applying vibrated compressing, ix. Removing from forms after drying process.
- a preferred application of the invention reduces humidity of waste paper discard up to 30 % on average at dewatering machine.
- Discards from dewatering machine are the parts which are main raw materials of brick.
- Cement is added for use as building material of said discard.
- Compressing facilitator additive agent provides easy stick of cement and discards and loosening.
- Compressing facilitator agent is preferably Sika® Paver HC-120.
- Hardening accelerating agent provides quicker drying of cement.
- Sika® Rapid® 1 or 5 is used.
- Latex additive agent enhances resistance against water. Where a better sticking and water-proof is desired, liquid synthetic rubber emulsion is added into cement sludge. Preferably SikaLatex® is used.
- Odour eliminating additive eliminates smelling arising out of use of waste material.
- Antibacterial solution provides antibacterial feature of end product.
- Water provides mixture of said additive agents.
