Claims (14)

  1. Schleifmaschine zum Schleifen/Endbearbeiten/Bürsten von Bauteilen (2) aus Holz, Metall oder dergleichen; wobei jedes Bauteil (2) eine obere Fläche (3) und eine untere Fläche (4), die im Wesentlichen parallel zueinander sind, eine Vorderfläche (5) und eine Rückfläche (6) sowie zwei Seitenflächen (6) aufweist; wobei die Schleifmaschine eine Basis (15), wenigstens eine Schleifeinheit (12, 13) und eine Zuführvorrichtung (7) umfasst, die eine Auflagefläche (A) für wenigstens ein Bauteil (2) definiert und dafür ausgelegt ist, das Bauteil (2) in einer ersten Richtung (8), die parallel zu der Auflagefläche (A) ist, und entlang eines sich durch die Schleifeinheit (12, 13) erstreckenden Weges (P) zuzuführen; wobei die Schleifeinheit (12, 13) ihrerseits zwei Förderanordnungen (21, 22) umfasst, die auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Weges (P) in einer zweiten Richtung (11) montiert sind, die parallel zu der Auflagefläche (A) und quer zu der ersten Richtung (8) ist, einen Zuführkanal (23) definieren, der das Bauteil (2) durch die Schleifeinheit (12, 13) führt, und in Abhängigkeit von einer Breite des Bauteils (2), gemessen parallel zu der zweiten Richtung (11), relativ zueinander in der zweiten Richtung (11) beweglich sind; wobei wenigstens eine Förderanordnung (21, 22) mit einer Schleifvorrichtung (53) zum Schleifen/Endbearbeiten/Bürsten einer Seitenfläche (6) des Bauteils (2) versehen ist; und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schleifeinheit (12, 13) ferner einen Zwischenschlitten (16) umfasst, der zwischen der Basis (15) und den zwei Förderanordnungen (21, 22) angeordnet ist, die zwei Förderanordnungen (21, 22) stützt und mit der Basis (15) gleitend gekoppelt ist, um sich aufgrund des Schubs, der von dem Bauteil (2) auf die zwei Förderanordnungen (21, 22) ausgeübt wird, in Abhängigkeit von einem Profil der Seitenflächen (6) des Bauteils (2) in der zweiten Richtung (11) zu bewegen.
  2. Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Schleifeinheit (12, 13) ferner eine erste Stoßdämpfervorrichtung (17) umfasst, die zwischen der Basis (15) und dem Zwischenschlitten (16) angeordnet ist, um es dem Zwischenschlitten (16) zu ermöglichen, sich aufgrund des Schubs, der von dem Bauteil (2) auf die zwei Förderanordnungen (21, 22) ausgeübt wird, in Abhängigkeit von dem Profil der Seitenflächen (6) des Bauteils (2) in der zweiten Richtung (11) zu bewegen.
  3. Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 2, wobei die erste Stoßdämpfervorrichtung (17) einen ersten Stellzylinder (18), der an der Basis (15) befestigt ist, einen zweiten Stellzylinder (19), der an dem Zwischenschlitten (16) befestigt ist, und eine Ausgangsstange (20), die gleitend in den ersten Stellzylinder (18) und in den zweiten Stellzylinder (19) eingreift, umfasst.
  4. Schleifmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine erste Förderanordnung (22) an dem Zwischenschlitten (16) in der zweiten Richtung (11) befestigt ist und eine zweite Förderanordnung (21) in Abhängigkeit von der Breite des Bauteils (2) entlang des Zwischenschlittens (16) in der zweiten Richtung (11) beweglich ist.
  5. Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Schleifeinheit (12, 13) ferner eine Betätigungsvorrichtung (26) zum Bewegen der zweiten Förderanordnung (21) entlang des Zwischenschlittens (16) in der zweiten Richtung (11) umfasst; wobei die Betätigungsvorrichtung (26) ein Stellglied (28) umfasst, das in der zweiten Richtung (11) beweglich ist.
  6. Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 5, wobei die zweite Förderanordnung (21) mit dem Stellglied (28) gleitend gekoppelt ist, um sich relativ zu dem Stellglied (28) aufgrund des Schubs, der von dem Bauteil (2) auf die zwei Förderanordnungen (21, 22) ausgeübt wird, in Abhängigkeit von dem Profil der Seitenflächen (6) des Bauteils (2) in der zweiten Richtung (11) zu bewegen.
  7. Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Schleifeinheit (12, 13) ferner ein zweite Stoßdämpfervorrichtung (29) umfasst, die zwischen der zweiten Förderanordnung (21) und dem Stellglied (28) angeordnet ist.
  8. Schleifmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei wenigstens eine Förderanordnung (21, 22) Folgendes umfasst: eine Drehplattform (31, 47), die derart montiert ist, dass sie sich aufgrund des Schubs, der von dem Bauteil (2) auf die Förderanordnung (21, 22) ausgeübt wird, in Abhängigkeit von dem Profil der Seitenflächen (6) des Bauteils (2) relativ zu dem Zwischenschlitten (16) um eine Drehachse (32, 48) dreht, die senkrecht zu der Auflagefläche (A) ist, und eine Fördervorrichtung (45, 51), die an der Drehplattform (31, 47) montiert ist.
  9. Schleifmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jede Förderanordnung (21, 22) Folgendes umfasst: eine Drehplattform (31, 47), die derart montiert ist, dass sie sich relativ zu dem Zwischenschlitten (16) um eine Drehachse (32, 48) dreht, die senkrecht zu der Auflagefläche (A) ist, und eine Fördervorrichtung (45, 51), die an der Drehplattform (31, 47) montiert ist; wobei die Schleifvorrichtung (53) an der Drehplattform (47) der entsprechenden Förderanordnung (22) montiert ist.
  10. Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, wobei jede Fördervorrichtung (45, 51) eine Eingangsrolle (45a, 51a) umfasst, die derart montiert ist, dass sie sich um die Drehachse (32, 48) der jeweiligen Drehplattform (31, 47) dreht.
  11. Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 10, wobei jede Fördervorrichtung (45, 51) ferner eine Ausgangsrolle (45b, 51b) und wenigstens eine Zwischenrolle (45b, 51b) umfasst, die zwischen der Eingangsrolle (45a, 51a) und der Ausgangsrolle (45b, 51b) montiert ist.
  12. Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Schleifvorrichtung (53) ein Schleifwerkzeug (82) umfasst, das zwischen der Zwischenrolle (45b, 51b) und der Eingangsrolle (45a, 51a) oder der Ausgangsrolle (45b, 51b) montiert ist.
  13. Schleifmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 12, die ferner für jede Drehplattform (31, 47) eine jeweilige dritte Stoßdämpfervorrichtung (34, 49) umfasst, um es der Drehplattform (31, 47) zu ermöglichen, sich aufgrund des Schubs, der von dem Bauteil (2) auf die jeweilige Förderanordnung (21, 22) ausgeübt wird, in Abhängigkeit von dem Profil der Seitenflächen (6) des Bauteils (2) um die jeweilige Drehachse (32, 48) zu drehen.
  14. Schleifmaschine nach Anspruch 13, wenn er von einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7 abhängt, wobei die dritte Stoßdämpfervorrichtung (49) der ersten Förderanordnung (22) zwischen dem Zwischenschlitten (16) und der jeweiligen Drehplattform (47) angeordnet ist und die dritte Stoßdämpfervorrichtung (34) der zweiten Förderanordnung (21) zwischen der jeweiligen Drehplattform (31) und einem Stützschlitten (24) angeordnet ist, der zwischen dem Zwischenschlitten (16) und der Drehplattform (31) montiert ist und mit dem Zwischenschlitten (16) gleitend gekoppelt ist.
