Definitions
- the WO 2018/001754 A1 discloses a wet cleaning device with a rotatable cleaning roller and a wiper device that can be displaced onto the cleaning roller.
- the tank device has at least one continuous recess through which a foot of the foot device is inserted at least in the parking position.
- the at least one foot extends through the tank cleaning, no compromises have to be made with regard to the external dimensions of the floor head due to the foot device. It is thus possible, for example, to achieve cleaning close to the edge in that the cleaning roller extends at least approximately to the transverse sides of the floor head.
- the solution according to the invention is also possible for the solution according to the invention to be used, for example, in a self-steering and self-controlling floor cleaning machine such as a cleaning robot (and in particular a wiping robot).
- the at least one continuous recess goes through between an upper side of the tank device and an underside. It creates a connection between the top and bottom and is used at least temporarily to accommodate the at least one base.
- the at least one recess can be formed like a tunnel and can be closed on all sides except for the top and bottom. It can, for example, also be designed as a cutout which is open on one side (transverse side) or is open on several (transverse) sides and can be located, for example, at a corner of the tank device.
- the floor head in a cleaning operation, is supported on a base via the support area and the at least one cleaning roller. This results in an optimized cleaning result with a simple mode of operation.
- the floor head is supported on a base via the support area and the at least one foot, with the at least one cleaning roller being lifted off the base. This results in optimized protection of the base and also the at least one cleaning roller.
- a simple mode of operation results if the holding device is articulated on the operating head so that it can be pivoted about a pivot axis.
- a hand-guided floor cleaning machine can thus be implemented in a particularly simple manner. Due to the pivotability of the holding device, it can be adapted to the size of the operator and, for example, wiping movements can be carried out or obstacles can be driven under and the like. Furthermore, the pivotability of the holding device can be used to bring the stand device into and out of the parking position.
- the holding device in the fixed pivoting position, is fixed in a non-positive and/or positive manner with respect to the base head. In this way, the holding device can be easily “dropped down”.
- the at least one counter-element (or correspondingly the at least one holding magnet) can also be designed for a stop.
- the magnetic force of the holding device in the parking position prevents the holding device from falling back.
- the stop limits a maximum pivotability of the holding device to the floor head.
- a shield that can be moved with the holding device is arranged on the floor head, with a first positive-locking element being arranged on the holding device and a second positive-locking element cooperating with the first positive-locking element being arranged on the shield, and with the first positive-locking element and the second positive-locking element being in the parking position Positive engagement can be brought.
- the parking position can be secured in a simple manner.
- the at least one cleaning roller is designed in two parts and a central drive is provided. It can thereby achieve a near-edge cleaning.
- the floor head has a first transverse side and a second transverse side, with the at least one cleaning roller in particular extending at least approximately to the first transverse side and/or to the second transverse side, and that the at least one foot is opposite the first transverse side and the second transverse side is set back.
- the extension of the at least one cleaning roller at least approximately to the corresponding transverse side means that it is set back at most over a range of 5% based on the total length of the cleaning roller (in a width direction between the transverse sides). It can thereby achieve a near-edge cleaning.
- the base device with the at least one base does not protrude beyond a transverse side, but is set back or is at most on the transverse side. This results in a simple training.
- the at least one recess can be located as a cutout on the corresponding transverse side, or spaced apart from it (as a "tunnel").
- the floor cleaning machine 10 can be mains-operated.
- a mains cable with a plug is then arranged in particular on the holding device 18 and leads to a corresponding electrical load.
- a drive device 50 for the cleaning roller 14 is positioned on the upper side 44 of the holder 42 (see also figure 8 ).
- a trough-shaped receptacle 52 ( figure 8 ) educated; receptacle 52 is a recess on holder 42 which is open to top 44 . It is closed towards the underside 46 .
- the cleaning shaft 14 with the first part 66 and the second part 68 has a single axis of rotation 70 ( figure 4 ).
- This axis of rotation 70 is parallel to the pivot axis 22. It is transverse and in particular perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 24. It is also transverse and in particular perpendicular to the vertical direction 48.
- the dirty fluid tank assembly 84 is positioned on the underside 46 of the holder 42 .
- An underside 86 of the floor head 12 is formed on the dirty fluid tank assembly 84 .
- a pan portion 96 and a lid portion 98 In one exemplary embodiment (cf. figure 10 ) a pan portion 96 and a lid portion 98.
- the lid portion 98 is removable from the pan portion 96 to allow the dirty fluid tank assembly 84 to be emptied and cleaned.
- the tub part 96 has a floor 100.
- the underside 86 of the dirty fluid tank device 84 and thus also of the floor head 12 is formed on this floor when the dirty fluid tank device 84 is seated on the floor head 12.
- the floor 100 is substantially planar educated. A correspondingly small height of the dirty fluid tank device 84 in the vertical direction 48 can be realized with a large capacity.
- the bottom head 12 can be designed with a small height in the vertical direction 48 .
- the stripping device 118 is arranged on the cover part 98 .
- a shaft 130 is non-rotatably connected to the holding rod 26 .
- the shaft 130 is rotatably positioned on the first support leg 126 and the second support leg 128 .
- the axis of rotation corresponds to the pivot axis 22.
- the pivot axis 22 is positioned between the front end 78 and the rear end 108 of the holder 42 and thus between the front end and the rear end of the floor head 12 .
- the support feet 126 and 128 are positioned symmetrically to a center plane of the floor head 12 between the first transverse side 74 and the second transverse side 76 .
- the holding device 18 is articulated centrally and symmetrically on the base head 12 .
- a cover 132 (cf. Figures 1 to 3 ), which covers the holder 42 at the top. In figure 4 the bottom head 12 is shown without this cover 132.
- the parking position holding device 138 is designed as a holding magnet device 140 .
- one or more holding magnets 142 are located on the holding device 18.
- One or more counter-element(s) 144 are located on the base head 12 and in particular the holder 42.
- the holding magnet(s) 142 can be pivoted with the holding device 18.
- the counter-element(s) 144 is/are firmly attached to the floor head 12.
- a specific pivoting position namely the parking position 136 (cf. figure 1 )
- the holding magnet(s) 142 can interact with the counter-element(s) 144 and a non-positive fixing of the parking position holding device 138 on the floor head 12 is achieved.
- the parking position 136 is fixed.
- the counter-element(s) 144 are/are arranged in such a way that they do not interfere with the ability of the holding device 18 to pivot during normal cleaning operation.
- the counter-element 144 serves as a sort of stop for the parked position 136 , this stop position then being secured as a parked position 136 via the holding device 138 in general and specifically via the holding magnet device 140 .
- the cleaning roller has a first front end 146 which lies on the first part 66 . It has a second front end 148, which in the second part 68 lies ( figure 9 ).
- the cleaning roller extends in a direction along the axis of rotation 70 between the first end 146 and the second end 148.
- the cleaning roller 14 is separated so that the first part 66 and the second part 68 are formed.
- the transmission device 16 is coupled to the cleaning roller 14 in a torque-effective manner at this middle region 150 .
- the continuous recesses 154a, 154b pass through both the pan portion 96 and the cover portion 98. They form “tunnels" through the dirty fluid tank assembly 84. They each have a wall 156, via which they are separated from the receiving space 104 in a fluid-tight manner.
- the feet 172a, 172b are at least partially immersed in the recesses 160a, 154a or 160b, 154b ( figure 7 ), but do not protrude beyond the underside 86. There is a non-support position.
- the parking position 162 is reached when the holding device 18 has reached its parking position 136 .
- this parking position 162 of the stand device 152 is also fixed by the parking position 136 of the holding device 18 .
- this is connected to the floor head 12 in a non-positive manner, for example.
- the actuation mechanism 174 is sized so that the rib 178 acts on the cam 180 (permanently acts in the park position 136), and the cam 180 correspondingly acts on the tab 176 again to fix the park position 162.
- the walk behind floor cleaning machine 10 works as follows: In a parking position 162 of the floor cleaning machine 10 ( Figures 1 to 4 ) the floor cleaning machine 10 is supported on the base 16 above the floor head 12 in such a way that the cleaning roller 14 is lifted off the base 16. This prevents flat spots on the cleaning roller 14, improved drying of the cleaning roller 14 can be achieved and damage to the floor is avoided.
- the feet 172a, 172b are passed through the dirty fluid tank device 84.
- the bottom head 12 can thus be optimized for a cleaning process.
- the cleaning roller 14 can extend to the transverse sides 74, 76.
- the floor head can also be designed with a relatively small height in the height direction 48, in particular in the area of the front end 78, so that an optimized ability to drive underneath furniture and the like is achieved.
- the floor head 204 is largely the same as the floor head 12 of the floor cleaning machine 10.
- the same reference numbers are used for the same elements as in the floor head 12.
- the pivot axis 212 is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis 28.
- a pivot position of the holding device 206 on the first joint 210 determines the height of the hand-held floor cleaning machine 202 between an underside of the floor head 204 and an upper side of the holding device 206.
- the representations according to the Figures 11 to 14 on the one hand and according to the Figures 15 to 18 on the other hand differ in the pivoting position of holding device 206 about pivot axis 212.
- the pivot axis 212 corresponds to the pivot axis 22 in the floor cleaning machine 10.
- the housing 228 has an opening 230 with this opening 230 being positioned at a top of the housing 228 .
- this opening 230 In the area of this opening 230, the joint device 208 is seated on the base head 204 and the holding device 206 penetrates with a partial area through the opening 230 into the housing 228.
- Rocker arm 236 is positioned beyond shaft 214; the shaft 214 (for the pivotal mounting of the holding device 206 on the base head 204 with the pivot axis 212) is arranged between the rocker arm 236 and the second joint 216.
- the mating member 240 is positioned with respect to the holding magnet 238 such that a stop 252 ( figure 17 ) is formed, which limits a maximum pivoting angle and which defines the parking position 222 in a direction 254 opposite to the pivoting direction 250 . If the holding magnet 238 strikes the counter-element 240 mechanically, then a maximum pivoting angle for the first joint 210 with the pivot axis 212 is reached and further pivoting in the opposite direction 254 is no longer possible due to the stop 252 ( figure 17 ).
- the spacer 272 is a pin 274 spring loaded by a spring 276 .
- the spring 276 is arranged and designed so that it strives to push the pin 274 in the direction of the shield 256 and thereby prevent the second form-fitting element 270 from plunging into the first form-fitting element 268 if no corresponding counterforce is present. As will be explained below, this opposing force is present in the park position 222 .
- FIG. 14 This also forms a spacer.
- the second form-fitting element 270 is not immersed in the first form-fitting element 268 .
- the holding device 206 can rotate about the axis of rotation 218 , ie the first part 232 can rotate relative to the second part 234 . This rotation is not locked.
- the parking position 162 of the feet 172a, 172b is reached during the transition to the parking position 222.
- the rib 258 acts on the cam 260, which in turn acts on the tab 176 of the stand foot device 152.
- the floor cleaning machine 202 works like the floor cleaning machine 10.

The object of the invention is to provide a floor cleaning machine of the type mentioned at the outset which, with a compact design, delivers optimized cleaning results.
In the case of the floor cleaning machine mentioned at the outset, this object is achieved according to the invention in that the tank device has at least one continuous recess through which a foot of the foot device is inserted at least in the parking position.
In the parking position, the pedestal device makes it possible for the cleaning roller to be lifted off a base. As a result, there are no "stationary plates" on the cleaning roller. The cleaning liquid on the cleaning roller does not come into contact with the substrate and damage to the substrate is avoided.
Furthermore, better drying of the cleaning roller can be achieved.
Due to the fact that the at least one foot extends through the tank cleaning, no compromises have to be made with regard to the external dimensions of the floor head due to the foot device. It is thus possible, for example, to achieve cleaning close to the edge in that the cleaning roller extends at least approximately to the transverse sides of the floor head.
Furthermore, the floor head can be designed with a relatively low height, so that it is possible to drive under obstacles such as furniture or the like.
Furthermore, an actuating mechanism for the stand device can be arranged in a simple manner on the floor head, with the floor head being able to be realized in a compact manner.
The solution according to the invention can be used in a hand-held floor cleaning machine in a simple manner.
In principle, it is also possible for the solution according to the invention to be used, for example, in a self-steering and self-controlling floor cleaning machine such as a cleaning robot (and in particular a wiping robot).
The at least one continuous recess goes through between an upper side of the tank device and an underside. It creates a connection between the top and bottom and is used at least temporarily to accommodate the at least one base.
The at least one recess can be formed like a tunnel and can be closed on all sides except for the top and bottom. It can, for example, also be designed as a cutout which is open on one side (transverse side) or is open on several (transverse) sides and can be located, for example, at a corner of the tank device.
The tank device at the bottom head is, for example, a dirty fluid tank device, a tank device for cleaning liquid or a tank device with at least one holding chamber for dirty fluid and at least one holding chamber for cleaning liquid.
The pedestal device is arranged and designed in particular mirror-symmetrically to a center of gravity of the floor cleaning machine. As a result, there is no tilting moment in the parking position.
- der erste Standfuß und der zweite Standfuß sind in einer Abstandsrichtung zueinander beabstandet, welche parallel zu einer Schwenkachse der Halteeinrichtung zu dem Bodenkopf ist;
- der erste Standfuß und der zweite Standfuß sind in einer Abstandsrichtung zueinander beabstandet, welche parallel zu einer Rotationsachse der mindestens einen Reinigungswalze ist;
- the first foot and the second foot are spaced from each other in a spacing direction which is parallel to a pivot axis of the holding device to the floor head;
- the first stand and the second stand are spaced apart from one another in a spacing direction that is parallel to an axis of rotation of the at least one cleaning roller;
- the tank device is detachable from the bottom head in a detaching direction, and the first foot and the second foot are spaced in a spacing direction that is transverse to the detaching direction.
At least two spaced feet result in a secure footing of the floor cleaning machine in the parking position. A compact construction of the floor head results. The tank device can be easily removed for emptying or cleaning.
It is particularly advantageous if a support area of the floor head for a base is arranged or formed on the floor head or the tank device, which is at a distance from the at least one cleaning roller, with the support area being arranged in particular at a rear end of the floor head or the tank device, which faces away from the at least one cleaning roller. The floor head and thus the floor cleaning machine can be supported in the parking position via this support area. The cleaning roller can be lifted by the stand foot device, with support being retained on the support area. The support area can also be designed in such a way that the floor head and thus the floor cleaning machine are supported on the base via this during cleaning operation.
It is then favorable if the support area has at least one sliding element or at least one roller element in order to achieve optimized support or feasibility.
It is also favorable if the at least one foot is spaced apart from the support area and is arranged in particular between the at least one cleaning roller and the support area in relation to a longitudinal axis of the floor head. The at least one cleaning roller can thus be lifted off the base in a simple manner by means of a support on the support area, in that the stand device is moved accordingly.
In one embodiment, in a cleaning operation, the floor head is supported on a base via the support area and the at least one cleaning roller. This results in an optimized cleaning result with a simple mode of operation.
Furthermore, it is favorable if, in the parking position, the floor head is supported on a base via the support area and the at least one foot, with the at least one cleaning roller being lifted off the base. This results in optimized protection of the base and also the at least one cleaning roller.
In one embodiment, the floor cleaning machine is hand-held with a holding device for guiding by an operator.
A simple mode of operation results if the holding device is articulated on the operating head so that it can be pivoted about a pivot axis. A hand-guided floor cleaning machine can thus be implemented in a particularly simple manner. Due to the pivotability of the holding device, it can be adapted to the size of the operator and, for example, wiping movements can be carried out or obstacles can be driven under and the like. Furthermore, the pivotability of the holding device can be used to bring the stand device into and out of the parking position.
- an dem Halter ist die Tankeinrichtung gehalten und insbesondere abnehmbar gehalten;
- die mindestens eine Reinigungswalze ist an dem Halter gehalten;
- eine Antriebseinrichtung für die mindestens eine Reinigungswalze ist an dem Halter gehalten;
- eine Halteeinrichtung für einen Bediener ist schwenkbar an dem Halter gelagert;
- die Standfußeinrichtung ist beweglich und insbesondere schwenkbar an dem Halter gelagert;
- der Halter liegt in einer Höhenrichtung des Bodenkopfes zwischen einer Schwenkachse der Standfußeinrichtung und der Tankeinrichtung;
- der Halter ist oder umfasst eine Halteplatte.
- the tank device is held on the holder and, in particular, held in a detachable manner;
- the at least one cleaning roller is held on the holder;
- a drive device for the at least one cleaning roller is held on the holder;
- a holding device for an operator is pivotally mounted on the holder;
- the stand device is movably and in particular pivotably mounted on the holder;
- the holder lies in a vertical direction of the floor head between a pivot axis of the base device and the tank device;
- the holder is or comprises a holding plate.
The corresponding holder results in a compact structure of the floor head. This can be realized with a low height and thus good underpassability. The number of components can be kept low. The bottom head can be formed with a relatively low weight. It results in good operability.
It is particularly advantageous if the stand device is pivotably mounted on the floor head. This results in a structurally simple and compact construction of the floor head, with the parking position being able to be reached in a simple manner and the parking position being canceled in a simple manner.
In particular, it is provided that in relation to a vertical direction of the floor head away from an underside of the floor head, with the underside facing the base in the parking position, a part of the stand device is arranged above the tank device. This results in a simple, compact structure. In the end, only the at least one foot has to "penetrate" the tank device via the corresponding recess.
- eine Schwenkachse der Standfußeinrichtung ist parallel zu einer Schwenkachse einer Halteeinrichtung an dem Bodenkopf;
- die Schwenkachse der Standfußeinrichtung und die Schwenkachse der Halteeinrichtung sind parallel beabstandet zueinander;
- die Schwenkachse der Standfußeinrichtung ist parallel zu einer Rotationsachse der mindestens einen Reinigungswalze;
- die Schwenkachse der Standfußeinrichtung ist bezogen auf eine Längsachse des Bodenkopfs zwischen der Schwenkachse der Halteeinrichtung an einem hinteren Ende des Bodenkopfs positioniert;
- a pivot axis of the base device is parallel to a pivot axis of a holding device on the floor head;
- the pivot axis of the base device and the pivot axis of the holding device are spaced parallel to one another;
- the pivot axis of the stand device is parallel to an axis of rotation of the at least one cleaning roller;
- the pivot axis of the base device is positioned between the pivot axis of the holding device at a rear end of the floor head in relation to a longitudinal axis of the floor head;
- the pivot axis of the base device is located away from an underside of the floor head in relation to a vertical direction of the floor head, with the underside facing the base in the parking position lower than the pivot axis of the holding device.
A compact construction of the floor head results. In particular, its height dimensions can be kept small. The base device can be integrated into the floor head in an optimized way. In the parking position results in a secure stand with lifted at least one cleaning roller.
- an dem Bügel sitzen beabstandet mindestens ein erster Arm und ein zweiter Arm;
- an dem ersten Arm ist mindestens ein erster Standfuß angeordnet;
- an dem zweiten Arm ist mindestens ein zweiter Standfuß angeordnet;
- der erste Arm und/oder der zweite Arm weisen in eine Richtung zu der mindestens einen Reinigungswalze;
- der Bügel mit dem ersten Arm und dem zweiten Arm umgibt gabelförmig einen Bereich, an dem eine Antriebseinrichtung für die mindestens eine Reinigungswalze an dem Bodenkopf sitzt;
- at least a first arm and a second arm are spaced on the bracket;
- at least one first foot is arranged on the first arm;
- at least one second stand is arranged on the second arm;
- the first arm and/or the second arm point in a direction towards the at least one cleaning roller;
- the bracket with the first arm and the second arm surrounds an area in the shape of a fork, on which a drive device for the at least one cleaning roller is seated on the floor head;
- the bracket and in particular also the first arm and the second arm are positioned above the tank device in a vertical direction of the floor head.
The base device can thus be integrated into the floor head in an optimized manner. Compact dimensions can be realized for the floor head. In the parking position, there is a secure footing with at least one cleaning roller lifted off. The measures to change the tank device due to the base device can be limited to the recess assigned to the at least one base.
Furthermore, it is only favorable if at least one tab is arranged on the bracket, which can be acted on by an operator, in particular via a holding device. A torque can be coupled into the stand foot device via the tab, in order in particular to bring it into the parking position.
- die mindestens eine Lasche ist zwischen dem ersten Arm und dem zweiten Arm angeordnet;
- die mindestens eine Lasche ist beabstandet zum ersten Arm und/oder dem zweiten Arm;
- die mindestens eine Lasche weist von dem Bügel weg in Richtung der mindestens einen Reinigungswalze;
- die mindestens eine Lasche ist symmetrisch zu Querseiten des Bodenkopfs angeordnet;
- die mindestens eine Lasche ist in einer Höhenrichtung des Bodenkopfs oberhalb einer Antriebseinrichtung für die mindestens eine Reinigungswalze angeordnet;
- die mindestens eine Lasche ist in einem Bereich eines Gelenks angeordnet, über welches eine Halteeinrichtung schwenkbar an dem Bodenkopf angeordnet ist;
- the at least one tab is disposed between the first arm and the second arm;
- the at least one tab is spaced from the first arm and/or the second arm;
- the at least one tab faces away from the bracket toward the at least one cleaning roller;
- the at least one flap is arranged symmetrically to lateral sides of the bottom head;
- the at least one tab is arranged in a vertical direction of the floor head above a drive device for the at least one cleaning roller;
- the at least one bracket is arranged in a region of a joint, via which a holding device is arranged pivotably on the floor head;
- the joint for the holding device comprises a first joint foot and a second joint foot which is spaced apart from the first joint foot, the at least one tab being positioned between the first joint foot and the second joint foot.
The design and arrangement of the at least one tab results in a compact construction of the floor head. The base device can be integrated into the floor head in an optimized way.
In one embodiment, the holding device is coupled to at least one cam, which acts on the at least one tab in a specific pivoting range of the holding device to the floor head and causes a pivoting movement of the base device via a pivoting movement of the holding device. The parking position can thus be reached in a simple, automated manner by a pivoting movement of the holding device towards the floor head.
It is then also favorable if at least one rib sits on the holding device, which is separate from the at least one cam, and acts on the at least one cam in a specific pivoting range of the holding device relative to the bottom head and causes a movement of the at least one cam to act causing at least one tab. In this way, an action of the holding device can only be achieved in a specific pivoting angle range in the vicinity of a parking position of the holding device relative to the floor head. It is not necessary for the at least one cam to be entrained by the holding device for all pivoting angles. In particular, this results in a compact construction of the bottom head on a corresponding joint of the holding device.
In one embodiment, the at least one rib is arranged on a shaft which is non-rotatably connected to the holding device. In particular, the holding device is mounted pivotably on the floor head via the shaft.
It is also favorable if the at least one cam can be rotated with respect to the holding device and, in particular, is arranged so that it can be rotated on a shaft of the holding device. It can be positioned outside of a certain pivot angle range of the cam so that it with respect to the Stand device is "loose" and exerts no significant force. Only when a specific position of the holding device relative to the floor head has been reached (in the vicinity of a parked position up to the parked position) does a corresponding action take place in order to reach the parked position.
It is favorable if an axis of rotation of the at least one cam in relation to the holding device and a pivot axis of the holding device in relation to the bottom head coincide. This results in a simple structural design with the possibility of making the floor head compact.
It is particularly advantageous if the at least one rib only acts on the at least one cam in a single pivoting direction of the holding device. In this way, an effect can be achieved during the transition to a parking position of the holding device relative to the floor head. In a normal cleaning operation, there is then in particular no effect. This specific pivoting direction of the holding device is preferably towards the at least one cleaning roller.
In one embodiment, a spring device is provided, the spring force of which endeavors to move the stand device from the parking position into a non-supporting position. The non-support position is intended in particular for a cleaning operation. The base device can then be moved back by the spring force of the spring device in order to bring the cleaning roller into contact with the substrate. In particular, an automatic reset takes place.
In a structurally simple embodiment, the spring device is designed as a tension spring device which tends to pull the at least one foot device upwards in a vertical direction of the floor head (in particular away from the tank device or from the base). As a result, the spring device can be easily integrated into the floor head. Compact dimensions for the floor head can be achieved.
In one embodiment it is provided that in the parking position a holding device for an operator is in a fixed pivoted position relative to the floor head. In particular, the parking position can then also be fixed via the fixed pivoting position of the holding device relative to the floor head.
In one embodiment, in the fixed pivoting position, the holding device is fixed in a non-positive and/or positive manner with respect to the base head. In this way, the holding device can be easily “dropped down”.
In the case of a structurally simple embodiment, there is in particular a non-positive fixation. A holding magnet device is provided for fixing a specific pivoting position of the holding device to the floor head.
- die Haltemagneteinrichtung umfasst mindestens einen Haltemagneten und ein dem mindestens einen Haltemagneten zugeordnetes Gegenelement;
- der mindestens eine Haltemagnet ist in einem Gehäuse des Bodenkopfs angeordnet;
- das mindestens eine Gegenelement ist in dem Gehäuse des Bodenkopfs angeordnet;
- der mindestens eine Haltemagnet ist drehfest mit der Halteeinrichtung verbunden und das zugeordnete mindestens eine Gegenelement ist bewegungsfest an dem Bodenkopf angeordnet, oder das mindestens eine Gegenelement ist drehfest mit der Halteeinrichtung verbunden und der zugeordnete mindestens eine Haltemagnet ist bewegungsfest an dem Bodenkopf angeordnet;
- das mindestens eine Gegenelement, wenn es bewegungsfest an dem Bodenkopf sitzt, ist als Anschlag für die Halteeinrichtung und insbesondere für den zugeordneten mindestens einen Haltemagneten ausgebildet, oder der mindestens eine Haltemagnet, wenn er bewegungsfest am Bodenkopf sitzt, ist als Anschlag für die Halteeinrichtung und insbesondere für das zugeordnete mindestens eine Gegenelement ausgebildet;
- the holding magnet device comprises at least one holding magnet and a counter-element assigned to the at least one holding magnet;
- the at least one holding magnet is arranged in a housing of the bottom head;
- the at least one counter element is arranged in the housing of the bottom head;
- the at least one holding magnet is non-rotatably connected to the holding device and the associated at least one counter-element is arranged immovably on the base head, or the at least one counter-element is non-rotatably connected to the holding device and the associated at least one holding magnet is arranged immovably on the base head;
- the at least one counter-element, if it is fixed on the base head, is designed as a stop for the holding device and in particular for the associated at least one holding magnet, or the at least one holding magnet, if it is fixed on the base head, is designed as a stop for the holding device and in particular designed for the associated at least one counter-element;
- the at least one holding magnet or the at least one counter-element is seated on a rocker arm of the holding device, the rocker arm being pivotably arranged in a housing of the floor head via the holding device.
The at least one counter-element is in particular a metal plate which interacts with the associated at least one holding magnet in order to achieve a non-positive fixation.
By arranging the at least one holding magnet and/or the at least one counter element in the housing, they can be accommodated in a protected manner. The floor head can be designed with a low height, and the result is good accessibility under furniture and the like.
By means of a pivotable arrangement of the at least one holding magnet or the at least one counter-element with the holding device, a non-positive fixation of the parking position can be achieved in a simple manner.
The at least one counter-element (or correspondingly the at least one holding magnet) can also be designed for a stop. For example, the magnetic force of the holding device in the parking position prevents the holding device from falling back. The stop limits a maximum pivotability of the holding device to the floor head.
In one embodiment, the at least one holding magnet or the at least one counter-element is arranged on a rocker arm of the holding device; the rocker arm is movable in a housing of the bottom head. In this way, the parking position can be secured in a simple manner using a magnetic force. Furthermore, a stop can be provided in a simple manner. The height of the floor head can be kept low in order to achieve good accessibility.
It is particularly advantageous if, by pivoting a holding device for an operator into a fixed pivoted position in relation to the floor head, the stand device is automatically brought into the parking position, and in particular when the floor head is supported on a base, the at least one cleaning roller is lifted from the base in the process. This results in easy operability for a user.
In one embodiment, the holding device can rotate relative to the base head, with an axis of rotation being at least approximately parallel to a longitudinal axis of the holding device. This results in expanded operating options; a handle for guiding the floor cleaning machine can then be rotated on the floor head. The holding device can be rotated relative to the bottom head (in addition to being pivotable) at least in a partial angular range. The rotational mobility of the holding device on the base head is realized, for example, by a corresponding articulation of the holding device on the base head (in particular, the holding device can then be rotated as a whole relative to the base head), or the holding device is designed in several parts and a first part of the holding device is connected to a second part the holding device can be rotated.
It is then advantageous if a form-fitting device is provided, which blocks rotation of the holding device about the axis of rotation when the floor cleaning machine is in the parked position. As a result, the holding device can be fixed relative to the floor head in the parking position in a simple manner.
In one embodiment, a shield that can be moved with the holding device is arranged on the floor head, with a first positive-locking element being arranged on the holding device and a second positive-locking element cooperating with the first positive-locking element being arranged on the shield, and with the first positive-locking element and the second positive-locking element being in the parking position Positive engagement can be brought. In this way, the parking position can be secured in a simple manner.
In one embodiment, a spacer is provided which, outside of the parking position, positions the sign relative to the holding device in such a way that the first positive-locking element and the second positive-locking element are not in positive-locking engagement. As a result, the holding device can be rotated about the axis of rotation outside of the parking position.
In one embodiment, the spacer is or includes a spring-loaded pin. In the parking position in particular, such a force can then be exerted via the shield on the pin that it no longer fulfills the spacer function and a form-fitting engagement between the first form-fitting element and the second form-fitting element is made possible.
In a structurally simple embodiment, the sign is assigned a track guide, on which a curved partial area of the sign is guided. It is thus possible to rotate the holding device about the axis of rotation outside of the parked position, and in the parked position a form-fitting engagement for fixing the parked position can be achieved by appropriately positioning the shield.
In particular, outside of the parking position, the track guide acts as a spacer for the sign to the holding device. A form-fitting engagement can thus be prevented outside of the parking position.
It is particularly advantageous if the web guide is arranged on a movable cam. The movable cam acts in particular on the base device in order to position one or more bases accordingly in the parked position. By arranging the web guide on the cam, it can be achieved that when the holding device is transferred into the parking position, the shield is automatically positioned so that the form-fitting connection can then be achieved again in the parking position.
It is then also favorable if a stop for the shield is arranged on the floor head, which stop acts on the shield in the parking position and causes a form-fitting connection with the holding device. As a result, when the floor cleaning machine moves into the parked position, both the parked position of the stand foot device can be reached and the holding device can be fixed in a form-fitting manner with respect to the floor head with regard to the rotatability of the holding device with respect to the floor head in relation to an axis of rotation which is at least approximately parallel to a longitudinal axis of the holding device.
In a structurally simple embodiment, the tank device has a recess in which, in particular, a partial area of a drive device for the at least one cleaning roller is immersed. This results in a compact construction of the floor head. In particular, its height dimensions can be kept small.
In one embodiment, the at least one cleaning roller is designed in two parts and a central drive is provided. It can thereby achieve a near-edge cleaning.
It is particularly advantageous if a tank device for cleaning liquid is provided, which is arranged on the holding device or on the floor head, and in particular a supply device for cleaning liquid from the tank device for cleaning liquid to the at least a cleaning roller is provided. A wet cleaning device can be realized in this way. The at least one cleaning roller can be moistened and dirt can thus be better detached from the substrate to be cleaned.
The cleaning liquid is, in particular, water with or without the addition of a surfactant, for example.
In one embodiment, the tank device is at least partially a dirty fluid tank device, which is arranged on the floor head. It can absorb dirt fluid directly from the at least one cleaning roller. In particular, there is then no need to provide for a suction system for dirty fluid.
It is favorable if a stripping device is provided for stripping dirty fluid from the at least one cleaning roller and coupling it into the dirty fluid tank device. An optimized cleaning result can thus be achieved with a compact and constructively simple structure of the floor cleaning machine.
The object mentioned at the outset is also achieved according to the invention in that a holding device is pivoted to the bottom head, at least one rib is connected in a rotationally fixed manner to the holding device, that at least one cam is provided which can be rotated with respect to the holding device and which is separate from the at least a rib is that in a specific pivoting position range of the holding device relative to the bottom head, the at least one rib acts on the at least one cam and causes a rotational movement of the at least one cam, and that the at least one cam is coupled to the base device and in the specific swing position range of the holding device to the floor head, a movement of the base device can be actuated via the at least one cam and the base device can be brought into the parking position.
The mechanical chain (1) at least one rib, (2) at least one cam, (3) base device allows a movement of the base device to be achieved in a simple manner via a pivoting movement of the holding device. However, there does not have to be a permanent coupling for this, so that the at least one rib does not act on the at least one cam outside of the specific swivel angle range. This then does not have to be carried along outside of the specific pivoting angle range either, and the result is a compact construction of the corresponding floor head.
It is particularly advantageous if the floor head has a first transverse side and a second transverse side, with the at least one cleaning roller in particular extending at least approximately to the first transverse side and/or to the second transverse side, and that the at least one foot is opposite the first transverse side and the second transverse side is set back. The extension of the at least one cleaning roller at least approximately to the corresponding transverse side means that it is set back at most over a range of 5% based on the total length of the cleaning roller (in a width direction between the transverse sides). It can thereby achieve a near-edge cleaning. The base device with the at least one base does not protrude beyond a transverse side, but is set back or is at most on the transverse side. This results in a simple training. The at least one recess can be located as a cutout on the corresponding transverse side, or spaced apart from it (as a "tunnel").
