Claims (16)

  1. Unité de chauffage à induction (1) pour un dispositif de cuisson, en particulier pour un dispositif de cuisson à induction, plus particulièrement pour une plaque à induction, comprenant :
    - au moins un réservoir résonant (30) muni d'au moins un élément de chauffage à induction (32) ;
    - une unité de demande de puissance (60) pour demander une puissance (PR) de l'au moins un élément de chauffage à induction (32) ; et
    - une unité de pilotage (52) pour piloter le réservoir résonant (30), en particulier en faisant osciller le réservoir résonant (30) au moyen d'un élément de commutation (35), au moyen d'un signal de pilotage (38) comprenant une série de séquences subséquentes pour générer une puissance de chauffage (PH), caractérisée en ce que chaque séquence comprend :
    ∘ une première sous-séquence (S1) avec un premier signal alternatif et avec une première durée de sous-séquence (D1), qui provoque une activation du réservoir résonant (30) avec une puissance prédéterminée (PM) ;
    ∘ une deuxième sous-séquence subséquente (S2) avec un signal au moins essentiellement non alternatif et avec une deuxième durée de sous-séquence (D2), qui provoque une désactivation du réservoir résonant (30) ; et
    ∘ une troisième sous-séquence subséquente (S3) avec un second signal alternatif et avec une troisième durée de sous-séquence (D3), qui provoque une activation du réservoir résonant (30) avec moins que la puissance prédéterminée (PM).
  2. Unité de chauffage à induction selon la revendication 1,
    - dans laquelle le signal de pilotage (38) est permuté ou est configuré pour être permuté, en particulier dans au moins une ou dans chaque sous-séquence, entre au moins un premier état de pilotage, en particulier aboutissant à un état au moins essentiellement fermé de l'élément de commutation (35), et au moins un second état de pilotage, en particulier aboutissant à un état au moins essentiellement ouvert de l'élément de commutation (35) ;
    - dans laquelle en particulier le premier état de pilotage est déterminé par un premier paramètre de signal de pilotage, de préférence par une première tension de signal de pilotage ou par un premier courant de signal de pilotage, et le second état de pilotage est déterminé par un second paramètre de signal de pilotage, de préférence par une seconde tension de signal de pilotage ou par un second courant de signal de pilotage ;
    - dans laquelle en particulier le premier état de pilotage et/ou le second état de pilotage varie(nt) entre les première, deuxième et/ou troisième sous-séquences ;
    - dans laquelle en particulier le premier paramètre de signal de pilotage et/ou le second paramètre de signal de pilotage de la troisième sous-séquence varie(nt) par comparaison avec les premiers paramètres de signal de pilotage et/ou les seconds paramètres de signal de pilotage de la première sous-séquence et/ou de la deuxième sous-séquence ;
    - dans laquelle en particulier la première tension de signal de pilotage et/ou la seconde tension de signal de pilotage de la troisième sous-séquence sont/est à un niveau plus bas ou à un niveau plus haut que la première tension de signal de pilotage et/ou la seconde tension de signal de pilotage de la première sous-séquence et/ou de la deuxième sous-séquence ;
    - dans laquelle en particulier la première tension de signal de pilotage et/ou la seconde tension de signal de pilotage sont/est des tensions de grille de l'élément de commutation (35) ; et
    - dans laquelle en particulier l'élément de commutation (35) est ou comprend un transistor, de façon davantage particulière un transistor bipolaire à grille isolée, IGBT.
  3. Unité de chauffage à induction selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle la puissance de chauffage (PH) est générée en correspondance avec la puissance demandée (PR).
  4. Unité de chauffage à induction selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, dans laquelle, dans au moins un mode de fonctionnement, une première durée de sous-séquence (D1) et une deuxième durée de sous-séquence (D2) sont sélectionnées de telle sorte qu'une variation et/ou une réduction de la puissance de chauffage (PH) soi(en)t à l'intérieur d'une plage prédéterminée, en particulier de telle sorte que la variation et/ou la réduction de la puissance (PH) en relation avec la puissance demandée (PR) soi(en)t supérieure(s) à une variation et/ou une réduction minimum prédéterminée(s) et inférieure(s) à une variation et/ou une réduction maximum prédéterminée(s), dans laquelle de façon davantage particulière la variation et/ou la réduction minimum sont/est de 3 %, en particulier de 5 % et/ou dans laquelle la variation et/ou la réduction maximum sont/est de 30 %, en particulier de 20 %, de façon davantage particulière de 10 %.
  5. Unité de chauffage à induction selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    dans laquelle la première sous-séquence (S1) avec des premiers signaux alternatifs démarre à un premier temps de début (T1) d'une première impulsion DC (P1) et se termine à un deuxième temps de début (T2) d'une deuxième impulsion DC (P2), en particulier subséquente, avec une première durée de sous-séquence (D1), une première fréquence de pilotage, un premier rapport cyclique (C1) et/ou un premier temps Ton, dans laquelle en particulier la première durée de sous-séquence (D1) est déterminée par la durée de la première impulsion DC (P1) et/ou est au moins essentiellement égale à cette même durée de la première impulsion ou est déterminée par la durée ajoutée de multiples impulsions DC et/ou est au moins essentiellement égale à cette même durée ajoutée.
  6. Unité de chauffage à induction selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    dans laquelle la deuxième sous-séquence (S2) avec des signaux non alternatifs démarre au deuxième temps de début (T2) de la/d'une deuxième impulsion DC (P2) et se termine à un temps de début d'activation (T2a), à une troisième durée de sous-séquence (D3) avant un troisième temps de début (T3) d'une troisième impulsion DC (P3), en particulier à une troisième durée de sous-séquence (D3) entre le deuxième temps de début (T2) d'une deuxième impulsion DC (P2) et le troisième temps de début (T3) de la troisième impulsion DC (P3), avec une deuxième durée de sous-séquence (D2), une deuxième fréquence de pilotage d'au moins essentiellement zéro, un deuxième rapport cyclique d'au moins essentiellement zéro (C2) et/ou un deuxième temps Ton d'au moins essentiellement zéro, dans laquelle en particulier la deuxième durée de sous-séquence (D2) est déterminée par la durée de la deuxième impulsion DC (P2) ou est égale à la durée ajoutée de multiples impulsions DC, moins la troisième durée de sous-séquence (D3).
  7. Unité de chauffage à induction selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    - dans laquelle la troisième sous-séquence (S3) avec des seconds signaux alternatifs démarre à un temps de début d'activation (T2a), à une troisième durée de sous-séquence (D3) avant le troisième temps de début (T3) d'une troisième impulsion DC (P3), entre un deuxième temps de début (T2) d'une deuxième impulsion DC (P2) et un troisième temps de début (T3) de la troisième impulsion DC (P3), et se termine au temps de début (T3) de la troisième impulsion DC (P3), avec une troisième fréquence de pilotage de même que des rapports cycliques et/ou un temps Ton croissant depuis un troisième rapport cyclique ou depuis un troisième temps Ton jusqu'au premier rapport cyclique (C1) ou jusqu'au premier temps Ton, dans laquelle en particulier la troisième durée de sous-séquence (D3) est inférieure à 30 %, en particulier inférieure à 20 %, de façon davantage particulière égale à 10 % ou à moins de 10 % de la durée d'impulsion DC ;
    - dans laquelle en particulier la ou une première tension de signal de pilotage et/ou la ou une seconde tension de signal de pilotage de la troisième sous-séquence sont/est inférieure(s) ou supérieure(s) à la ou une première tension de signal de pilotage et/ou la ou une seconde tension de signal de pilotage de la première sous-séquence et/ou de la deuxième sous-séquence ;
    - dans laquelle en particulier la première tension de signal de pilotage et/ou la seconde tension de signal de pilotage sont/est des tensions de grille de l'élément de commutation (35) ; et
    - dans laquelle en particulier l'élément de commutation (35) est ou comprend un transistor, de façon davantage particulière un transistor bipolaire à grille isolée, IGBT.
  8. Unité de chauffage à induction selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    - dans laquelle le premier signal alternatif (C1) est une onde impulsionnelle et/ou comprend une première longueur d'impulsion de pilotage, en particulier constante, en particulier un temps Ton et/ou un temps Toff et/ou un premier rapport cyclique et/ou une première fréquence, dans laquelle le premier signal alternatif génère la puissance prédéterminée (PM).
  9. Unité de chauffage à induction selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    - dans laquelle le signal au moins essentiellement non alternatif (C2) avec une deuxième longueur d'impulsion, un deuxième rapport cyclique et une deuxième fréquence désactive ou coupe au moins essentiellement le réservoir résonant, en particulier dans laquelle le signal non alternatif (C2) est un signal constant, qui est de façon davantage particulière constamment à zéro.
  10. Unité de chauffage à induction selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    - dans laquelle le second signal alternatif (C3) comprend des troisièmes longueurs d'impulsion de pilotage croissantes, en particulier des troisièmes temps Ton croissants, des troisièmes rapports cycliques croissants et/ou une troisième fréquence de pilotage en particulier au moins essentiellement constante et/ou génère une puissance de chauffage en démarrant à partir de moins qu'une valeur au moins essentiellement égale à la puissance continue minimum dans le réservoir résonant (30) et/ou à la puissance prédéfinie et/ou demandée ;
    - dans laquelle en particulier la/une première tension de signal de pilotage et/ou la/une seconde tension de signal de pilotage de la troisième sous-séquence sont/est inférieure(s) ou supérieure(s) à la première tension de signal de pilotage et/ou à la seconde tension de signal de pilotage de la première sous-séquence et/ou de la deuxième sous-séquence ;
    - dans laquelle en particulier la première tension de signal de pilotage et/ou la seconde tension de signal de pilotage sont/est des tensions de grille de l'élément de commutation (35) ; et
    - dans laquelle en particulier l'élément de commutation (35) est ou comprend un transistor, de façon davantage particulière un transistor bipolaire à grille isolée, IGBT.
  11. Unité de chauffage à induction selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    - dans laquelle un moyen de détection de durée de séquence détecte une durée de séquence en tant que nombre d'impulsions DC de séquence en augmentant par pas un nombre d'impulsions DC jusqu'à ce que la variation de la puissance de chauffage pendant une séquence soit à l'intérieure d'une plage prédéterminée et/ou
    - dans laquelle un moyen de définition de durée de séquence définit une durée de séquence de telle sorte que la variation de la puissance de chauffage soit à l'intérieur de la/d'une plage prédéterminée.
  12. Unité de chauffage à induction selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    - dans laquelle le nombre d'impulsions DC dans une séquence détermine la durée de séquence, dans laquelle le nombre d'impulsions DC dans la première sous-séquence détermine la première durée de sous-séquence, dans laquelle le nombre d'impulsions DC dans la deuxième sous-séquence détermine la deuxième durée de sous-séquence, et/ou
    - dans laquelle la première durée de sous-séquence et la deuxième durée de sous-séquence sont déterminées de telle sorte qu'une puissance requise soit obtenue en tant que puissance de chauffage ; et/ou
    - dans laquelle le nombre d'impulsions DC dans la première sous-séquence et le nombre d'impulsions DC dans la deuxième sous-séquence sont déterminés de telle sorte qu'une puissance requise soit obtenue ; et/ou
    - dans laquelle le nombre d'impulsions DC dans la première sous-séquence est obtenu en multipliant le nombre d'impulsions DC dans la séquence par le quotient de la puissance demandée et de la puissance continue minimum et, en particulier, en arrondissant par excès ou par défaut le résultat.
  13. Unité de chauffage à induction selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant
    - une unité de commande de pilotage de puissance (51) pour déterminer le rapport entre la première durée de sous-séquence et la deuxième durée de sous-séquence et/ou pour déterminer la première durée de sous-séquence et la deuxième durée de sous-séquence sur la base d'un niveau de puissance demandée ; et/ou
    - dans laquelle en particulier la puissance prédéterminée (PM) est la puissance continue minimum et/ou dans laquelle la puissance demandée (PR) est inférieure à la puissance prédéterminée ; et/ou
    - l'élément de commutation (35) est un élément de commutation quasi résonant ; et/ou
    - le réservoir résonant (30) comprend un élément capacitif et un élément inductif.
  14. Dispositif de cuisson à induction (1) comprenant au moins une unité de chauffage à induction selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant :
    - au moins une, deux, au moins deux, quatre, au moins quatre, six ou au moins six unités de chauffage à induction selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre en particulier :
    - un moyen de redressement pour redresser un signal d'alimentation en puissance AC externe selon un signal d'alimentation DC de bus pulsé comprenant une série d'impulsions DC pour alimenter les au moins une, deux, au moins deux, quatre, au moins quatre, six ou au moins six unités de chauffage à induction ; et/ou
    - une unité de définition de niveau de puissance (60), en particulier une interface utilisateur, pour déterminer au moins un niveau de puissance demandée du dispositif de chauffage à induction (1) ; et/ou
    - au moins une unité de détection pour détecter des temps de début des impulsions DC.
  15. Procédé de fonctionnement d'une unité de chauffage à induction (1), en particulier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 1 à 13, le procédé comprenant :
    - au moyen d'une unité de demande de puissance (60), la demande d'une puissance (PR) de l'au moins un élément de chauffage à induction (32) ; et
    - au moyen d'une unité de pilotage (52), le pilotage du réservoir résonant (30), en particulier l'oscillation du réservoir résonant (30) au moyen d'un élément de commutation (35), au moyen d'un signal de pilotage comprenant une série de séquences subséquentes pour générer une puissance de chauffage (PH), caractérisé en ce que chaque séquence comprend :
    ∘ une première sous-séquence (S1) avec un premier signal alternatif et avec une première durée de sous-séquence (D1), qui provoque une activation du réservoir résonant (30) avec une puissance prédéterminée (PM) ;
    ∘ une deuxième sous-séquence subséquente (S2) avec un signal au moins essentiellement non alternatif et avec une deuxième durée de sous-séquence (D2), qui provoque une désactivation du réservoir résonant (30) ; et
    ∘ une troisième sous-séquence subséquente (S3) avec un second signal alternatif, qui provoque une activation du réservoir résonant (30) moyennant moins que la puissance prédéterminée (PM).
  16. Procédé de fonctionnement d'une unité de chauffage à induction (1) selon la revendication 15, le procédé comprenant en outre :
    - au moyen d'une unité de commande de pilotage de puissance (51), la détermination du rapport entre la première durée de sous-séquence et la deuxième durée de sous-séquence et/ou la détermination de la première durée de sous-séquence et de la deuxième durée de sous-séquence sur la base d'un niveau de puissance demandée (PR), dans lequel en particulier la puissance prédéterminée (PM) est la puissance continue minimum et la puissance demandée (PR) est inférieure à la puissance prédéterminée (PM).
