Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'une composition polymère caractérisé en ce qu'un prépolymère à base d'éthylène (P) est obtenu dans une zone de prépolymérisation par polymérisation en suspension en présence d'éthylène, éventuellement d'au moins un comonomère choisi parmi les alpha-oléfines comportant 4 à 10 atomes de carbone et éventuellement d'hydrogène, un premier composant éthylénique polymère (A) est obtenu dans une première zone de polymérisation par polymérisation en suspension en présence d'éthylène, éventuellement d'au moins un comonomère choisi parmi les alpha-oléfines comportant 4 à 10 atomes de carbone et éventuellement d'hydrogène, un deuxième composant éthylénique polymère (B) est obtenu dans une deuxième zone de polymérisation par polymérisation en suspension en présence d'éthylène, du premier composant éthylénique polymère (A), d'au moins un comonomère choisi parmi les alpha-oléfines comportant 4 à 10 atomes de carbone et éventuellement d'hydrogène et un troisième composant éthylénique polymère (C) est obtenu dans une troisième zone de polymérisation par polymérisation en phase gazeuse en présence d'éthylène et d'au moins un comonomère choisi parmi les alpha-oléfines comportant 4 à 10 atomes de carbone, pour produire un polymère multimodal d'éthylène (a) avec au moins un comonomère choisi parmi les alpha-oléfines comportant 4 à 10 atomes de carbone, - qui présente a) une densité comprise entre 900 et 960 kg/m3, b) un MFR2 égal à 0,1 à 25 g/10 min (conformément à la norme ISO 1133 à 190 °C sous une charge de 2,16 kg), c) une distribution de poids moléculaire de 2 à 6, - qui comprend au moins - entre 0,5 et moins de 5 % en poids d'un prépolymère par rapport à l'éthylène (P), - entre 10 et moins de 25 % en poids d'un composant éthylénique polymère (A), - entre 10 et moins de 25 % en poids d'un composant éthylénique polymère (B) et - entre plus de 51 et 79,5 % en poids d'un composant éthylénique polymère (C), les densités des composants éthyléniques polymères (A) et (B) étant chacune comprises entre 925 et 970 kg/m3 et la densité du composant éthylénique polymère (C) présentant une densité comprise entre 880 et 950 kg/m3, et les composants éthyléniques polymères (A), (B) et (C) présentant des valeurs MFR2 différentes.
