Claims (14)

  1. Meuble (100), notamment siège comportant une partie de base (104) recevant de manière pivotante, une partie mobile de meuble (101, 102, 103) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une ferrure pivotante (1),
    - cette ferrure pivotante (1) étant fixée avec un premier levier (2) à la partie de base (104) et avec un second levier (3) elle est montée de manière pivotante au premier levier (2), en étant ainsi fixée à la partie mobile de meuble (101, 102, 103),
    - le second levier (3) se fixant à un corps de forme (4) muni de nombreuses cavités (7), ce corps de forme constituant le coeur de la partie mobile de meuble (101, 102, 103) et réalisant dans le corps de forme (4), une poche (20) pour recevoir au moins une partie du second levier (3),
    meuble caractérisé en ce que
    le corps de forme (4) comporte une fente (43) traversée par le premier levier (2).
  2. Meuble selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le troisième levier (3) est fixé par serrage et/ou accrochage dans la poche (20).
  3. Meuble selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    une structure de rigidification est réalisée avec des entretoises (8) dans le corps de forme (4) et les cavités (7) sont entre les entretoises (8).
  4. Meuble selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le corps de forme (4) est principalement en forme de plaque et se compose de plusieurs parties séparées (40, 41, 42).
  5. Meuble selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le corps de forme (4) présente sur deux côtés opposés une surface supérieure (5, 6) principalement lisse ou en forme de grille.
  6. Meuble selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    les deux surfaces supérieures (5, 6) ont une élasticité différente résultant de la mise en forme du corps de forme (4).
  7. Meuble selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le corps de forme (4) ou les parties séparées (40, 41, 42) du corps de forme (4) sont réalisés par injection, extrusion ou impression 3D.
  8. Meuble selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la proportion de cavités (7) dans le corps de forme (4), rapportée au volume total dépasse 50% et notamment elle est comprise entre 60% et 95%.
  9. Meuble selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le côté extérieur du corps de forme (4) est entouré d'une couverture flexible.
  10. Meuble selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la partie mobile de meuble (101, 102, 103) est montée pivotante par l'intermédiaire de deux ou plus de ferrures pivotantes (1) sur la partie de base (104).
  11. Meuble selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la partie mobile de meuble (101, 102, 103) est un accoudoir, un reposepied ou un appui de tête.
  12. Meuble selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la partie de base (104) est réalisée sous la forme de siège ou de dossier d'un meuble rembourré ou d'un siège de véhicule.
  13. Meuble selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le corps de forme (4) comporte un composant supplémentaire tel qu'un affichage, une unité de service et/ou une commande.
  14. Procédé de montage d'un meuble notamment d'un siège comprenant les étapes suivantes consistant à :
    - fournir un composant de base et fixer un levier d'une ferrure pivotante à ce composant de base,
    - réaliser un corps de forme (4) composé d'une ou plusieurs parties séparées (40, 41, 42) par injection, extrusion ou impression 3D avec un ensemble de cavités, le corps de forme (4) a une poche (20) pour recevoir au moins une partie d'un second levier (3), et
    - emmancher le corps de forme (4) sur le second levier de la ferrure pivotante et fixer le corps de forme au second levier pour un montage mobile du corps de forme (4) sur la partie de base (104), le corps de forme (4) ayant une fente (43) à travers laquelle passe le premier levier (2).
