Claims (14)

  1. Flüssigprodukt-Nachfüllpackung (R) zur Befüllung einer Flasche (F) mit Gewindehals (C), wobei die Nachfüllpackung (R) Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen flexiblen Beutel (P) mit einer Öffnung,
    - eine Abgabeanordnung (D1; D2) mit einem Versiegelungsfortsatz (11; 11'), wobei die Abgabeanordnung (R) eine mit Gewinde versehene Verbindungshülse (22; 22') umfasst, bei der ein Innenschraubgewinde (221) ausgebildet ist, in das der Gewindehals (C) der Flasche (F) einschraubbar ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abgabeanordnung (D1; D2) umfasst:
    - einen Einsatz (1; 1'), an dem der Versiegelungsfortsatz (11; 11'), ein Durchgang (10) sowie eine Kurvenbahn (120) oder ein Außengewinde (120') ausgebildet sind,
    - einen Verschluss (2; 2'), an dem die mit Gewinde versehene Verbindungshülse (22; 22') sowie ein Kurvenprofil (210) oder ein Innengewinde (210'), das mit der Kurvenbahn (120) bzw. dem Außengewinde (120') in Eingriff steht, ausgebildet sind,
    wobei der Verschluss (2; 2') anfänglich abdichtend in den Einsatz (1; 1') eingreift, um den Durchgang (10) zu verschließen, wobei sich nach Einschrauben des Gewindehalses (C) der Flasche (F) in die mit Gewinde versehende Verbindungshülse (22; 22') das Kurvenprofil (210) bzw. das Innengewinde (210') in der Kurvenbahn (120) bzw. im Außengewinde (120') bewegt, sodass der Durchgang (10) geöffnet wird.
  2. Flüssigprodukt-Nachfüllpackung (R) nach Anspruch 1, bei der das Einschrauben des Gewindehalses (C) der Flasche (F) in die mit Gewinde versehene Verbindungshülse (22; 22') und das Öffnen des Durchgangs (10) nacheinander in derselben Einschraubrichtung, vorteilhafterweise in rechtsdrehender Richtung, erfolgen.
  3. Flüssigprodukt-Nachfüllpackung (R) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der der Einsatz (1; 1') und der Verschluss (2; 2') Endanschlagmittel (122; 122', 211) zur Begrenzung ihrer gegenseitigen Bewegung bilden.
  4. Flüssigprodukt-Nachfüllpackung (R) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der nur der Versiegelungsfortsatz (11; 11') in den flexiblen Beutel (P) eindringt.
  5. Flüssigprodukt-Nachfüllpackung (R) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Einsatz (1; 1') ein Rohr (13; 13') umfasst, und der Verschluss (2; 2') eine Manschette (23; 23') umfasst, die innerhalb der mit Gewinde versehenen Verbindungshülse (22; 22') um das Rohr (13; 13') herum in Eingriff steht.
  6. Flüssigprodukt-Nachfüllpackung (R) nach Anspruch 5, bei der nach Einschrauben des Gewindehalses (C) der Flasche (F) in die mit Gewinde versehene Verbindungshülse (22; 22') die Manschette (23; 23') zwischen einer verschließenden Anfangsstellung und einer öffnenden Endstellung abdichtend um das Rohr (13; 13') herum gleitet.
  7. Flüssigprodukt-Nachfüllpackung (R) nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, bei der der Einsatz (1; 1') einen zylindrischen Körper (12; 12') umfasst, der zwischen dem Versiegelungsfortsatz (11; 11') und dem Rohr (13; 13') angeordnet ist, und der Verschluss (2; 2') eine Schürze (21 ; 21') umfasst, die unterhalb der mit Gewinde versehenen Verbindungshülse (22; 22') um den zylindrischen Körper (12; 12') herum angeordnet ist, wobei der zylindrische Körper (12; 12') die Kurvenbahn (120) bzw. das Außengewinde (120') bildet und die Schürze (21; 21') das Kurvenprofil (210) bzw. das Innengewinde (210') bildet.
  8. Flüssigprodukt-Nachfüllpackung (R) nach Anspruch 7, bei der sich die mit Gewinde versehene Verbindungshülse (22; 22') in Verlängerung der Schürze (21; 21') erstreckt.
  9. Flüssigprodukt-Nachfüllpackung (R) nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, bei der die Schürze (21; 21') dicht um den zylindrischen Körper (12; 12') herum gleitet.
  10. Flüssigprodukt-Nachfüllpackung (R) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Verschluss (2; 2') einen Originalitätsring (216; 212) umfasst, der mit dem Einsatz (1; 1') derart zusammenwirkt, dass bei Einschrauben des Gewindehalses (C) der Flasche (F) in die mit Gewinde versehene Verbindungshülse (22; 22') der Originalitätsring (216; 212) bricht.
  11. Flüssigprodukt-Nachfüllpackung (R) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die äußere Kurvenbahn 120) des Einsatzes (1) zwei Enden aufweist, nämlich ein Einlassende (121), das mit einem axialen Befestigungsschacht (123) verbunden ist, und ein Blindende (122), das als Endanschlagsmittel dient, wobei ein Halteprofil (124) vorteilhafterweise an der Verbindung des axialen Befestigungsschachts (123) mit der äußeren Kurvenbahn (120) ausgebildet ist, um das innere Kurvenprofil (210) in der äußeren Kurvenbahn (120) zu halten und es dadurch daran zu hindern, wieder in den axialen Befestigungsschacht (123) zurückzugelangen.
  12. Flüssigprodukt-Nachfüllpackung (R) nach Anspruch 3, bei der der Einsatz (1') einen Flansch (122') ausbildet und der Verschluss (2') einen harpunenartigen Anschlag (211) ausbildet, der bei Anbringen des Verschlusses (2') um den Einsatz (1') herum unter den Flansch (122') gedrückt wird, sich jedoch nicht mehr von diesem lösen kann.
  13. Flüssigprodukt-Nachfüllpackung (R) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Kurvenbahn (120) bzw. das Außengewinde (120') des Verschlusses (2; 2') umgekehrt zu dem der Verbindungshülse (22; 22') verläuft, um während ein und derselben Drehung sowohl ein Einschrauben der Flasche (F) in die Verbindungshülse (22; 22') als auch ein Abschrauben des Verschlusses (2; 2') vom Einsatz (1; 1') zu ermöglichen.
  14. Befüllungsverfahren für eine Flasche (F) mit Gewindehals (C) mithilfe einer Flüssigprodukt-Nachfüllpackung (R) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    a) Anbringen der mit Gewinde versehenen Verbindungshülse (22; 22') des Verschlusses (2; 2') um den Gewindehals (C) der Flasche (F),
    b) Drehen der Flüssigprodukt-Nachfüllpackung (R) zum Aufschrauben der mit Gewinde versehenen Verbindungshülse (22; 22') auf den Gewindehals (C) der Flasche (F),
    c) nach vollständigem Aufschrauben der mit Gewinde versehenen Verbindungshülse (22; 22') um den Gewindehals (C) der Flasche (F) weiterhin Ausüben eines Drehmoments auf die Flüssigprodukt-Nachfüllpackung (R), um den flexiblen Beutel (P) und den Einsatz (1; 1') um den Verschluss (2; 2') und die Flasche (F) herum zu drehen,
    d) Zusammenquetschen des flexiblen Beutels (P), um dessen Inhalt über die Abgabeeinheit (D1; D2) in die Flasche hinein zu pressen,
    e) Abschrauben der Flüssigprodukt-Nachfüllpackung (R) von der Flasche (F).
