Definitions
- the present invention relates to a surfactant and polymer-based, highly concentrated detergent preparation based on organic solvent carrier systems. Furthermore, the application relates to detergent portion units which include this detergent preparation and a method for washing textiles using the detergent preparation or the detergent portion unit.
- a trend relevant to the production of these foil bags is the miniaturization of these foil bags.
- the background to this development is greater consumer acceptance due to simplified handling, particularly sustainability aspects, for example in relation to transport volumes and costs and the amount of packaging used.
- German patent application suggests improving the storage properties of concentrated liquid formulations DE 31 32 219 A1 the use of surfactant mixtures based on sulfobetaines and quaternary ammonium alkene sulfonates.
- German patent application DE 100 27 674 A1 The use of glyceride alkoxylates to produce liquid detergents that are stable at low temperatures is described.
- Liquid detergent preparations with a high surfactant content and containing alkoxylated polyalkyleneimines are out WO2017133879 A1 , DE102014218953 A1 , EP2924105 A1 , EP2014753 A1 and EP3202878 A1 known.
- the application was based on the task of providing visually appealing, concentrated detergent portion units which can be produced in a simple and efficient manner, have good cleaning performance with small dosage quantities and are optically, rheologically and chemically stable under demanding storage conditions.
- the detergent preparation is free-flowing under standard conditions (20°C, 1013 mbar).
- a first essential component of the detergent preparation is surfactant, which is contained in the detergent preparation at 40 to 80% by weight, preferably at 50 to 75% by weight and in particular at 55 to 75% by weight.
- the group of surfactants includes non-ionic, anionic, cationic and amphoteric surfactants.
- the compositions according to the invention can comprise one or more of the surfactants mentioned. Particularly preferred compositions contain at least one anionic surfactant as a surfactant.
- the anionic surfactant is preferably selected from the group comprising C 9 -C 13 alkyl benzene sulfonates, olefin sulfonates, C 12 -C 18 alkane sulfonates, ester sulfonates, alk(en)yl sulfates, fatty alcohol ether sulfates and mixtures thereof.
- Compositions which comprise C 9 -C 13 alkyl benzene sulfonates and fatty alcohol ether sulfates as anionic surfactant have particularly good dispersing properties.
- the surfactants of the sulfonate type are preferably C 9 -C 13 alkylbenzene sulfonates, olefin sulfonates, that is, mixtures of alkene and hydroxyalkane sulfonates and disulfonates, such as those obtained, for example, from C 12 -C 18 monoolefins with a terminal or internal double bond by sulfonation with gaseous sulfur trioxide and subsequent alkaline or acid hydrolysis of the sulfonation products.
- C 12 -C 18 alkane sulfonates and the esters of ⁇ -sulfofatty acids for example the ⁇ -sulfonated methyl esters of hydrogenated coconut, palm kernel or tallow fatty acids.
- Alk(en)yl sulfates are the alkali and in particular the sodium salts of the sulfuric acid monoesters of the C 12 -C 18 fatty alcohols, for example from coconut fatty alcohol, tallow fatty alcohol, lauryl, myristyl, cetyl or stearyl alcohol or the C 10 -C 20 oxo alcohols and those half esters of secondary alcohols of these chain lengths are preferred.
- the C 12 -C 16 alkyl sulfates and C 12 -C 15 alkyl sulfates and C 14 -C 15 alkyl sulfates are preferred.
- 2,3-alkyl sulfates are also suitable anionic surfactants.
- the preferred alk(en)yl sulfates are the salts of the sulfuric acid half esters of fatty alcohols with 12 to 18 carbon atoms, for example from coconut fatty alcohol, tallow fatty alcohol, lauryl, myristyl, cetyl or stearyl alcohol or the oxo alcohols with 10 to 20 carbon atoms and those half esters of secondary alcohols of these chain lengths are preferred.

- i) eine erfindungsgemäße Waschmittelzubereitung
