Claims (7)

  1. Kompakte und gedämpfte Scharniervorrichtung für eine Anwendung, umfassend ein erstes Verbindungsmittel (3) das zugeordnet ist, um an einer Luke oder Klappe zur Drehung letzterer zwischen einem geschlossenen und einem vollständig geöffneten Zustand der Anwendung befestigt zu werden und das mittels eines Scharnierstifts schwenkend mit einem zweiten Verbindungsmittel (5) verbunden ist, das zugeordnet ist, um an der Struktur oder dem Rahmen der Anwendung befestigt zu werden; wobei die Vorrichtung (1) mindestens ein erstes elastisches Mittel (7) umfasst, das mit dem ersten Verbindungsmittel (3) und dem zweiten Verbindungsmittel (5) verbunden ist, um ein in Richtung des geschlossenen Zustands der Scharniervorrichtung (1) gerichtetes elastisches Drehmoment auf das erste Verbindungsmittel (3) zu übertragen; die Vorrichtung (1) umfasst ein Dämpfungselement (11) einer linearen Art mit einer geometrischen Längsachse und einem ersten Ende, das mit mindestens dem ersten Verbindungsmittel (3) oder dem zweiten Verbindungsmittel (5), entweder direkt oder mittels eines damit verbundenen Elements (3, 5) verbunden ist, das zweite Ende des Dämpfungselements (11) ist zugeordnet, um ein Anschlagelement (13) zu berühren, das in einer zu der Achse des Dämpfungselements (11) ausgerichteten oder dazu parallelen Schieberichtung verschiebbar ist, aufgrund der Auswirkung eines Übertragungsmittels (15), das verschiebbar in der Schieberichtung ist und zumindest in der abschließenden Schließphase der Türe durch mindestens ein Versatzelement (17) betätigt wird, das mit dem zweiten Verbindungsmittel (5) mit einem entsprechenden festgelegten Abstand zu dem Scharnierstift (4) befestigt ist; in mindestens einem Winkelsektor der Türdrehung trifft das Versatzelement (17) auf das Übertragungsmittel (15), wodurch dieses zusammen mit dem Anschlagelement (13) in der Schieberichtung verschoben wird, sodass das Dämpfungselement (11) komprimiert wird, was die Drehung der Tür in diesem Winkelsektor unterbricht; das zweite Verbindungsmittel (5) trägt ein Nockenelement (21) das befestigt ist an oder gebildet ist in dem zweiten Verbindungsmittel (5) und es umfasst ein Schnelldrehelement (23), das durch ein zweites elastisches Mittel (19) elastisch in die Schieberichtung gedrückt wird, welches zumindest in einem Winkelsektor der Türdrehung seine elastische Kraft auf das Nockenelement (21) mittels des Schnelldrehelements (23) überträgt; das erste elastische Mittel (7) überträgt seine elastische Kraft auf einen Verbindungsstift (27), der an dem zweiten Verbindungsmittel (5) in einem entsprechenden festgelegten Abstand zu dem Scharnierstift (4) befestigt ist und an einem Ende eines Zuganker-Elements (29) befestigt ist, mit dem das erste elastische Mittel (7) verbunden ist, dieses Zuganker-Element (29) ist in die ungefähre Schieberichtung zusammen mit oder innerhalb des ersten Verbindungsmittels (3) verschiebbar; und die Vorrichtung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bereich des Zuganker-Elements (29) gegenüber des Verbindungsstifts (27) ein Gehäuseelement (31) enthält oder lagert, das mit ihm verbunden ist und der Bereich des Zuganker-Elements (29), das den Verbindungsstift (27) lagert, enthält oder lagert ein Trägerelement (33), das an einem Ende eine Drehachse (22) des Schnelldrehelements (23) aufweist, diese Achse (22) ist verschiebbar in Schlitzen (24) aufgenommen, die sich in der Schieberichtung erstrecken und in dem Zuganker-Element (29) ausgebildet sind; das zweite elastische Mittel (19) besteht aus einer schraubenförmigen Feder, die zwischen zwei Schultern (35, 37), eine (35) des Gehäuseelements (31) und die andere (37) des Trägerelements (33), zusammengedrückt wird.
  2. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuseelement (31) das erste Ende des Dämpfungselements (11) aufnimmt, welches koaxial mit dem zweiten elastischen Mittel (19) ist, mindestens das zweite Ende des Dämpfungselements (11) tritt durch eine Öffnung (39), die in der Schulter (37) des Trägerelements (33) gebildet ist, das Anschlagelement (13) ist verschiebbar aufgenommen in oder verschiebt sich entlang des Trägerelements (33), das Anschlagelement (13) steht in Eingriff mit dem entsprechenden Ende des Übertragungsmittels (15), das entsprechende Schlitze (16) aufweist, die sich entlang der Schieberichtung erstrecken und verschiebbar sind und mit der Drehachse (22) des Schnelldrehelements (23) in Eingriff stehen.
  3. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Verbindungsmittel (3) eine kastenähnliche Form aufweist, die sich in der Schieberichtung erstreckt und an einem Ende Aufnahmen (6) zum Befestigen des Scharnierstifts (4) trägt und ihr gegenüberliegendes Ende umfasst einen Anschlag oder Stopper für ein Ende des ersten elastischen Mittels (7) der Schraubenfederart und dieses Ende oder dieser Anschlag weist eine Öffnung zum Schieben eines Federmittels (43) auf, dessen eines Ende mit dem gegenüberliegenden Ende des ersten elastischen Mittels (7) verbunden ist, das verbleibende Ende des Federmittels (43) trägt einen Befestigungsstift (45), dessen Enden in entsprechenden Aufnahmelöchern befestigt sind, die in dem Ende des Zuganker-Elements (29) gegenüber des Endes, das den Verbindungsstift (27) trägt, gebildet sind.

Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden des Befestigungsstifts (45) verschiebbar in entsprechenden Schlitzen (44) aufgenommen sind, die entlang der Schieberichtung gestreckt sind und an dem Ende des ersten Verbindungsmittels (3) gegenüber seines Endes, das die Aufnahmen (6) für den Scharnierstift (4) lagert, gebildet sind.
  5. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Befestigungsstift (45) in ein Loch oder einen Aufsatz des Gehäuseelements (31) eingreift.
  6. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Trägerelement (33) aus einem geschnittenen Metallblech oder einem anderen Material hergestellt ist, das in Form eines eckigen oder gestreckten "U" gefaltet oder geformt ist, dessen unterer oder mittlerer Bereich die entsprechende Schulter (37) bildet und dessen Enden Löcher für die Drehachse (22) des Schnelldrehelements (23) aufweist; das Übertragungsmittel (15) ist aus einem geschnittenen Metallblech oder einem anderen Material hergestellt und weist eine diagonale Abmessung auf, die kleiner ist als der Raum innerhalb des Trägerelements (33), das es (15) in verschiebbarer Weise aufnimmt und das Übertragungsmittel (15) weist ein Profil ähnlich eines "V" oder "L" auf, ein Arm des Übertragungsmittels (15) nimmt die entsprechenden Längsschlitze (16) auf und der andere Arm trägt flache oder geformte Oberflächen zum verschiebbaren oder drehenden Anschlag mit den Enden des Versatzelements (17), das entsprechende verschiebbare oder rollende Elemente umfasst.
  7. Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlagelement (13) und das Gehäuseelement (31) für die Enden des zweiten bzw. ersten Dämpfungselements (11) mit entsprechenden Aufnahmen parallel zur Schieberichtung versehen sind und zugeordnet sind, um eine Ausrichtungsstange (49) verschiebbar aufzunehmen.
