Claims (7)
- - Dispositif de charnière compact et amorti pour un appareil comprenant un premier moyen de liaison (3) destiné à être fixé à une trappe ou un volet pour la rotation de ce dernier entre des états de fermeture et d'ouverture complète de l'appareil et relié de manière pivotante par un axe de charnière à un second moyen de liaison (5) destiné à être fixé à la structure ou au bâti de l'appareil ; ledit dispositif (1) comprenant au moins un premier moyen élastique (7) interconnecté entre le premier moyen de liaison (3) et le second moyen de liaison (5) pour transmettre, au premier moyen de liaison (3), un couple élastique dirigé vers l'état fermé du dispositif de charnière (1) ; ledit dispositif (1) comprend un élément amortisseur (11) d'un type linéaire ayant un axe géométrique longitudinal et une première extrémité reliée à au moins un du premier moyen de liaison (3) et du second moyen de liaison (5), soit directement, soit à l'aide d'un élément qui lui est relié (3, 5), l'autre et seconde extrémité de l'élément amortisseur (11) étant destinée à rencontrer un élément de butée (13) apte à coulisser dans une direction de coulissement alignée ou parallèle à l'axe de l'élément amortisseur (11) sous l'effet d'un moyen de translation (15) apte à coulisser dans ladite direction de coulissement et actionné, au moins dans la phase de fermeture terminale de la porte, par au moins un élément de décalage (17) fixé au second moyen de liaison (5) à une distance prédéterminée respective de l'axe de charnière (4) ; dans au moins un secteur angulaire de la rotation de porte, l'élément de décalage (17) rencontre le moyen de translation (15), ce qui l'amène à coulisser conjointement avec l'élément de butée (13) dans la direction de coulissement, comprimant l'élément amortisseur (11) qui freine la rotation de la porte dans ce secteur angulaire ; le second moyen de liaison (5) porte un élément came (21) fixé au ou formé dans le second moyen de liaison (5) et il comprend un élément tournant (23) pressé élastiquement dans la direction de coulissement par un second moyen élastique (19) qui, au moins dans un secteur angulaire de la rotation de porte, transmet sa force élastique à l'élément came (21) par l'intermédiaire de l'élément tournant (23) ; le premier moyen élastique (7) transmet sa force élastique à un axe de liaison (27) fixé au second moyen de liaison (5) à une distance prédéterminée respective de l'axe de charnière (4) et fixé à une extrémité d'un élément tirant (29) auquel le premier moyen élastique (7) est relié, cet élément tirant (29) coulisse approximativement dans la direction de coulissement le long ou à l'intérieur du premier moyen de liaison (3) ; ledit dispositif (1) étant caractérisé par le fait que la partie de l'élément tirant (29) opposée à l'axe de liaison (27) contient ou porte un élément de logement (31) qui lui est lié et la partie de l'élément tirant (29), portant l'axe de liaison (27), contient ou porte un élément de support (33) ayant, à une extrémité, un axe de rotation (22) de l'élément tournant (23), cet axe (22) est engagé de manière coulissante dans des fentes (24) allongées dans la direction de coulissement et formées dans l'élément tirant (29) ; le second moyen élastique (19) est constitué d'un ressort hélicoïdal comprimé entre deux épaulements (35, 37), l'un (35) de l'élément de logement (31) et l'autre (37) de l'élément de support (33).
- - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de logement (31) reçoit la première extrémité de l'élément amortisseur (11) qui est coaxiale avec le second moyen élastique (19), au moins la seconde extrémité de l'élément amortisseur (11) passe à travers une ouverture (39) formée dans l'épaulement (37) de l'élément de support (33), l'élément de butée (13) est reçu de manière coulissante à l'intérieur ou coulisse le long de l'élément de support (33), l'élément de butée (13) est engagé avec l'extrémité respective du moyen de translation (15) qui a des fentes respectives (16) allongées le long de la direction de coulissement et engagées de manière coulissante avec l'axe de rotation (22) de l'élément tournant (23).
- - Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé par le fait que le premier moyen de liaison (3) a une forme de boîte allongée dans la direction de coulissement et porte, à une extrémité, des sièges (6) pour la fixation de l'axe de charnière (4) et son extrémité opposée comprend une butée ou un arrêt pour une extrémité du premier moyen élastique (7) du type ressort hélicoïdal et cette extrémité ou butée porte une ouverture pour le coulissement d'un moyen de ressort (43) ayant une extrémité reliée à l'extrémité opposée du premier moyen élastique (7), l'autre extrémité du moyen de ressort (43) porte un axe de fixation (45) dont les extrémités sont fixées dans des trous de siège respectifs formés dans l'extrémité de l'élément tirant (29) opposée à l'extrémité portant l'axe de liaison (27).
- - Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que les extrémités de l'axe de fixation (45) sont reçues de manière coulissante dans des fentes respectives (44) allongées selon la direction de coulissement et formées à l'extrémité du premier moyen de liaison (3) opposée à son extrémité portant les sièges (6) pour l'axe de charnière (4).
- - Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que l'axe de fixation (45) est engagé dans un trou ou à une fixation de l'élément de logement (31).
- - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de support (33) est fait d'une tôle découpée ou d'un autre matériau plié ou en forme de "U" carré et allongé dont la partie inférieure ou centrale forme l'épaulement respectif (37) et dont les extrémités ont des trous pour l'axe de rotation (22) de l'élément tournant (23) ; le moyen de translation (15) est fait d'une tôle découpée ou d'un autre matériau et a une dimension transversale inférieure à l'espace à l'intérieur de l'élément de support (33) qui le reçoit (15) d'une manière coulissante et ledit moyen de translation (15) a un profil approximativement en "V" ou en "L", une branche du moyen de translation (15) reçoit les fentes allongées respectives (16) et l'autre branche porte des surfaces plates ou façonnées pour le coulissement ou le pivotement de la butée avec les extrémités de l'élément de décalage (17) ayant des éléments coulissants ou roulants respectifs.
- - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de butée (13) et l'élément de logement (31) pour les seconde et première extrémités, respectivement, de l'élément amortisseur (11) comportent des sièges respectifs parallèles à la direction de coulissement et destinés à recevoir de manière coulissante une tige d'alignement (49).
