Claims (8)

  1. Scharnier für Türen von Elektrohaushaltsgeräten, umfassend:
    - ein kastenförmiges Element (6) und
    - einen ersten Hebel (5), der schwenkbar mittels einer Gelenkverbindung (7) am kastenförmigen Element (6) befestigt ist, wobei entweder das kastenförmige Element (6) oder der erste Hebel (5) an einem Rahmen (2) fixierbar ist, und das andere Teil - entweder das kastenförmige Element (6) oder der erste Hebel (5) - an einer Tür (3) fixierbar ist, damit die Tür (3) kippbar relativ zum Rahmen (2) zwischen einer geschlossenen und einer offenen Position bewegbar ist;
    - elastische Mittel (8, 14), gestützt vom kastenförmigen Element (6) und ausgelegt, um eine elastische Wirkung auf den ersten Hebel (5) auszuüben;
    - ein Dämpfungselement (17), um eine Dämpfungswirkung während der gegenseitigen Bewegung des ersten Hebels (5) und des kastenförmigen Elements (6) in der Nähe der geschlossenen Position auszuüben, wobei das Dämpfungselement (17) einen Gas- oder Fluidzylinder umfasst;
    - Mittel (30) zum Betätigen des Dämpfungselements (17), umfassend einen Schwinghebel (21), der um eine Achse (Y) schwingt, fixiert relativ zum kastenförmigen Element (6), und eine Antriebsstange (22), um den Schwinghebel (21) anzutreiben, wobei der Schwinghebel (21) einen ersten Arm (21a) aufweist, ausgelegt, um mit dem Dämpfungselement (17) in Eingriff zu gelangen, und einen zweiten Arm (21b), ausgelegt, um mit der Antriebsstange (22) in Eingriff zu gelangen, wobei die Antriebsstange (22) entlang des kastenförmigen Elements (6) verschiebbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Behälterkörper (20) umfasst, um das Dämpfungselement (17) zu halten, wobei der Behälterkörper (20) im kastenförmigen Element (6) untergebracht ist, montierend den Schwinghebel (21) und aufweisend eine Laufschiene (23), in der die Antriebsstange (22) gleitet.
  2. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Hebel (5) einen kurvenscheibenartigen Abschnitt (5b) aufweist, ausgelegt, um mit einem ersten Längsende der Antriebsstange (22) in Eingriff zu gelangen, um eine Kurvenscheiben-Kurvenrollen-Verbindung zu formen.
  3. Scharnier nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsstange (22) eine Rolle (24) aufweist, positioniert in der Nähe deren ersten Endes, wobei die Rolle (24) ein Kurvenrollenelement der Kurvenscheiben-Kurvenrollen-Verbindung darstellt.
  4. Scharnier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsstange (22) aus zwei oder mehreren separaten Abschnitten (22a, 22b) besteht, die nacheinander angeordnet sind.
  5. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (30) zum Betätigen des Gas- oder Fluidzylinders (17) ein Gegenelement (25) umfassen, wobei der Zylinder (17) ausgelegt ist, um im Anschlag in das Gegenelement (25) einzugreifen, wenn komprimierend vom Schwinghebel (21) gegriffen.
  6. Scharnier nach Anspruch 5, wobei die elastischen Mittel (8, 14) eine erste Schraubenfeder (8) umfassen, ausgelegt, um der Gewichtskraft der Tür (3), die geöffnet wird, entgegenzuwirken, und umfassend eine Zugstange (12), ausgelegt, um den ersten Hebel (5) mit der ersten Feder (8) zu verbinden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gegenelement (25) an der Zugstange (12) fixiert ist.
  7. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (30) zum Betätigen des Gas- oder Fluidzylinders (17) ein Druckelement umfassen, dass in Verbindung mit dem Schwinghebel (21) wirkt, um den Zylinder (17) beidseitig zu komprimieren.
  8. Scharnier nach Anspruch 7, wobei die elastischen Mittel (8, 14) eine erste Schraubenfeder (8) umfassen, ausgelegt, um der Gewichtskraft der Tür (3), die geöffnet wird, entgegenzuwirken, und eine zweite Schraubenfeder (14), ausgelegt, um eine Schließkraft in der Nähe einer geschlossenen Position (3) der Tür zu erzeugen, wobei die zweite Schraubenfeder (14) von einer jeweiligen Stützstange (15) gestützt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützstange (15) mindestens teilweise das Druckelement definiert.
