Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif de réglage (1) pour une chaise, qui comprend un mécanisme oscillant composé d'une première plaque (2) qui est fixée sur une colonne centrale à gaz (7) pour un réglage en hauteur d'un siège et par rapport à laquelle une seconde plaque (10) est articulée, autour d'un premier axe (9) qui est transversal à cette dernière et de sorte qu'elle peut osciller, ladite seconde plaque étant fixée à un siège et interagissant avec des moyens (8a, 8b) qui sont adaptés pour contraster une oscillation d'un dossier, un levier (13) étant articulé latéralement par rapport à ladite première plaque (2), à un axe qui est différent dudit premier axe (9), dans lequel le dispositif de réglage (1) est prévu avec des premiers moyens pour l'interconnexion élastique entre ledit levier (13) et une première tête (32) qui est adaptée pour bloquer/débloquer une oscillation entre ladite première plaque et ladite seconde plaque (2, 10) et des seconds moyens pour verrouiller, de manière temporaire, une rotation dudit levier (13) dans deux positions distinctes, lesdits seconds moyens pré-changeant lesdits premiers moyens afin de bloquer/débloquer ladite oscillation en présence d'une charge appliquée sur ledit siège, caractérisé en ce qu'une paire de premiers ressorts (11a, 11b) est associée à ladite première plaque (2), qui a une forme de boîte sensiblement en forme de C afin de définir une base (3) et deux premières ailes latérales (4a, 4b), ladite paire de premiers ressorts étant adaptée pour contraster l'oscillation dudit siège, au niveau de l'une desdites ailes latérales (4a, 4b), on trouve une ouverture (12) sur laquelle ledit levier (13) peut être positionné, ladite ouverture (12) ayant des dimensions qui sont telles qu'elles permettent audit levier (13) de réaliser des mouvements à la fois sur un premier plan (100) qui est perpendiculaire à ladite base (3) de ladite première plaque (2), et sur un second plan (200), qui est sensiblement parallèle au plan de la base (3), ledit levier (13) ayant une première partie (14) qui est à l'extérieur de ladite première plaque (2) et une seconde partie (15) qui est à l'intérieur de ladite première plaque, dans lequel ladite seconde plaque (15) a, de manière adjacente à ladite ouverture (12), un insert cylindrique (16) qui loge un second pivot (17) pour faire pivoter ledit levier (13) par rapport à ladite première plaque (2), ledit second pivot (17) ayant une première tige (18) qui peut être agencée d'une manière fixe sur un premier siège (19a) adapté et de forme complémentaire qui est prévu à l'intérieur de ladite base (3) de ladite première plaque (2) et de sorte qu'il peut osciller dans un deuxième siège (19b) qui est sensiblement formé comme un double cône tronqué opposé, un mouvement dudit levier (13) le long dudit premier plan (100) qui est perpendiculaire à ladite première plaque (2) correspondant à une oscillation de ladite seconde partie (15) dudit levier (13) par rapport audit second pivot (17) pour pivoter.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite seconde partie (15) a une languette radiale (20), dirigée vers ladite aile latérale (4b) qui est telle qu'elle est agencée au-dessus de ladite colonne centrale à gaz (7).
  3. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens adaptés pour empêcher l'oscillation de ladite seconde plaque (10) par rapport à ladite première plaque (2) sont constitués par un mécanisme (23) qui est agencé de manière coulissante et à l'intérieur de ladite première plaque (2) dans une direction radiale par rapport à ladite colonne centrale à gaz (7) et est dirigé vers lesdits premiers ressorts (11a, 11b), ledit mécanisme (23), qui est sensiblement en forme de T sur une vue en plan, étant logé dans une première cavité (28) adaptée qui est prévue dans la zone de ladite première plaque (2) où lesdits premiers ressorts (11a, 11b) sont également agencés, ledit mécanisme (23) comprenant une seconde tige (29), rectangulaire sur une vue en plan, qui est agencée dans l'espace intermédiaire entre lesdits premiers ressorts (11a, 11b), ladite seconde tige (29), qui coulisse entre ladite paire de premiers ressorts (11a, 11b), étant raccordée à une première tête (32), qui est rectangulaire sur une vue en plan, et dont les secondes ailes (33a, 33b) font saillie latéralement et transversalement par rapport à ladite seconde tige (29).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit mécanisme (23) adopte une première position rétractée, qui est rétractée dans la direction de ladite colonne centrale à gaz (7), dans laquelle un espace vide (38) est formé entre lesdites secondes ailes (33a, 33b) de ladite première tête (32) et la paroi d'extrémité (39) de ladite première cavité (28) et constitue un siège temporaire pour une dent (40) qui fait saillie à l'intérieur et au-dessous de ladite seconde plaque (10), dans cette condition, ladite seconde plaque (10) oscillant par rapport à ladite première plaque (2).
  5. Dispositif selon les revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit mécanisme (23) adopte une seconde position avancée qui est approximativement adjacente à ladite paroi d'extrémité (39), dans cette condition, ladite première tête (32) occupant ledit espace vide (38) entre son extrémité terminale et ladite paroi d'extrémité (39) de ladite première cavité (28) et ladite dent sus-jacente (40) venant en butée contre cette dernière et faisant saillie à l'intérieur et au-dessous de ladite seconde plaque (10) afin d'empêcher ladite seconde plaque (10) d'osciller par rapport à ladite première plaque (2).
  6. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdits premiers moyens pour l'interconnexion élastique entre ledit levier (13) et ladite première tête (32) sont constitués par un deuxième ressort (60), qui est un ressort à lames avec une première extrémité (61a) formée comme un oeillet qui est associé, afin de tourner de manière solidaire avec ce dernier, à l'intérieur d'un troisième siège (62a) approximativement de forme complémentaire qui est prévu d'une manière annulaire et à l'intérieur de ladite seconde partie (15) dudit levier (13) de manière concentrique par rapport à un second pivot (17), ledit deuxième ressort (60) ayant une seconde extrémité libre (61b) qui est dirigée vers ladite seconde tige (29) et qui agit, de manière coulissante, à l'intérieur d'un quatrième siège (63) qui est prévu à proximité de l'extrémité terminale (64) de ladite seconde tige (29).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que, suite à une rotation dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre dudit levier (13), ledit levier agit sur ledit deuxième ressort (60) qui agit sur ladite seconde tige (29), qui force, à son tour, le mouvement dudit mécanisme (23) et de ladite première tête (32) dans la direction de ladite paroi d'extrémité (39) de ladite première cavité (28) jusqu'à ce que ladite dent (40) qui fait saillie à l'intérieur et au-dessous de ladite seconde plaque (10), vienne en butée contre ladite première tête (32), empêchant ainsi ladite seconde plaque (10) d'osciller par rapport à ladite première plaque (2).
  8. Dispositif selon les revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que suite à une rotation dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre dudit levier (13), au moyen dudit deuxième ressort (60), une force est communiquée à ladite seconde tige (29) qui entraîne le mouvement dudit mécanisme (23) de ladite première tête (32) dans la direction opposée par rapport à ladite paroi d'extrémité (39) afin de dégager ladite dent (40) de ladite première tête (32), permettant son oscillation.
  9. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que lesdits seconds moyens pour verrouiller temporairement la rotation dudit levier (13) dans deux positions distinctes afin de permettre ou d'empêcher l'oscillation de ladite seconde plaque (10) par rapport à ladite première plaque (2) sont constitués par une glissière élastiquement déformable qui est constituée par un piston (65) qui a une seconde tête (66) sensiblement hémisphérique, qui peut coulisser de manière axiale, en contraste avec un troisième ressort (67) hélicoïdal, à l'intérieur d'un cinquième siège (68) qui est prévu, de manière axiale, par rapport à une saillie (69) qui fait saillie radialement de ladite seconde partie (15) dudit levier (13) dans la direction opposée par rapport à une paroi d'extrémité (39) et sur un plan qui est sensiblement inférieur au plan d'agencement dudit insert cylindrique (16), ladite seconde tête (66) pouvant agir, de manière stable mais temporaire, dans deux positions distinctes et adjacentes qui correspondent à un sixième siège (70) et à un septième siège (71), qui sont sensiblement de forme complémentaire et sont prévus au niveau d'une paroi (72) adjacente qui est présente à l'intérieur de ladite première plaque (2).
  10. Dispositif selon les revendications 6 et 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit deuxième ressort et ledit troisième ressort (60, 67) qui sont tous deux actionnés par ledit levier (13), sont dimensionnés de sorte que ledit troisième ressort (67) maintient un piston (65) fermement positionné malgré la charge dudit deuxième ressort (60), permettant ainsi de déterminer automatiquement la condition d'activation/désactivation de l'oscillation après l'actionnement dudit levier (13) par l'utilisateur, malgré la présence d'une charge appliquée sur ladite chaise.
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que ledit troisième ressort (67) a une constante élastique qui est supérieure à celle dudit deuxième ressort (60), de sorte que ledit piston (65) verrouille fermement ledit levier (13) en position, lorsqu'il agit dans ledit sixième siège (70) ou dans ledit septième siège (71), permettant ainsi de déterminer automatiquement la condition d'activation/désactivation de l'oscillation après l'actionnement dudit levier (13) par l'utilisateur, malgré la présence d'une charge appliquée sur ladite chaise.
  12. Dispositif selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément pour protéger les doigts de l'utilisateur, comme un manchon réalisé avec un matériau en plastique élastiquement déformable (150), est inséré dans une ouverture (12) de manière coaxiale par rapport audit levier (13).
