Claims (13)
- Dispositif de verrouillage pour le verrouillage de deux composants, notamment de deux panneaux (10) d'un espace de refroidissement, comprenant un boîtier de verrouillage (7) pouvant être encapsulé, notamment pouvant être enrobé par moussage, dans lequel est agencé un élément de verrouillage (3), et comprenant un canal de ventilation (4) guidé à travers le boîtier de verrouillage (7) pour l'évacuation de milieux gazeux, caractérisé par une soupape (5) reliée au canal de ventilation (4), laquelle est conçue de telle sorte qu'elle laisse passer les milieux gazeux et ne laisse pas passer le matériau de scellement.
- Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le canal de ventilation (4) est conçu pour être autofermant ou autobloquant.
- Dispositif de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la soupape (5) présente un élément de fermeture (5.2) qui se ferme automatiquement lors de la sollicitation avec du matériau de scellement.
- Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fermeture (5.2) peut être déplacé par le matériau de scellement d'une position de ventilation (E) à une position de blocage (B).
- Dispositif de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fermeture (5.2) est conçu sous forme de bille (5.21).
- Dispositif de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fermeture (5.2) est conçu sous forme élastique et est encastré sous forme comprimée dans le canal de soupape (5.1) de telle sorte que l'élément de fermeture (5.2) ne se déplace pas lors de la sollicitation avec de air et se déplace lors de la sollicitation avec du matériau de scellement.
- Dispositif de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fermeture (5.2) est conçu de telle sorte qu'il peut être traversé par des milieux gazeux et qu'il ne peut pas être traversé ou seulement partiellement par du matériau de scellement.
- Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fermeture (5.2) est conçu sous forme d'éponge perméable aux gaz (5.23), notamment sous forme d'éponge à pores ouverts.
- Dispositif de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par une chambre de fermeture (2) dans laquelle est agencé l'élément de verrouillage (3), le canal de ventilation (4) se terminant dans la chambre de fermeture (2) ou étant guidé à travers la chambre de fermeture (2).
- Dispositif de verrouillage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par deux ou plus de deux canaux de ventilation (4) pour l'évacuation d'air à partir de différentes positions.
- Composant, notamment panneau (10) d'un espace de refroidissement, comprenant un dispositif de verrouillage (1) pour le verrouillage du composant (10) avec un autre composant, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de verrouillage (1) est conçu selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10.
- Composant selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par un espace de réception (11) pour la réception de matériau de scellement, le dispositif de verrouillage (1) étant agencé dans l'espace de réception (11) et étant encapsulé par le matériau de scellement pour la fixation dans l'espace de réception (11).
- Procédé de fixation d'un dispositif de verrouillage (1) dans un composant, notamment un panneau (10), comprenant les étapes suivantes:a) l'agencement d'un boîtier de verrouillage (7) du dispositif de verrouillage (1) dans un espace de réception (11) du composant;b) le remplissage au moins partiel par coulée, notamment le remplissage partiel par moussage, de l'espace de réception (11) de telle sorte que le matériau de scellement entoure au moins partiellement le boîtier de verrouillage (7);l'évacuation des milieux gazeux se trouvant dans l'espace de réception (11) et déplacés par le matériau de scellement à travers au moins un canal de ventilation (4) s'étendant à travers le boîtier de verrouillage (7), une soupape (5) étant reliée au canal de ventilation (4), laquelle est conçue de telle sorte qu'elle laisse passer les milieux gazeux et ne laisse pas passer le matériau de scellement.
