Claims (10)

  1. Werkzeug zum Entnehmen einer Dichtung aus einer Rille zur Aufnahme dieser Dichtung in einer Kammer einer Wasserstrahlvorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein einstückiges Endstück umfasst, das in Bezug auf eine Mittellängsebene symmetrisch ist und eine plane Unterseite (20), aus der zwei Längskufen (21) hervorgehen, die jeweils ein vorderes Ende haben, und eine Oberseite hat, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, auf der von vorne nach hinten nacheinander ausgearbeitet sind:
    - vorne zwei Facetten (22), die in Bezug auf die Unterseite hin geneigt sind und bis zu den Enden der Kufen (21) verlaufen, wobei sie dort Abstreifspitzen bilden;
    - eine T-förmige Rampe (23), von deren unterem Querrand die beiden Facetten ausgehen und deren höchster oberer Querrand, der weniger breit als der untere Querrand ist, dem vorderen Querrand eines zentralen Längsstabs (24) gemein ist; und
    - der zentrale Stab (24) von geringerer Breite als der Breite der Unterseite (20).
  2. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Endstück beidseits des zentralen Stabs (24) zwei Längsstege (25), in der Längsflucht der Facetten (22), von geringerer Dicke als der zentrale Stab (24) umfasst, die aus dem am wenigsten hohen oberen Querrand der Rampe (23) hervorgehen und sich nach hinten hin über den zentralen Stab (24) hinaus bis zu kreisbogenförmigen hinteren Rändern fortsetzen, wobei sie untereinander und mit dem hinteren Rand des zentralen Stabs (24) und der Oberseite einen Sitz zur Aufnahme eines Halteteils (26) zum Halten eines separaten Verlängerungsflachstücks (27) bilden, das an die kreisbogenförmigen hinteren Ränder passt, wobei das Verlängerungsflachstück (27) die Dicke der Stege (25) hat und die Summe aus der Dicke des Verlängerungsflachstücks (27) und aus der Dicke des Halteteils (26) gleich der Dicke des zentralen Stabs (24) ist.
  3. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch ein Zentrierungsloch (28) in dem Endstück und durch einen Finger (29) des Halteteils (26), der in dieses Loch (28) eindringt, wobei er durch eine Öffnung des Führungsflachstücks (27) verläuft, die dem Loch (28) überlagert ist.
  4. Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel der Facetten (22) mit der Unterseite (20) des Endstücks zwischen 5 und 30° beträgt.
  5. Werkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel der Rampe (23) mit der Unterseite (20) des Endstücks zwischen 5 und 30° beträgt.
  6. Werkzeug nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel der Rampe (23) mit der Unterseite (20) gleich dem der Facetten (22) ist.
  7. Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verlängerungsflachstück (27) länger als das Endstück ist.
  8. Werkzeug nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verlängerungsflachstück (27) eine Länge von 1 000 bis 8 000 mm hat, während das Endstück eine Länge von 70 bis 300 mm hat.
  9. Verwendung eines Werkzeugs nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zum Entnehmen einer Dichtung aus der Kammer eines Injektors, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt über alles des Werkzeugs knapp kleiner als der Querschnitt der Kammer ist.
  10. Verfahren zum Entnehmen einer Dichtung aus der Kammer eines Injektors, bei dem man das Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 in die Kammer des Injektors, Kufen backenseitig, einführt, bis der nächstliegende gekrümmte Abschnitt der Dichtung freigegeben wird, man zieht an diesem gekrümmten Strang und man hält ihn mit der Hand fest oder hängt ihn bevorzugt in einen Haken oder Knopf ein, der bedienerseitig aus dem Injektor hervorgeht, man führt anschließend das erfindungsgemäße Werkzeug, Kufen backenseitig, ein, bis es antriebsseitig zur Anlage gelangt, so dass die Dichtung freigegeben wird, und man entnimmt die Anordnung aus dem Werkzeug und der Dichtung.
