Description

- Bereitstellen von Bilddaten, die einem farbigen Digitalbild einer farbigen Ursprungsoberfläche zugeordnet sind,
- aus den Bilddaten, Erzeugen eines ersten Bilddatensatzes und wenigstens eines zweiten Bilddatensatzes, die jeweils unterschiedlichen Farbkanälen des farbigen Digitalbildes zugeordnet sind,
- Herstellen einer farbigen Oberfläche auf einem Grundträger unter Verwendung des wenigstens einen zweiten Bilddatensatzes ohne Verwendung des ersten Bilddatensatzes, und
- Verpressen der farbigen Oberfläche des Grundträgers mittels einer strukturierten Pressoberfläche eines Presswerkzeugs, um die Werkstoffplatte mit der strukturierten, farbigen Oberfläche zu erhalten, wobei die strukturierte Pressoberfläche unter Verwendung des ersten Bilddatensatzes hergestellt wurde und somit dem ersten Bilddatensatz zugeordnet ist.

- Verpressen der weiteren farbigen Oberfläche des Grundträgers mittels einer strukturierten Pressoberfläche eines weiteren Presswerkzeugs, um eine Werkstoffplatte mit einer weiteren strukturierten, farbigen Oberfläche zu erhalten, die zur strukturierten, farbigen Oberfläche deckungsgleich und gegenüberliegend angeordnet ist, wobei die strukturierte Pressoberfläche dem ersten Bilddatensatz zugeordnet ist, jedoch derart achsensymmetrisch bezüglich der Pressoberfläche des Presswerkzeugs ist, sodass die strukturierte, farbige Oberfläche und die weitere strukturierte, farbige Oberfläche deckungsgleich sind.

Claims (7)
- A method for producing a material board (51), which comprises a structured, colored surface (52), comprising the following method steps:- providing image data (30) assigned to a colored digital image (21) of a colored original surface (1),- generating a first image data set (31) and at least one second image data set (32a, 32b) from the image data (30),- producing a colored surface (62, 72) on a base carrier (61, 71) using the at least one second image data set (32a, 32b) without using the first image data set (31), and- pressing the colored surface (62, 72) of the base carrier (61, 71) by means of a structured pressing surface (42) of a pressing tool (41) so as to obtain the material board (51) with the structured, colored surface (52), wherein the structured pressing surface (42) was produced using the first image data set (31) and is thus assigned to the first image data set (31), characterized in that the first image data set (31) and the at least one second image data set are each assigned to different color channels of the colored digital image (21).
- The method according to claim 1, in which the production of a colored surface (62, 72) on a base carrier (61, 71) is performed by printing, preferably using a digital color printer or by means of color printing rollers.
- The method according to claim 1 or 2, in which the colored original surface (1) is a structured, colored original surface.
- The method according to one of claims 1 or 3, in which the original surface (1) is assigned to a wood pattern or a natural stone, in particular to a structured wood pattern or a structured natural stone.
- The method according to one of claims 1 to 4, in which the first image data set (31) is further processed to adapt the degree of structuring of the pressing surface (42), in particular reduce it, prior to the use for producing the structured pressing surface (42).
- The method according to one of claims 1 to 5, in which the pressing surface (42) has different degrees of gloss which were produced using the first image data set (31).
