상기 질감도료 도포 단계 및 입체질감 성형 단계가 모두 종료된 이후에 수행되는 단계로서, 도장체의 표면에 도포된 질감도료와 이를 통해 성형된 입체질감을 경화시키는 가열 용해 단계;
상기 가열 용해 단계가 종료된 뒤, 박막 나무무늬필름을 도장체의 표면에 가접착하는 나무무늬 필름 장착 단계;
상기 나무무늬 필름 장착 단계에서 박막 나무무늬필름이 가접착된 도장체를 진공팩에 삽입한 뒤에 진공 압착을 통해 상기 박막 나무무늬필름이 도장체의 표면에 압착되도록 하고, 동시에 열을 가하여 도장체와 박막 나무무늬필름을 반용융시켜 일체화 접착될 수 있도록 하는 진공/가열처리 단계; 및
상기 진공/가열 처리 단계 후, 상기 도장체를 실온에서 냉각하여 표면을 보호한 뒤, 도장체의 표면에 광택을 낼 수 있도록, 고강도 중온성 광택도료를 도포한 후, 중온에서 경화하는 광택도료 도포 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 분체도료를 사용한 입체나무무늬 도장방법에 있어서,
상기 입체질감 성형 단계는,
2개가 마주하는 롤러 사이에 도장체를 통과시키면서, 상기 도장체의 표면을 롤러가 가압하도록 하여 질감을 조성하고,
상기 롤러는,
회전축이 삽입되도록 구성된 구동층과, 상기 구동층의 외면을 감싸며 외측으로 형성된 탄성층과, 상기 탄성층의 외면을 감싸며 외측으로 형성된 흡수층으로 구성되되,
상기 흡수층의 외면에는 입체질감무늬패턴이 형성되어 있고, 입체질감무늬패턴을 제외한 흡수층 나머지 영역은 도료가 흡수될 수 있는 재질로 이루어지고,
상기 탄성층은 탄성재질로 이루어져 롤러가 도장체를 가압할 때 소정의 탄성이 발생되도록 하되, 탄성층의 내측에는 외측으로 갈수록 크기가 작아지는 다단의 형상을 가지는 빈영역이 형성되어 2개의 롤러가 맞닿아 접촉되면서 도장체를 가압할 때, 롤러에 탄성이 작용할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 분체도료를 사용한 입체나무무늬 도장방법.
