Technical Field

Background
In the field of home decoration, substrates such as wood floors, PVC, LVT, WPC, SPC floors and the like need to be protected by UV coatings, and the coatings need to provide physical properties such as scratch resistance and wear resistance and provide visual perception and touch of various texture patterns; the traditional substrate texture pattern treatment process comprises the following steps: when the SPC base material is produced and extruded, the color film layer and the wear-resistant layer are required to be compounded together in a steel roller heating and pressing mode, the texture of the SPC base material is required to be embossed through the engraved patterns on the surface of the steel roller, and the texture of the SPC base material and the texture of the color film can be neat; the traditional embossing process has the following defects: 1. storing various steel rolls carved with various wood grain patterns, and 2. storing various color film coil materials with corresponding wood grain patterns; thus resulting in a large stock inventory and a backlog of funds of tens of millions per month.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a primer painting production line and a primer painting process for an SPC plastic floor, which can be used for customizing the primer treatment painting process of an SPC plastic substrate with texture patterns.
According to the first aspect of the invention, the primer painting production line for the SPC plastic floor sequentially comprises a fixed-thickness sander, a double-sided dust remover, a UV back coater, a coating machine, a first dryer, a first roller coater, a second dryer, a second roller coater, a third dryer and an ink jet printer along the production line.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the first dryer, the second dryer, and the third dryer employ a UV light source having a wavelength of-nm.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the UV light source employs any one or more of a gallium lamp, a mercury lamp, an iron lamp, an electrodeless gallium lamp, an electrodeless mercury lamp, and an LED lamp.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, an SPC plastic floor primer patterning process is provided, which uses the aforementioned SPC plastic floor primer patterning production line, and includes the following steps:

4) coating UV adhesive force primer: conveying the substrate with the back coating to the coating machine, and coating the UV adhesive force primer on the front surface of the substrate by the coating machine;
5) primary drying: conveying the base material subjected to the roller coating of the UV adhesive force primer to the first dryer, and curing the coating films on the back surface and the bottom surface of the base material by the first dryer;
6) first priming paint: transferring the substrate subjected to the first drying to the first roller coating machine, and roller coating a first white primer on the adhesive primer coating by the first roller coating machine;
7) and (3) secondary drying: conveying the substrate subjected to the roller coating of the first white primer to the second dryer, and curing the paint film of the first white primer by the second dryer;
8) second primer: transferring the substrate subjected to the second drying to the second roller coating machine, and rolling and coating a second white primer on the adhesive primer coating by the second roller coating machine;
9) and (3) drying for the third time: conveying the base material subjected to the roll coating of the second white primer to the third dryer, and curing a paint film of the second white primer by the third dryer;
10) ink-jet printing: and conveying the substrate subjected to the third drying to the ink jet printer, and carrying out ink jet printing of a custom pattern on the white primer by the ink jet printer to finish the primer treatment patterning process.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the UV primer is applied twice in step 3), with a back-coat amount of 10 to 25g/m2

The double-sided dust remover 200 sweeps dust, blows dirt, dust absorption to the substrate surface through upper and lower brush roller, makes the dust on substrate surface collect and arrange away through the dust absorption pipeline, further makes the substrate more clean, and the dust of arranging away passes through environmental protection equipment purification treatment.
The base material comprises any one or more of wood base materials, composite wood veneers, PVC, LVT, WPC, SPC, ABA and PP base materials.
The first dryer 500, the second dryer 700 and the third dryer 900 adopt UV light sources, and the wavelength of the UV light sources is 200 and 450 nm; the UV light source adopts any one or more of a gallium lamp, a mercury lamp, an iron lamp, an electrodeless gallium lamp, an electrodeless mercury lamp and an LED lamp.
An SPC plastic floor priming paint drawing production line comprises the following steps:
1) sanding with fixed thickness: the base material enters a fixed-thickness sander 100, and the fixed-thickness sander 100 performs fixed-thickness sanding on the surface of the base material;
2) cleaning: the base material after being sanded with the fixed thickness is conveyed to a double-sided dust remover 200, and the double-sided dust remover 200 cleans dust on the surface of the base material;
3) coating a UV primer: the substrate after the dust cleaning is transferred to the UV back coater 300, the UV back coater 300 coats a UV primer on the back surface of the substrate, and UV curing is performed after the coating is completed;

6) first priming paint: the substrate having completed the first drying is transferred to the first roll coater 600, and the first roll coater 600 roll-coats a first white primer on the adhesion primer coating;
7) and (3) secondary drying: the substrate which finishes the first white primer roller coating is conveyed to a second dryer 700, and the second dryer 700 cures the first white primer paint film;
8) second primer: the substrate subjected to the second drying is transferred to a second roller coating machine 800, and the second roller coating machine 800 roller coats a second white primer on the adhesive primer coating;
9) and (3) drying for the third time: the base material which finishes the roll coating of the second white primer is conveyed to a third dryer 900, and the third dryer 900 cures the paint film of the second white primer;
10) ink-jet printing: the substrate having completed the third drying is transferred to the inkjet printer 1000, and the inkjet printer 1000 performs inkjet printing of a custom pattern on the white primer to complete the primer treatment patterning process.
