Claims (7)

  1. Système d'accouplement rapide (1) pour la fixation amovible d'appareils rapportés (5) sur un excavateur hydraulique (3), dans lequel le système d'accouplement rapide (1) présente une pièce d'accouplement de flèche (4) pouvant être disposée sur une flèche (2) de l'excavateur hydraulique (3) et pouvant être reliée de manière hydraulique à un système hydraulique de l'excavateur (3) et au moins une pièce d'accouplement rapportée (6) pouvant être disposée sur un appareil rapporté (5), dans lequel la pièce d'accouplement de flèche (4) présente un élément de verrouillage (10) pouvant être fixé de manière hydraulique, qui peut être amené en prise par complémentarité de forme avec un élément à complémentarité de forme (12) de la pièce d'accouplement rapportée (6), et dans lequel la pièce d'accouplement de flèche (4) présente un premier élément de prise (7) disposé à distance par rapport à l'élément de verrouillage (10), qui peut être amené en prise par complémentarité de forme avec un deuxième élément de prise (8), disposé à distance par rapport à l'élément à complémentarité de forme (12), de la pièce d'accouplement rapportée (6), caractérisé en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (10) est configuré en tant que grappin (11), et que l'élément à complémentarité de forme (12) dépasse à l'intérieur d'une zone de préhension (13) du grappin (11), lorsque le premier (7) et le deuxième élément de prise (8) sont en prise l'un avec l'autre conformément à l'usage prévu, dans lequel le grappin est prévu en tant qu'outil de préhension par exemple pour réceptionner des troncs d'arbre ou des rails et peut être utilisé lorsqu'aucune pièce d'accouplement rapportée n'est reliée à la pièce d'accouplement de flèche.
  2. Système d'accouplement rapide (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le grappin (11) présente au moins deux bras de préhension (15) montés de manière à pouvoir pivoter hydrauliquement l'un par rapport à l'autre dans un palier de grappin (14), dans lequel la zone de préhension (14) est réalisée entre les bras de préhension (15) lorsque les bras de préhension (15) sont disposés dans une position de sortie par pivotement et dans lequel les bras de préhension (15) reposent sur l'élément à complémentarité de forme (12) et exercent sur l'élément à complémentarité de forme (12) une force de préhension prédéfinie et agissant en direction du palier de grappin (14) lorsque les bras de préhension (15) sont déplacés de manière hydraulique dans une position de préhension.
  3. Système d'accouplement rapide (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le premier élément de préhension (7) ne peut pas être déplacé par rapport au palier de grappin (14) .
  4. Système d'accouplement rapide (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'exclusivement le grappin (11) peut être actionné de manière hydraulique.
  5. Système d'accouplement rapide (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément à complémentarité de forme (12) et/ou le deuxième élément de préhension (8) peuvent être fixés de manière rigide sur l'appareil rapporté (5).
  6. Système d'accouplement rapide (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément à complémentarité de forme (12) est configuré de manière à se rétrécir depuis une extrémité d'élément à complémentarité de forme (17) orientée en direction du grappin (11) sur la pièce d'accouplement de flèche (4) lors de la disposition conforme à l'usage prévu de la pièce d'accouplement rapportée (6) pour soutenir un déplacement de centrage de l'élément à complémentarité de forme (12) lors de la fermeture du grappin (11).
  7. Excavateur (3) avec un système d'accouplement rapide (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la pièce d'accouplement de flèche (4) est disposée de telle manière sur la flèche (2) que le grappin (11) est disposé sur un côté, opposé à une cabine de conducteur de l'excavateur (3), de la flèche (2).
