Abstract

La présente invention concerne une canalisation souple contenant un flexible élastique (1) doté d'un enroulement en spirale de renforcement externe (14), des raccords de raccordement au niveau de chaque extrémité du flexible élastique sous la forme d'une sortie de raccordement traversante ou de raccords d'entrée (3, 4), respectivement, et un de deux accouplements identiques (2). Une extrémité correspondante du flexible (1) est scellée entre chaque tuyau de raccordement (3, 4) et accouplement (2). Chaque accouplement (2) est creux avec une rainure en spirale interne (10) le long de l'axe longitudinal de symétrie d'accouplement (2). La rainure en spirale (10) d'accouplement (2) présente un pas de tour égal au pas de tour de l'enroulement en spirale (14) du flexible. Chaque extrémité de flexible (1) est complètement vissée dans l'accouplement (2). Chaque tuyau de raccordement (3) et (4) est réalisé avec une surface cylindrique, pressé coaxialement dans l'accouplement (2) dans l'extrémité correspondante du flexible élastique (1) dans la zone de celle-ci vissée dans l'accouplement (2), et avec la partie filetée faisant saillie vers l'extérieur. En même temps, au niveau de chaque extrémité d'un flexible élastique (1), un tuyau de raccordement (3 ou 4) et un accouplement correspondant (2) sont fixés à partir d'un mouvement mutuel au moyen d'un anneau de retenue (5) installé dans une rainure ménagée sur la surface externe du tuyau de raccordement (3 et 4) et faisant saillie dans des fenêtres (13) réalisées dans la paroi d'accouplement (2). La surface cylindrique destinée à être pressée dans chaque tuyau de raccordement (4, 5) est amenée à être inclinée avec des saillies coniques. Le flexible élastique (1) est constitué de polychlorure de vinyle plastifié de qualité alimentaire et avec un enroulement de fil en spirale externe (14) en polychlorure de vinyle (PVC). L'anneau de retenue (5) est amené à être séparé du matériau de ressort, avec des surfaces latérales plates supportées sur des parois (10, 11) des fenêtres d'accouplement (2) et avec une découpe, lesquelles extrémités font saillie dans une fenêtre (13) réalisée dans la paroi d'accouplement (2).
