Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs von Anspruch 1.The invention relates to a locking device having the features of the preamble of claim 1.

Verriegelungsvorrichtungen der eingangs genannten Art sind aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt, bspw. aus EP 3 372 757 A1 . Darin ist eine Verriegelungseinheit beschrieben, die ein Zentralschloss und mehrere Zusatzschlösser aufweist. Die Zusatzschlösser verfügen jeweils über einen Fallenriegel und einen Schwenkriegel, die bei einem Verriegeln zeitversetzt in Verriegelungsstellung gelangen. Der Fallenriegel blockiert die Schlosskette, bevor dieser ausgelöst und zum Verriegeln ausgefahren wird. Der Schwenkriegel ist über Zahnradabschnitte mit der Schlosskette zwangsgekoppelt, so dass bei Verlagerung der Schlosskette der Schwenkriegel angetrieben wird. Der Schwenkriegel wird dann verschwenkt, wenn der Fallenriegel eine gewisse Ausfahrstellung erreicht und die Schlosskette freigegeben hat. Die Schlosskette ist mit Komponenten der im Schloss vorhandenen Schlossmechanik und einer Treibstange gekoppelt, die das Zusatzschloss mit dem Zentralschloss verbindet.Locking devices of the type mentioned are known from the prior art, for example EP 3 372 757 A1 . Nach Freigabe der Schlosskette muss diese zusammen mit Komponenten der Schlossmechanik und der Treibstange dann verfahren werden, um den Schwenkriegel in Schließstellung zu bringen. Nachteilig ist zudem, dass das Zusatzschloss aus einer Vielzahl einzelner Komponenten besteht, so dass Fertigung und Montage vergleichsweise aufwändig sind. Die Erfindung löst diese Aufgabe durch Merkmale des Anspruchs 1. Danach zeichnet sich die Verriegelungsvorrichtung dadurch aus, dass der Schwenkriegel als Schwenkriegelantrieb eine auf den Schwenkriegel wirkende Feder (bspw. eine Zugfeder) aufweist, mittels der der Schwenkriegel in einer in das Nebenschloss eingeschwenkten Stellung (zum Ausschwenken) vorgespannt ist, wobei der Schwenkriegel derart mit dem Fallenriegel gekoppelt ist, dass der Schwenkriegel dann, wenn der Fallenriegel, bspw. infolge des Auslösens eines Auslöseelements, beim Ausfahren aus dem Nebenschloss eine teilweise ausgefahrene Grenzstellung erreicht, ausgelöst bzw. freigegeben und angetrieben durch die Feder in eine aus dem Nebenschloss ausgeschwenkte Stellung verschwenkt wird, wobei der Schwenkriegel beim Ausschwenken von der Treibstange entkoppelt ist. Der Schwenkriegel ist insbesondere auch vor dem Ausschwenken, d.h. in der eingeschwenkten Stellung von der Treibstange entkoppelt. Bei der Verriegelungsvorrichtung kann es sich insbesondere um eine Mehrpunktverriegelung handeln.The invention solves this problem by the features of claim 1. Die Sperrhebel 46, 48 sichern den Fallenriegel 30 bzw. den Schwenkriegel 32 gegen ein Zurückdrücken. Locking device (10) for a door or a window, comprising a main lock (12) for actuation and at least one secondary lock (14) coupled to the main lock (12) by means of a drive rod (24), the secondary lock (14) having a latch bolt (30) and a pivot bolt (32), the pivot bolt (32) having, as a pivot bolt drive, a spring (52) which acts on the pivot bolt (32), by means of which spring the pivot bolt (32) is preloaded in a position in which it is pivoted into the secondary lock (14), the pivot bolt (32) being coupled to the latch bolt (30) in such a way that when the latch bolt (30) reaches a partially extended limit position when extending out of the secondary lock (14), the pivot bolt (32), released and driven by the spring (54), is pivoted into a position in which it is pivoted out of the secondary lock (14), the pivot bolt (32), when it is pivoted out, being decoupled from the drive rod (24), characterized in that the pivot bolt (32) has a coupling lever (64) which is pivotably mounted on the pivot bolt (32) and by means of which the pivot bolt (32) is coupled to the spring (52).
  2. Locking device (10) according to claim 1, characterized in that the pivot bolt (32) is decoupled from the latch bolt (30) when it is pivoted out.
  3. Locking device (10) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the pivot bolt (32) is coupled to the latch bolt (30) by means of a two-armed release lever (44), a first arm (92) of the release lever (44) being able to be actuated by the latch bolt (30) and a second arm (94) of the release lever (44) blocking or releasing the pivot bolt (32).
  4. Locking device (10) according to claim 3, characterized in that the pivot bolt (32) has a recess (72) in which the release lever (44) engages with the second arm (94) when the pivot bolt (32) is in the position in which it is pivoted into the secondary lock (14).
  5. Locking device (10) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pivot bolt (32) has a groove (70) on a side (68) of the pivot bolt (32) facing away from the pivot pin (62) of the pivot bolt (32), which groove the coupling lever (64) at least partially enters when the pivot bolt (32) is in the position in which it is pivoted into the secondary lock (14) .
  6. Locking device (10) according to claims 5 and 3, characterized in that the groove (70) on the side (68) of the pivot bolt (32) facing away from the pivot pin (62) extends up to the recess (72) for the second arm (94) of the release lever (44).
  7. Locking device (10) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that a blocking lever (46) is provided for the pivot bolt (32), the blocking lever (46) being preloaded against the pivot bolt (32) and, in the pivoted-out position of the pivot bolt (32), engaging with or being aligned with a portion (76) of the blocking lever (32), so that the pivot bolt (32) is blocked against pivoting back into the secondary lock (14) .
  8. Locking device (10) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that a blocking lever (48) is provided for the latch bolt (30), the blocking lever (48) being preloaded against the latch bolt (30) and, in the extended position of the latch bolt (30), engaging behind said latch bolt, so that the latch bolt (30) is blocked against being pushed back into the secondary lock (14).
  9. Locking device (10) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the secondary lock (14) has a link (40) coupled to the drive rod (24), the link (40) being coupled to the latch bolt (30) and the pivot bolt (32) in such a way that by actuating the link (40), the latch bolt (30) can be pushed into the secondary lock (14) and the pivot bolt (32) can be pivoted into the secondary lock (14).
  10. Locking device (10) according to claim 9, characterized in that the link (40) has a guide lug (96) which faces the pivot bolt (32) and which, for pivoting in the pivot bolt (32), engages or can be brought into engagement with a guide surface (100) formed in the pivot bolt (32).
  11. Locking device (10) according to claim 9 or claim 10, characterized in that the latch bolt (30) is coupled to the link (40) by means of a two-armed latch lever (50), a first arm (102) of the latch lever (50) being able to be actuated by a drive rod connection piece (42) attached to the link (40), and a second arm (104) being coupled to a guide portion (106) formed on the latch tail (86) of the latch bolt (30).
  12. Locking device (10) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the latch bolt (30) has a release element (88) arranged in the latch head (84) for releasing the latch bolt (30), in particular a release button (88).
  13. Locking device (10) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the pivot bolt (32) has a hook-shaped portion at its free end.
  14. Locking device (10) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that a motor drive is provided by means of which the drive rod (24) can be driven.
