Description
The invention relates to a timepiece with a double-sided display, comprising a structure carrying at least one movement, and comprising on a first side of said structure first display means, and on a second side of said opposite structure said first side of the second display means, and comprising at least a first integral pair of displays comprising, coaxial along a first common axis and integral with a first common shaft, on said first side a first display that said first means comprise display, and on said second side a second display which comprises said second display means.
The invention relates to the field of clock display mechanisms.
The market for timepieces, and in particular watches, is demanding event models, or exclusive ones, or in limited series, as well as complications at an affordable price. Visual animations are one of the responses that manufacturers can provide, and they often contribute to the notoriety of a watch. If certain watch functions are conventionally displayed on a first side of the timepiece, such as the top of the watch, it is often possible to install complications, or other functions, on the opposite side, in particular when the watch has a small diameter oscillating weight, or does not have one; we also know that the oscillating mass can also constitute an information support, while generally requiring a differential device, which increases the thickness and the cost price of the watch.

The invention proposes to install an additional display, on the side opposite to a conventional main display often desired by the user. More particularly, the invention is designed to produce such an additional display in the form of a visual animation.
To this end, the invention relates to a timepiece with a double-sided display, according to
The figures described below are an example of an event timepiece, in this case a watch dedicated to the anniversary of a space mission during which the astronauts wore a watch from the same family.
figure 3 représente le mouvement de la montre desfigures 1 et 2 , de façon schématisée et partielle, et en coupe passant par l'axe principal de la montre, et par un poussoir de chronographe visible en partie droite de la figure, constituant un moyen de commande ; cette figure montre trois axes parallèles selon lesquels sont agencés différents mobiles : - en partie centrale, un premier axe est l'axe principal de la montre, autour duquel pivotent en partie supérieure les aiguilles d'heures et de minutes et un premier afficheur, qui est ici l'aiguille de secondes chronographe, laquelle est solidaire par un premier arbre, en partie inférieure, d'un deuxième afficheur qui est ici une aiguille dont seul est visible le canon sur cette figure, et dont le corps est transparent, notamment en verre de silice ou similaire, et dont l'extrémité distale est constituée par ce vaisseau spatial;
- en partie gauche, un deuxième axe est un axe secondaire, autour duquel pivote un deuxième arbre qui porte, en partie inférieure, un troisième afficheur qui est ici un disque représentant la planète Terre, et, en partie supérieure de la montre, un quatrième afficheur qui est une aiguille pivotant dans le petit cadran à neuf heures ;
- en partie droite, un troisième axe est celui d'un mobile du chronographe, visible en partie supérieure ;
- there
figure 1 represents, schematically and from the front, the upper part of a watch, combining a time display and a chronograph display; - there
figure 2 represents, similarly to thefigure 1 , the lower part of the same watch, widely open and closed by a large glass, and where an animation reminiscent of a lunar space mission is visible: under the glass there is a mask which is a representation of the lunar soil, above a black starry background representing interstellar space, in which appears, in a window in the background and partially hidden by the lunar mask, a rotating representation of the planet Earth; a spaceship in the form of a pentagon and carrying an astronaut represented by a triangle circulates between the background and the lunar mask, and is visible as long as it is not hidden by the latter; - there
Figure 3 represents the movement of the watchfigures 1 and 2 , in a schematic and partial manner, and in section passing through the main axis of the watch, and through a chronograph pusher visible in the right part of the figure, constituting a control means; this figure shows three parallel axes along which different mobiles are arranged: - in the central part, a first axis is the main axis of the watch, around which the hour and minute hands and a first display pivot in the upper part, which is here the chronograph seconds hand, which is secured by a first shaft, in the lower part, of a second display which is here a needle of which only the barrel is visible in this figure, and whose body is transparent, in particular made of silica glass or the like, and whose distal end is made by this spaceship;
- in the left part, a second axis is a secondary axis, around which pivots a second shaft which carries, in the lower part, a third display which is here a disk representing the planet Earth, and, in the upper part of the watch, a fourth display which is a pivoting hand in the small dial at nine o'clock;
