Claims (10)

  1. Uhrwerk mit einem mechanischen Resonator (2) und einer Hemmung (12), die mit dem mechanischen Resonator verbunden ist, wobei die Hemmung ein Hemmungsrad (16), das mehrere vorstehende Teile (42) aufweist, und einen Anker (14), der von dem mechanischen Resonator getrennt ist und der eine einzige geometrische Achse besitzt, um die er sich dreht umfasst; wobei der mechanische Resonator mit dem Anker so gekoppelt ist, dass der Anker dann, wenn der mechanische Resonator eine anhaltende Schwingung ausführt, eine hin und her gehende Bewegung zwischen zwei Ruhepositionen ausführt, in denen der Anker in aufeinanderfolgenden Zeitintervallen abwechselnd verbleibt; wobei der Anker Folgendes umfasst:
    - eine einzige Schwenkachse (50), die auf die einzige geometrische Drehachsachse zentriert ist,
    - ein starres Verbindungsteil (25), an dem die Schwenkachse befestigt ist,
    - zwei Arme (24, 26), die an ihren ersten Enden mit dem Verbindungsteil verbunden sind und an ihren zweiten Enden zwei entsprechende mechanische Paletten (28, 29) aufweisen, die jeweils mit irgendeinem vorstehenden Teil der mehreren vorstehenden Teile des Hemmungsrades in Eingriff gelangen können und die dafür ausgelegt sind, mit diesen vorstehenden Teilen zumindest in einer Startphase oder während des normalen Betriebs des Uhrwerks zusammenzuwirken,
    - eine Gabel (18), die zwei Hörner (19a, 19b) aufweist und dafür ausgelegt ist, mit dem mechanischen Resonator über einen Stift (10), der mit einer Achse (4) dieses mechanischen Resonators fest verbunden ist, zusammenzuwirken, und
    - eine Stange (20), die an ihrem ersten Ende mit dem Verbindungsteil (25) verbunden ist und an ihrem zweiten Ende mit der Gabel verbunden ist, wobei diese Stange zwischen ihrem ersten Ende und ihrem zweiten Ende frei ist;
    wobei beim Kippen des Ankers aus einer ersten seiner beiden Ruhestellungen in Richtung der zweiten Ruhestellung, während das Hemmungsrad in irgendeiner Winkelposition θ einer Mehrzahl von Winkelpositionsbereichen, die den mehreren vorstehenden Teilen entsprechen, positioniert ist, eine der beiden mechanischen Paletten an einem dieser vorstehenden Teile anliegt, bevor der Anker eine Winkelposition erreichen kann, in der der Stift die Seite der zweiten Ruheposition verlässt;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anker dafür ausgelegt ist, sich bei dem Kippen des Ankers in einer zu der Gabel parallelen allgemeinen Ebene des Ankers biegen zu können, indem er unter der Wirkung einer Kraft, die durch den Stift, der mit der Gabel in Eingriff ist, auf eines der beiden Hörner dieser Gabel ausgeübt wird, während die mechanische Palette an dem vorstehenden Teil anliegt und der mechanische Resonator durch den Anker gebremst wird, einer elastischen Verformung unterliegt; wobei dieses vorstehende Teil zwischen jeder der beiden mechanischen Paletten und der Gabel eine elastische Kapazität besitzt, die ihm ermöglicht, bei der elastischen Verformung eine maximale mechanische Energie, die der mechanische Resonator im Normalbetrieb des Uhrwerks haben kann, elastisch zu absorbieren.
  2. Uhrwerk nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Hemmung oder ein Antriebsmechanismus des Hemmungsrades dafür ausgelegt ist, dass bei normalen Betrieb des Uhrwerks das Hemmungsrad (16) den Anker mit Impulsen versorgt zur Aufrechterhaltung einer Schwingung des mechanischen Resonators (2), der eine im Wesentlichen konstante Energie antreibt, solange das Uhrwerk normal funktioniert.
  3. Uhrwerk nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Hemmung ein Magnetsystem (30, 32, 36) umfasst, das das Hemmungsrad und den Anker mechanisch koppelt, wobei dieses Magnetsystem dafür ausgelegt ist, während des normalen Betriebs des Uhrwerks magnetische Impulse zu erzeugen, die die Unterhaltungsimpulse mit konstanter Energie bilden.
  4. Uhrwerk nach Anspruch 3, wobei die vorstehenden Teile (42) dafür ausgelegt sind, eine Absorption kinetischer Energie des Hemmungsrades (16) durch Stöße zwischen diesen vorstehenden Teilen abwechselnd mit den beiden entsprechenden mechanischen Paletten am Ende aufeinanderfolgender Schritte einer schrittweisen Drehung des Hemmungsrades während des normalen Betriebs des Uhrwerks zu ermöglichen.
  5. Uhrwerk nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, wobei die vorstehenden Teile (42) dafür ausgelegt sind, einen Selbststart der Einheit aus mechanischem Resonator (2) und Hemmung (12) zu ermöglichen, wenn die Federhausfeder nach einem Stillstand des Uhrwerks erneut gespannt wird und das Hemmungsrad wieder in Drehung versetzt wird.
  6. Uhrwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, wobei die magnetischen Impulse auf Höhe der beiden mechanischen Paletten (28, 29), die zwei entsprechende Magneten (30, 32) tragen und zwei magnetische Paletten bilden, erzeugt werden; und wobei der Anker dafür ausgelegt ist, bei normalem Betrieb des Uhrwerks im Wesentlichen ein magnetisches Kraftmoment, das durch jeden der magnetischen Impulse erzeugt wird, auf seine Gabel (18) übertragen zu können, um eine Schwingung des mechanischen Resonators aufrechtzuerhalten.
  7. Uhrwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Stange (20) gebogen ist, insbesondere mit einer allgemeinen "Schwanenhals"-Form.
  8. Uhrwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine geometrische Mittellinie des Ankers zwischen einer Endfläche jeder der beiden mechanischen Paletten und der Gabel eine Gesamtlänge über zwei Teilstücke (24a, 20a; 26a, 20a), die jeweils durch die betrachtete mechanische Palette (28 bzw. 29) gemeinsam mit dem entsprechenden Arm (24; 26) und durch die Stange (20) definiert sind, aufweist, die mindestens doppelt so lang ist wie eine Länge einer Geraden (52) zwischen einem Punkt der geometrischen Mittellinie auf der Endfläche und der Mitte des Bodens eines Hohlraums, der durch die beiden Hörner der Gabel definiert ist.
  9. Uhrwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verbindungsteil (25), die Stange (20) und die beiden Arme (24, 26) aus einem Stück gebildet sind.
  10. Uhrwerk nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das eine Stück aus einem metallischen Material gebildet ist.
