Claims (5)

  1. Revêtement résistant à la saleté et à la graisse pour papier de billets de banque contenant une base fibreuse, le revêtement comprenant les ingrédients suivants: polymère liant, agent réticulaire, charge, substance résistant à la graisse et eau avec le taux suivant des ingrédients (en % en poids):
    polymère liant - 18 à 25 de substance absolument sèche;
    agent réticulaire - 1 à 2 de substance absolument sèche;
    charge - 0,5 à 4 de substance absolument sèche;
    substance résistante à la graisse - 0,2 à 1,0 de substance absolument sèche;
    eau - quantité nécessaire pour atteindre au total 100, la charge étant une charge organique, à savoir un condensat de formaldéhyde urée avec des groupes méthylol réactifs.
  2. Revêtement résistant à la saleté et à la graisse pour papier de billets de banque selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le polymère liant utilisé dans le revêtement est un polyuréthane aliphatique ou aliphatique-aromatique.
  3. Revêtement résistant à la saleté et à la graisse pour papier de billets de banque selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'agent réticulaire utilisé dans le revêtement est une polyaziridine.
  4. Revêtement résistant à la saleté et à la graisse pour papier de billets de banque selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la substance résistante à la graisse utilisée dans le revêtement est un fluoropolymère non ionique.
  5. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un revêtement résistant à la saleté et à la graisse pour papier de billets de banque comportant une base fibreuse, qui comprend la préparation d'une composition liquide avec un polymère liant contenant un polyuréthane et la formation subséquente d'un revêtement pour papier de billets de banque à partir de la composition liquide obtenue d'une telle manière, la composition liquide étant composée des ingrédients suivants (en % en poids):
    polymère liant - 18 à 25 de substance absolument sèche;
    agent réticulaire - 1 à 2 de substance absolument sèche;
    charge - 0,5 à 4 de substance absolument sèche;
    substance résistante à la graisse - 0,2 à 1,0, de substance absolument sèche;
    eau - quantité nécessaire pour atteindre au total 100, la charge étant une charge organique, à savoir un condensat de formaldéhyde urée avec des groupes méthylol réactifs, les ingrédients mentionnés ci-dessus étant mélangés à une température de 15 °C à 40 °C avec agitation continue dans le réacteur jusqu'à ce qu'une dispersion aqueuse homogène soit obtenue, ladite dispersion ayant une teneur totale en solides dans une plage d'environ 12 % à 32 % du poids de dispersion (préférablement d'environ 20 % à 25 %) et une valeur d'acidité neutre (pH).
