Definitions

  • the present invention relates to an insect screen system with devices for fast assembly and anchorage of the box in a space for frame.
  • the invention is applicable particularly, but not exclusively, to the sector of the industry for the production and marketing of screening devices and systems for building openings such as, in particular, insect screens, for example insect screens for doors and windows with vertical sliding, aiming to prevent insects from entering usually inhabited places, such as buildings for civil or commercial and even industrial use, being applicable in particular to the industry for the production and preeminent marketing of insect screens and net-barrier elements for equipping building openings and widely in the industry for the production and marketing of components and accessories for frames.
  • Building openings actually connect interior and exterior of the same buildings, and because of this characteristic and in case nothing obstructs the passage, they are intended to allow access to the internal spaces of the building, equipped with said openings, said access may also be accessible by unwanted insects. Therefore, in order to supply a screen which prevents the access of insects to inhabited spaces, the solutions suitable for interposing barriers to the building openings are long-known and well-known.
  • Said barriers are usually supplied as equipment for doors, windows and skylights and are traditionally made by nets with dense mesh, each one having such dimensions as to prevent insects from crossing them, even if insects have limited dimensions, in any case said barriers being structured to prevent at least the most commonly annoying insects from entering, such as mosquitos, flies or gnats.
  • insect screens in very brief synthesis, they may be arranged in the predisposition of a usually framed reticular barrier, interposed between the building openings, typically doors or windows, in such a way as to prevent, while permanently assuring the air exchange between the internal and the external environment, insect intrusion in the internal environments of the building.
  • insect screens can be divided into two categories.
  • a first category, the so-called "measure”, is a type of insect screen made at the origin according to measures received by the customer, in order to be delivered to the final consignee and installed by qualified personnel;
  • the winding roller of the net of the insect screen is coaxially inserted and it retains a first end of said net.
  • the net comes out from a suitable longitudinal opening, and it has the second end joined to a handlebar which is movable back and forth with respect to the box.
  • the winding roller can also comprise a corresponding preloaded return spring to facilitate the rewinding of the net.
  • the box ends are usually closed by suitable plates, which are supplied together with counter-plates of the adjustable type.
  • the box is provided with one or more guides or sliding elements, inside which the end of the handlebar and the corresponding side edge of the net slide back and forth.
  • insect screens other variants are also known, such as for example horizontally sliding insect screens, instead of vertically sliding insect screens, which cause the handlebar to do a translation movement which is directed to pull the net along a horizontal axis.
  • said insect screens which are considered for information and completeness purposes only, since they are not part of the present invention, appear to be very similar to the currently described solutions and are recurrent both in roller curtains and in sun blinds.
  • One of these, for example, relates to less valuable insect screens, without preloaded spring inside them.
  • a closed-circuit chain which engages, on one side, a wheel or keyed pulley to the relative winding roller, housed inside a box, determining, in a controlled way, the winding or the unwinding, of the net of the insect screen.
  • the aim of this invention is also to avoid the above-mentioned disadvantages.

Description

  • The present invention relates to an insect screen system with devices for fast assembly and anchorage of the box in a space for frame.
  • Field of the invention
Said barriers, commonly indicated with the term insect screen, are usually supplied as equipment for doors, windows and skylights and are traditionally made by nets with dense mesh, each one having such dimensions as to prevent insects from crossing them, even if insects have limited dimensions, in any case said barriers being structured to prevent at least the most commonly annoying insects from entering, such as mosquitos, flies or gnats. With specific reference to known solutions of insect screens, in very brief synthesis, they may be arranged in the predisposition of a usually framed reticular barrier, interposed between the building openings, typically doors or windows, in such a way as to prevent, while permanently assuring the air exchange between the internal and the external environment, insect intrusion in the internal environments of the building. In a traditional type of solution, the execution is provided of a rigid frame bearing a dense mesh net having a suitable area according to the intended purpose, said frame being perimetrically compatible with the measures of the door or window openings which are intended to be equipped with the insect screen itself. According to the current, most common solutions, insect screens can be divided into two categories. A first category, the so-called "measure", is a type of insect screen made at the origin according to measures received by the customer, in order to be delivered to the final consignee and installed by qualified personnel; a second category, indicated as insect screen in assembly kit, which is the most common on the market. With reference to both the above-mentioned categories of insect screens, even though with prevailing reference to the category of insect screens in assembly kit, it is possible to find common construction elements, concretizing in the box of the type generally consisting of an aluminum extruded profile or bar, in which the winding roller of the net of the insect screen is coaxially inserted and it retains a first end of said net. By means of said box, the net comes out from a suitable longitudinal opening, and it has the second end joined to a handlebar which is movable back and forth with respect to the box. In some solutions, the winding roller can also comprise a corresponding preloaded return spring to facilitate the rewinding of the net. Furthermore, as for the box ends, they are usually closed by suitable plates, which are supplied together with counter-plates of the adjustable type. In this solution, the box is provided with one or more guides or sliding elements, inside which the end of the handlebar and the corresponding side edge of the net slide back and forth.
  • Among various solutions of insect screens, other variants are also known, such as for example horizontally sliding insect screens, instead of vertically sliding insect screens, which cause the handlebar to do a translation movement which is directed to pull the net along a horizontal axis. From the structural point of view, said insect screens, which are considered for information and completeness purposes only, since they are not part of the present invention, appear to be very similar to the currently described solutions and are recurrent both in roller curtains and in sun blinds. One of these, for example, relates to less valuable insect screens, without preloaded spring inside them. These last ones are different from the first ones, because they require manual operations, both to unwind the net from the roller and to rewind it. In one case, for example, a closed-circuit chain is usually used, which engages, on one side, a wheel or keyed pulley to the relative winding roller, housed inside a box, determining, in a controlled way, the winding or the unwinding, of the net of the insect screen.
  • Also in the present patent literature, some solutions are found of insect screen structures, particularly with vertical movement, among which the following are mentioned, as mere examples:
  • The above-mentioned known insect screen solutions, with particular regard to the subject matter of the present invention, having vertical sliding net, have at least the following characteristics:
    1. a) a box, closed at the ends by corresponding head elements;
    2. b) a winding roller, inside said box, supported near the ends by a pair of head elements, which are engaged to the box end;
    3. c) a possible helicoidal twisting spring, coaxially placed and cooperating with said winding roller;
    4. d) a net, anchored on one side to said winding roller and on the other side joined to a handlebar;
    5. e) lastly, parallel sliding elements, inside which the ends of said handlebar and the side strips of the net slide.
    Disadvantages
  • All the known solutions of insect screen systems of prior art have deficiencies and limits, which cause consequent disadvantages.
  • According to the applicant, a first disadvantage characterizing all the solutions of insect screen structures, in particular with reference to vertical sliding structures, cited in the prior art, has been verified in that all said known solutions do not allow any easy assembly attaining the correct box positioning with respect to the vertical guides, not allowing the assembly of the same box to be carried out by the staff safely.
  • According to the applicant, a second disadvantage characterizing all the solutions of insect screen structures, in particular with reference to vertical sliding structures, cited in the prior art, has been verified in that all said known solutions do not allow to assemble insect screens more safely, since it is not possible to assemble the lateral guides first and the box afterwards.
  • According to the applicant, a third disadvantage characterizing all the solutions of insect screen structures, in particular with reference to vertical sliding structures of prior art, has been verified in that all said known solutions do not allow to easily position the box or to easily remove the same box.
  • As a whole, according to these introductive considerations, it can be understood that it is a priority to identify alternative solutions.
  • The aim of this invention is also to avoid the above-mentioned disadvantages.
  • Summary of the invention

    Practical execution of the invention
  • With reference also to the representations of figures from 1 to 14 an insect screen system (1) is described with devices for fast assembly and anchorage of the box in a space for frame which includes, as represented in the overall representation of figure 1 representing a possible embodiment of the invention to be considered as base execution solution, as main constitutive components, at least one first engagement stanchion (2); one second engagement stanchion (3); a box (4); means for the engagement of the box, a first vertical guide stanchion (5) and a second vertical guide stanchion (6) which cooperate in the stable engagement of the box (4). The insect screen system (1) according to the subject matter of the present invention is of the type with vertical sliding given the horizontal positioning of the provided box (4) with respect to the opening of the building, in such a way that the protection net (11), consequently, slides along the vertical axis. In the described embodiment, it is provided that the insect screen system (1) according to the subject matter of the present invention comprises one first engagement stanchion (2) and one second engagement stanchion (3) which last are provided composed of a shaped profile, preferably a metallic one, in which in the described embodiment and preferably, even if not necessarily, said first engagement stanchion (2) and said second engagement stanchion (3) are made of extruded aluminum, however, they may also be made of plastic or composite extruded material provided that they comply with the intended mechanical characteristics. More in detail it is provided that each engagement stanchion (2, 3) is preferably made according to the representation of particularly figure 2, in particular it is provided that each engagement stanchion (2, 3) is made in such a way as to have a "C"-like transverse section being provided with a bottom wall (21, 31) to the longitudinal ends of which there is a first wing (22, 32) and a second wing (23, 33), the latter projecting with respect to the bottom wall (21, 31) being the first wing (22, 32) symmetrical and parallel with respect to the second wing (23, 33).
  • Furthermore it is provided that both the first engagement stanchion (2) and the second engagement stanchion (3) at the internal part of the bottom wall (21, 31) are provided, along their entire length development, with a first constraint wall (24, 34) and with a second constraint wall (25, 35), both made in such a way as to be shaped with "L"-like section. In more detail, as particularly shown in the representation of figure 2, it is provided that both the first constraint wall (24, 34) and the second constraint wall (25, 35) are each placed in a parallel way and in a specular way with respect to each other, in the example extending for the entire longitudinal development of the bottom wall (21, 31). Said arrangement of the first constraint wall (24, 34) and of the second constraint wall (25, 35) creates a sliding and constraint element suitable to allow the positioning and the constraint in engagement of a pushing device (7), of known type, which, as shown in the representation of figure 3, is associated to the first engagement stanchion (2) and to the second engagement stanchion (3) in correspondence with a head end, in particular in correspondence with the head end which during the positioning of the engagement stanchion (2, 3) will be the lower part of the same engagement stanchion (2, 3) intended to rest on the threshold plane of the building opening, which will be equipped with the insect screen system (1) of the present invention. In more detail of the embodiment described, it is provided that said pushing device (7) is made in such a way as to include an engagement body (71) properly shaped in order to be constrained in anchorage between said first constraint wall (24, 34) and second constraint wall (25, 35) of the relative engagement stanchion (2, 3), said engagement body (71) of the pushing device (7) being further made in such a way as to arrange an adjustable expanding device of known type. In the example described, the pushing device (7) is of the type provided with an adjustable threaded pin (72) constrained to a spring (73) whose lower end, coming out of the engagement body (71), is engaged within a suitable seat of a movable base (74), which is properly shaped in the example according to the representations of figure 2 and figure 3, in such a way as to be slidingly constrained at the lower end of the corresponding engagement stanchion (2, 3) to which the pushing device (7) is intended to be engaged.
  • Furthermore it is provided that said constraint walls (24, 25, 34, 35) with which each engagement stanchion (2, 3) is provided, are suitable to also constrain in engagement a first retaining device (8) and a second retaining device (9). In more detail, according to the solution which is the subject matter of the present invention, as resulting from the described embodiment, being represented in particular in figure 2, it is provided that both the first retaining device (8) and the second retaining device (9) are each respectively equipped with a constraint body (81, 91) to which an engagement tongue is associated (82, 92), the last being elastically deformable. Both the constraint body (81) of the first retaining device (8) and the constraint body (91) of the second retaining device (9) are made in such a way as to be able to be constrained between the first constraint wall (24, 34) and the second constraint wall (25, 35) of the respective engagement stanchion (2, 3) with which they are intended to be associated and in any case they are provided in such a way as to be opportunely engaged to the respective engagement stanchion (2, 3). The constraint body (81) of said first retaining device (8), as shown in the representation of figure 2, is further equipped with an engaging plate (83) which same, as particularly represented in figure 11, is equipped with a retaining tooth (84) which is such that it engages on an appropriate seat (26, 36), in the described example said seat (26, 36) being made of a through-hole with which the bottom wall (21, 31) is opportunely equipped, in such a way that the first retaining device (8) can be conveniently maintained in engagement to the engagement stanchion (2, 3) with which it is associated, in the position provided for maintaining the box (4) of the insect screen system (1) engaged. Given the above, it is provided that the first retaining device (8) is positioned on the engagement stanchion (2, 3) with which it is associated, causing it to slide in constraint to the constraint walls (24, 25, 34, 35) with which the bottom wall (21, 31) of the engagement stanchion (2, 3) is provided, until being placed in the provided position in which the retaining tooth (84) of said engaging plate (83) is positioned in engagement on the provided seat (26, 36) with which the bottom wall (21, 31) of the engagement stanchions (2, 3) is equipped.
  • Furthermore, in order for the engagement function of the first retaining device (8) to be carried out, it is provided that the engaging tongue (82), with which the first retaining device (8) is equipped, is made in such a way as to be protruding with respect to the constraint body (81), originating from the constraint body (81) itself, opposite with respect to the engaging plate (83) with which the first retaining device (8) is equipped. Said engagement tongue (82) of the first retaining device (8), as particularly represented in figure 2, in figure 3 and in figure 10, is made in such a way as to be suitable for being elastically deformed in order to allow the positioning of the box (4) and to allow the support in engagement. Also the second retaining device (9) provided is made in such a way that the engagement tongue (92) protrudes with respect to the constraint body (91), the last being made in such way that the portion originating from the constraint body (91) is nearly orthogonal with respect to the same constraint body (91), wherein the end portion of the same engagement tongue (92) is inclined upwards with respect to the portion of the same engagement tongue (92) which originates from the constraint body (91) of said second retaining device (9).
  • The insect screen system (1) according to the subject matter of the present invention is also equipped with a box (4), of known type, being arranged in such a way as to be composed of a preferably metallic box-like element, in the example consisting of extruded aluminum, but it may indifferently consist of plastic or composite material provided that it complies with the intended requirements, which box (4) includes a revolving winding roller (10) which last finds its position inside said same box (4), said winding roller (10) being also consequently placed horizontally, that is in longitudinal direction, in an appropriate housing with which the same box (4) is equipped. The provided winding roller (10) engages, for the unwinding and the winding, a protection net (11), which protection net (11), through a longitudinal slit (41) with respect to said box (2), unwinds stretching out and vice-versa along a vertical axis. In a known way, in order to obtain the winding and the unwinding, the protection net (11) is provided with a first end constrained to said winding roller (10) around which it is wound and then unwound coming out from the bottom of the box (4) through the provided longitudinal slit (41). There is the possibility that the insect screen (1), according to the present invention, is of the type wherein the winding roller (10) has a spiral loading spring, which is constrained with an end to the box (4) and with the other end to the same winding roller (10), in such a way that, on one side, when unwinding the protection net (11), also the winding roller (10) turns, causing the spiral spring to load for torsion, not represented, and the consequent tensioning of the protection net (11); it may also be possible that the tensioning of the protection net (11) is also achieved by means of suitable tensioning means of known type alternatively to the spiral loading spring constrained to one end of the winding roller (10), through those tensioning means, however, the protection net (11) can be properly kept under tension. Furthermore, there is the possibility that said insect screen system (1) is of the type wherein the winding roller (10), besides being equipped with a loading spring, is equipped with a suitable slowdown device in order to limit the effects caused by a too fast winding of the protection net (11), which may happen because of the action of the loading spring during the winding of the same winding roller (10).
  • As particularly represented in figure 9 and in figure 10, it is provided that the box (4) provided is equipped with a guide profile (12), according to the example made of plastic material with low friction coefficient, which extends longitudinally near the longitudinal slit (41) with which the box (4) is equipped. Said guide profile (12) is made in such a way as to be suitable for maintaining the protection net (11) in the correct sliding position in such a way that said protection net (11) itself is maintained in the center of the longitudinal slit (41) so as to facilitate its down and up movement. Moreover, it is provided that the longitudinal slit (41) with which the box (4) is equipped is such as to have the strictly necessary width in order to allow the fitted passage of the protection net (11), said width being approximately between 2 mm and 4 mm. The size of the longitudinal slit (41), such as to contain the width within what is strictly necessary to allow the passage of the protection net (11), is allowed precisely by the presence of said guide profile (12), which last itself allowing to maintain the protection net (11) positioned in the centre of the same longitudinal slit (41). In this way, given the dimensional containment of the width of the longitudinal slit (41) of the box (4) it is possible to prevent some kind of insects, particularly stink bugs, from entering the same box (4) once the insect screen system (1) is operated. Always with the purpose to hinder the access of insects in the interstices between the lintel of the building opening wherein the insect screen system (1) according to the invention is placed and the box (4), it is provided that the same box (4), as particularly represented in figure 9 and in figure 10, in correspondence with its upper part, integrates a brush of known type, which last extends for the whole length of the box (4).
  • Moreover it is provided that the box (4), in order to allow its positioning for engagement to the engagement stanchions (2, 3), is made in such a way as to be equipped, in correspondence with the head ends, with a first head element (42) and with a second head element (43) made so as to be suitable for both being engaged to the engagement stanchions (2, 3) between their provided wings (22, 23, 32, 33) and being engaged by the first retaining device (8) and by the second retaining device (9) constrained to each engagement stanchion (2, 3). In more detail, as particularly represented in figure 11, it is provided that each head element (42, 43) is made, in correspondence with the lower part, in such a way as to provide a first constraint body (421, 431) and a second constraint body (431, 432) which are reciprocally symmetrical and specular, projecting with respect to the lower part of the respective head element (42, 43). Furthermore, according to the representation in figure 11, said first constraint body (421, 422) and second constraint body (431, 432) are reciprocally spaced so that between them the engagement tongue (82, 92) of the first retaining device (8) can be placed, providing that said constraint bodies (421, 422, 431, 432) are also made in such a way as to comprise two opposite tilted walls, which last being made in such a way as to allow the guide in constraint and release, between said same constraint bodies (421, 422, 431, 432), of the engagement tongue (82) of the first retaining device (8). In any case, there is the possibility that said head elements (42, 43) with which the box (4) is equipped, may also be made in a known way such as to allow them in any case to be opportunely engaged by the provided retaining devices (8, 9).
  • In order to move the protection net (11) during its unwinding and winding, it is provided that the end of the protection net (11), which is not anchored to the winding roller (10) is opportunely engaged to a horizontal handlebar (14) of known type, in the described embodiment particularly according to figure 9 and figure 10, consisting of a metallic section opportunely made in such a way as to be equipped with a protruding grip profile and, at the lower end, being possibly equipped with an appropriate adapting brush. Furthermore, as particularly represented in figure 12, it is provided that the handlebar (14) is made in such a way as to comprise, at its lower part, a suitable longitudinal profiled seat (141), constituting a constraint guide suitable for the constraint of a sliding body (15) and of a static body (16) opportunely shaped according to the shape of the profiled seat (141) to be constrained to it, respectively the sliding body (15) being constrained to said profiled seat (141) of the handlebar (14) in such a way as to be able to be slidingly moved and the static body (16) in such a way as to be integrally engaged, in the example in the intermediate zone of the handlebar (14). More in detail of the described embodiment, as particularly represented in figure 12 and in figure 13, it is provided that both the sliding body (15) and the static body (16) are made in such a way as to have a first longitudinal through seat (151, 161) and a second longitudinal through seat (152, 162), which same are reciprocally parallel and suitable for constraining a grip cord (17), which last itself being equipped with a grip body (18) of known type at its free end. In order to allow the adjustment of the length of the grip cord (17) protruding from the handlebar (14), it is provided that the grip cord (17) itself is joint with an end to the intake of the first longitudinal through seat (151) of the static body (16) being then constrained inside the longitudinal through seats (151, 152, 161, 162) of the sliding body (15) and of the static body (16) in such a way as to create a return from the sliding body (15) to the static body (16) in such a way as to allow the length of the end of the grip cord (17) coming out of the second longitudinal through seat (162) of the static body (16) to be lengthen or shortened, further to the distancing or the approaching of the sliding body (15) to the static body (16) carried out by the user by acting on the sliding body (15) sliding along the profiled seat (141) of the handlebar (14). In this way, it is possible for the user to nearly completely retract the grip cord (17) in such a way that the grip body (18) only projects from the handlebar (14) with the consequent advantage of avoiding that, when the insect screen system (1) is not used, the same grip body (18), hanging from the handlebar (14), can be made to collide by external events against the frame equipping the building opening to which the insect screen system (1) is joined.
  • Furthermore, in a known way, it is provided that the handlebar (14) in correspondence with the head ends of same is equipped with a first closing terminal (142) and with a second closing terminal (143), said closing terminals (142, 143) being of known type and provided with a guiding portion made in such a way as to be guided inside the vertical guide stanchions (5, 6). Completing the insect screen system (1) according to the subject matter of the present invention, it is provided that it needs to be equipped with a first vertical guide stanchion (5) and with a second vertical guide stanchion (6), wherein said vertical guide stanchions (5, 6) are provided made, as particularly represented in figure 8 and in figure 14, each one in such a way as to be equipped with a vertical guide slit (51, 61), which is conveniently extended for the whole length of each guide stanchion (5, 6). Said guide slit (51, 61) with which each one of said vertical guide stanchions (5, 6) is equipped, allows to obtain the guided unwinding and winding of the protection net (11) moved by the handlebar (14), in such a way as to allow the same protection net (11) to effectively fulfil its screening function on the building opening equipped with the insect screen system (1), providing for the possibility that the protection net (11) is of the type equipped with appropriate buttons of known type placed in correspondence with the vertical ends and such as to allow, in a known way, to avoid that the same protection net (11) exits from the guide stanchions (5, 6) during the vertical sliding movement. Both vertical guide stanchions (5, 6) are made of metallic profile, preferably of extruded aluminum, and are made in such a way as to provide a transverse section compatible to be placed at least partially in vertical insertion on the corresponding engagement stanchion (2, 3). Furthermore, each guide stanchion (5, 6) is made in such a way that its upper end is compatible for the engagement with the lower part of the head elements (42, 43) of the box (4). More in detail, according to the described embodiment, it is provided that each vertical guide stanchion (5, 6), in correspondence with the end intended to rest on the head element (42, 43) of the box (4), which last being made in such a way as to conveniently engage to said same vertical guide stanchions (5, 6), is conveniently made in such a way as to have, according to the example, a first engagement seat (52, 62), a second engagement seat (53, 63) and a third engagement seat (54, 64) arranged to allow the engagement within them, respectively: of the first constraint body (421, 431), of a third constraint body (423, 433) with which each head element (42, 43) of the box (4) is equipped and of said second constraint body (422, 432). Furthermore, it is provided that said insect screen system (1) can be equipped with one engagement base (19) which is engaged to the lower end of each vertical guide stanchion (5, 6), in insertion to the same, and cooperates for maintaining the correct positioning of the same when the insect screen system (1) according to the invention is in operative condition.
  • Operatively, the described insect screen system (1) according to the invention, as, by way of example, shown in figure 4, provides that the fixing is carried out of the first engagement stanchion (2) and of the second engagement stanchion (3) to the corresponding jamb of the space of the frame equipped with the insect screen system (1), considering that said fixing is preferably carried out by means of adhesive, in the example using, to this purpose, adhesive strips, being possible in any case that said fixing to the jamb is carried out also by means of the use of known fixing devices, by way of example, by means of the use of plugs and screws. In more detail, it is provided that before fixing said engagement stanchions (2, 3) to the corresponding jambs of the space of the frame, on each engagement stanchion (2, 3), between the constraint walls (24, 25, 34, 35) with which they are equipped, the first retaining device (8) and the second retaining device (9) are placed in such a way that said first retaining device (8) is placed in engagement to the engagement stanchion (2, 3) with the provided engaging plate (83) in engagement to the seat (26) with which the engagement stanchion (2, 3) itself is equipped, the second retaining device (9) being free to slide in constraint to said constraint walls (24, 25, 34, 35) of the engagement stanchion (2, 3) to which it is constrained. Alternatively, it is provided that said second retaining device (9) can also be conveniently fixed in appropriate position, close to the upper end of the engagement stanchion (2, 3) to which it is engaged. Furthermore each engagement stanchion (2, 3) is fixed to the jambs of the space of the frame with which it is equipped, in association with the pushing device (7) which last allowing both to facilitate the positioning of the engagement stanchion (2, 3) and to improve the stability of the fixing of the same engagement stanchion (2, 3) by adjusting the movable base (74) while pushing, allowing to keep it in slight deflection in such a way as to avoid possible ungluing in case adhesive strips are used for the fixing.
  • Once said engagement stanchions (2, 3) have been fixed to the jambs of the space of the frame, as represented in figure 5, in figure 6 and in figure 7 which show in sequence the assembly of the box (4) between said engagement stanchions (2, 3), the same box (4) is intended to translate between the same engagement stanchions (2, 3) until it is placed close to the lintel of the space of the frame so that the head elements (42, 43) with which the box (4) is equipped, are guided within the profile of the engagement stanchions (2, 3). Afterwards, the box (4) is then intended to be slid towards the lintel of the frame space until it is placed in an operative condition. Said positioning of the box (4) in an operative condition and the maintenance in said position is possible due to the fact that the head elements (42, 43) of the box (4) are held in position between the first retaining device (8) and the second retaining device (9). More in detail, during the upward sliding of the box (4) taking the latter in the operative position, the engagement tongue (82) of the first retaining device (8) of each engagement stanchion (2, 3), during the transit of the head elements (42, 43) is forced to deform in such a way as to allow the same head elements (42, 43) to pass, at the same time the second retaining device (9) being pushed upwards along the engagement stanchion (2, 3). In this way, when the box (4) is placed in the operative position, the engagement tongue (82) of the first retaining device (8) being elastically deformable, engages the lower part of the head element (42, 43) of the box (4) while the engagement tongue (92) of the second retaining device (9) is engaged to the upper part of the head element (42, 43) of the box (4) so that said same head elements (42, 43) are held between the engagement tongue (82) of the first retaining device (8) and the engagement tongue (92) of the second retaining device (9).
  • Once the box (4) is engaged to the first engagement stanchion (2) and to the second engagement stanchion (3), being held by the retaining devices (8, 9), it is provided that, in order both to make the correct positioning stable and to allow the insect screen system (1) functioning allowing the guided movement downwards and upwards of the protection net (11), the first vertical guide stanchion (5) is associated to the first engagement stanchion (2), between the first wing (22) and the second wing (23). Moreover, the second vertical guide stanchion (6) is associated to the second engagement stanchion (3), between its first wing (32) and its second wing (33) in such a way that the upper part of the vertical guide stanchions (5, 6) rests on the respective head element (42, 43) of the box (4) and, in the described embodiment, it is engaged to the constraint bodies (421, 422, 423, 431, 432, 433) of the respective head element (42, 43) of the box (4), while the lower end of each vertical guide stanchion (5, 6), which is equipped with an engagement base (19) in the example, is intended to rest on the threshold of the space frame. After assembling the vertical guide stanchions (5, 6), the insect screen system (1) according to the invention is placed in operative condition allowing the protection net (11) to be moved in a guided way, its ends and the ends of the handlebar (14) sliding on the vertical guide stanchions (5, 6), in order to allow the screening of the space of the frame equipped with it. Furthermore, disassembling the insect screen system (1) according to the invention, is facilitated by the simplified removal of the box (4), which is facilitated by the possibility given to the user to unlock the first retaining device (8) by activating in push condition the engagement tongue (82) of the same first retaining device (8).
