Abstract

The device has a mosquito net frame (9) integrated on a base of a slide (4) of a rolling blind by a flange (1). An end strip (11) of the net is coupled to an end strip (16) of an apron (15) of the blind, by a cradle (12), locks (13), a dowel (17) and a flange head (18). The flange has a spring plate (7) exerting a pressure on an end piece (8) of the mosquito net frame.

Description

L'invention concerne un dispositif de solidarisation, d'un caisson de moustiquaire enroulable, avec ressort de rappel sur le bas des coulisses d'un volet roulant, en vue de faire fonctionner les deux éléments en tandem.
Lorsque l'on ouvre le volet pour le faire s'enrouler dans son logement, la toile de moustiquaire se déroule hors de son caisson, et vient obstruer l'espace laissé libre par le tablier du volet.
On connaît de tels systèmes qui présentent l'inconvénient de ne pas avoir de moyens de solidarisations spécialement adaptés et simples, ne permettant pas une vraie fabrication professionnelle. Il en est de même avec les moyens d'accouplages, en vue de relier ou de séparer le fonctionnement des deux éléments, souvent assemblé par vis nécessitant de l'outillage.
Le dispositif objet de l'invention, permet de remédier à ces inconvénients, en prévoyant d'une part des composants spécifiques, en vue de solidariser le caisson de la moustiquaire sur le bas des coulisses du volet, et d'autre part de prévoir des moyens d'accouplage simples et rapides par verrous.
Les caractéristiques de l'invention apparaissent en détails dans la description qui suit, qui représente le mode préférentiel d'exécution, en se référant aux dessins : La figure 1 est le détail côté gauche de la solidarisation et de l'accouplage, et représente la vue en perspective éclatée du dispositif de l'invention, étant précisé que le côté droit non représenté est l'exact inverse de la figure 1. La figure 2 représente la vue en perspective d'un ensemble obtenu selon l'invention, la moustiquaire et le volet roulant fonctionnant en tandem, les deux éléments étant accouplés, verrous fermés, dans une position de course à mi hauteur. La figure 3 représente la même vue que la figure 2 mais cette fois, verrous ouverts, la moustiquaire étant restée en position enroulée dans son caisson au bas des coulisses du volet roulant.
Comme le montre la figure 1, l'invention comporte un flasque de maintien, (1) en PVC, muni d'un pied (2) qui comporte un trou (3) de fixation, le flasque (1) venant s'introduire dans le sens de la flèche (A) et selon l'axe des pointillés dans le bas des coulisses (4) sur laquelle a été pratiqué une découpe servant de logement (5), du flasque (1).
Lorsque le flasque (1) est en place, il est fixé sur le fond de la coulisse (4) à l'aide de la vis 6, au travers du trou (3) du pied (2).
De plus, le flasque (1) de maintien est muni d'une lamelle ressort (7) exerçant une pression sur l'embout (8) du caisson (9), lorsque celui-ci est poussé dans le sens de la flèche (B) et selon l'axe des pointillés à l'intérieur du flasque (1) où il est maintenu.
Le dispositif est identique sur le côté opposé, et donc, la pression s'exerçant en sens contraire, on obtient un centrage correct du caisson (9) et une égale répartition du jeu latéral nécessaire au bon fonctionnement de l'ensemble lorsqu'il est en mouvement.
A l'intérieur du caisson (9) s'enroule grâce à un ressort la toile (10) de la moustiquaire, celle-ci étant bordée à la partie supérieure, émergeant du caisson (9), par une lame finale (11) qui comporte les moyens d'accouplement sous la forme d'un percement d'un logement (12) et du verrou (13), monté coulissant dans la rainure (14) de la lame finale (11).
A l'opposé, sur le bas du tablier (15) du volet roulant, on trouve une lame terminale (16) qui comporte des gougeons (17) à visser, ceux-ci étant munis d'une tête (18) en forme de collerette .
Ainsi, lorsque l'on baisse le tablier (15) du volet roulant jusque dans sa position complètement fermée, la lame terminale (16) vient en contact sur le bas, sur le dessus de la lame finale (11) qui émerge du caisson (9) de la moustiquaire. Chacun des gougeons (17) s'étant engagé dans son logement (12) respectif selon l'axe schématique en pointillés (C).
Il suffit alors de pousser le verrou (13), dans sa rainure (14), dans le sens de la flèche (D), pour l'amener en position d'accrochage, bloquer la tête collerette (18) sous le verrou (13), dans la lame finale (11). Cette opération est à effectuer à gauche et à droite.
Ainsi selon figure 2, lorsque l'on remonte le tablier (15) du volet roulant, la toile (10) de la moustiquaire se déroule hors du caisson (9) et viendra se mettre à la place du tablier (15), les deux éléments accouplés circulant en tandem dans les mêmes coulisses (4).
Lorsque l'on voudra désaccoupler les deux éléments, on baissera le tablier (15) jusqu'en position basse de sa course, la lame finale (11) étant engagée en butée dans le caisson (9) de la moustiquaire. Il suffira d'ouvrir les verrous (13) en les poussant dans le sens opposé de la flèche (D) pour décrocher la moustiquaire.
On pourra remonter le tablier (15), la lame finale (14) de la moustiquaire restant à sa place dans le caisson (9), figure 3.
Dans un autre mode de réalisation, les gougeons (17) et les verrous (13) peuvent être remplacés par un système de crochet.
Ainsi, selon figure 4, est fixé sur la lame finale (11) de la moustiquaire, un crochet (19) libre en rotation, venant se prendre sur un ergot (20) sur la lame terminale (16) du volet roulant. Ce dispositif se trouvant par paire sur les deux côtés gauche et droit de l'ensemble.

The device which is the subject of the invention makes it possible to overcome these drawbacks by providing, on the one hand, for specific components, in order to secure the casing of the mosquito net on the bottom of the wings of the shutter and, on the other hand, to provide simple and fast coupling means by locks.
The characteristics of the invention appear in detail in the following description, which represents the preferred embodiment, with reference to the drawings: FIG. 1 is the detail on the left side of the fastening and the coupling, and represents the exploded perspective view of the device of the invention, being specified that the right side not shown is the exact opposite of Figure 1. Figure 2 shows the perspective view of an assembly obtained according to the invention, the mosquito net and the roller shutter operating in tandem, the two elements being coupled, locks closed, in a race position at half height. Figure 3 shows the same view as Figure 2 but this time, open locks, the mosquito net remained in the wound position in its box at the bottom of the wings of the roller shutter.
As shown in Figure 1, the invention comprises a holding flange, (1) PVC, provided with a foot (2) which has a hole (3) for fixing, the flange (1) to be introduced into the direction of the arrow (A) and along the axis of the dotted line at the bottom of the slides (4) on which has been made a cutout serving as a housing (5), the flange (1).
When the flange (1) is in place, it is fixed on the bottom of the slide (4) with the screw 6, through the hole (3) of the foot (2).
In addition, the retaining flange (1) is provided with a spring leaf (7) exerting pressure on the end piece (8) of the casing (9), when the latter is pushed in the direction of the arrow (B). ) and along the dotted line inside the flange (1) where it is maintained.
The device is identical on the opposite side, and therefore, the pressure acting in the opposite direction, we obtain a correct centering of the box (9) and an equal distribution of side play necessary for the proper functioning of the whole when it is moving.
Inside the box (9) is wound by a spring the fabric (10) of the mosquito net, the latter being bordered at the upper part, emerging from the box (9), by a final blade (11) which comprises the coupling means in the form of a bore of a housing (12) and the latch (13) slidably mounted in the groove (14) of the final blade (11).
In contrast, on the bottom of the apron (15) of the shutter, there is an end plate (16) which comprises bolts (17) to be screwed, the latter being provided with a head (18) in the form of collar.
Thus, when the apron (15) of the rolling shutter is lowered to its fully closed position, the terminal blade (16) comes into contact on the bottom, on the top of the final blade (11) which emerges from the housing ( 9) of the mosquito net. Each of the gougeons (17) having engaged in its respective housing (12) along the schematic dotted line (C).
It is then sufficient to push the latch (13) in its groove (14) in the direction of the arrow (D), to bring it into the latching position, block the flange head (18) under the latch (13). ), in the final blade (11). This operation is to be performed left and right.
Thus according to FIG. 2, when the apron (15) of the roller shutter is raised, the screen fabric (10) unrolls out of the box (9) and will be placed in the place of the apron (15), the two coupled elements circulating in tandem in the same slides (4).
When we want to uncouple the two elements, we will lower the deck (15) to the lower position of its stroke, the final blade (11) being engaged in abutment in the box (9) of the net. It will be sufficient to open the locks (13) by pushing them in the opposite direction of the arrow (D) to unhook the net.
The apron (15) can be reassembled, the final strip (14) of the remaining net in its place in the box (9), figure 3.
In another embodiment, the pins (17) and the locks (13) can be replaced by a hook system.
Thus, according to Figure 4, is fixed on the final blade (11) of the net, a hook (19) free in rotation, being caught on a lug (20) on the end plate (16) of the roller shutter. This device is in pairs on both left and right sides of the set.
