Claims (12)

  1. Cadre, en particulier pour un dispositif de protection pour utilisation avec une ouverture de bâtiment, comprenant :
    - au moins deux premiers tirants de cadre (4.1a, 4.1b),
    - au moins deux deuxièmes tirants de cadre (4.2),
    - des raccords profilés (1), sachant que les premiers tirants de cadre (4.1a, 4.1b) sont respectivement reliés à leurs extrémités au moyen d'un raccord profilé (1) à un deuxième tirant de cadre (4.2) et les deuxièmes tirants de cadre (4.2) sont respectivement reliés à leurs extrémités au moyen d'un raccord profilé (1) à un premier tirant de cadre (4.1a, 4.1b) et
    - au moins un élément magnétique (5.1, 5.2) pour la fixation du cadre à l'ouverture de bâtiment
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    au moins un élément magnétique (5.1, 5.2) est logé pouvant pivoter dans le cadre.
  2. Cadre selon la revendication 1, sachant qu'au moins deux éléments magnétiques (5.1, 5.2) sont couplés mécaniquement.
  3. Cadre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, sachant qu'au moins un élément magnétique (5.1, 5.2) est logé au moyen d'un support élastique (6).
  4. Cadre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, sachant que deux éléments magnétiques (5.1, 5.2) sont logés par le biais d'un support (6) logé pouvant pivoter.
  5. Cadre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, sachant qu'au moins un élément magnétique (5.1, 5.2) est disposé dans un raccord profilé (1).
  6. Cadre selon les revendications 4 et 5, sachant qu'un logement pour le support (6) est formé par le raccord profilé (1).
  7. Cadre selon la revendication 6, sachant que le support (1) est courbé dans la zone du logement.
  8. Cadre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, sachant que le raccord profilé (1) comporte au moins une première branche de liaison pouvant être insérée dans une barrette profilée (5.1) d'un premier tirant de cadre et une deuxième branche de liaison pouvant être insérée dans une barrette profilée (5.2) d'un deuxième tirant de cadre ainsi qu'en particulier au moins une zone centrale (3) reliant les branches de liaison.
  9. Cadre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, sachant que les premiers tirants de cadre et/ou les deuxièmes tirants de cadre comportent respectivement au moins une barrette profilée extérieure et au moins une barrette profilée intérieure introduite de façon télescopique à une profondeur d'introduction dans la/les barrette(s) profilée(s).
  10. Cadre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes pour insertion dans une ouverture de fenêtre, composé de deux premiers tirants de cadre latéraux verticaux ainsi que d'un deuxième tirant de cadre horizontal inférieur et un deuxième tirant de cadre horizontal supérieur, sachant que les raccords profilés (1) sont constitués comme des raccords d'angle avec respectivement exactement deux branches de liaison pivotables l'une par rapport à l'autre.
  11. Cadre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes pour une ouverture de porte, composé de quatre tirants de cadre latéraux verticaux, ainsi que d'un deuxième tirant de cadre horizontal inférieur, un centrale et un supérieur, sachant que le tirant de cadre central est respectivement relié aux deux extrémités au moyen d'un raccord profilé (1) constitué comme un raccord central avec deux tirants de cadre verticaux, sachant que le raccord central comporte respectivement trois branches de liaison pivotables l'une par rapport à l'autre.
  12. Dispositif de protection contre les insectes comprenant un cadre selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et un filet de protection contre les insectes fixé dans ou au cadre.
