Claims (13)

  1. Rail de roulement (1) revêtant la forme d'un profilé en tôle notamment laminé, de préférence la forme d'un profilé en tôle configuré en Z comportant au moins une aile profilée (4) à double couche, munie d'au moins une piste de roulement destinée à une porte coulissante,
    sachant que l'une des couches, la couche supérieure en tôle (4a) de ladite aile profilée (4) à double couche, est pourvue d'au moins une saillie profilée creuse (6) qui est mise en forme par cintrage de ladite couche supérieure en tôle (4a), avec configuration en boucle, et qui donne naissance à la piste de roulement à présence minimale,
    caractérisé par le fait
    (a) qu'une extrémité libre (5) de la tôle du profilé en tôle est parallèlement en applique contre une autre aile profilée (2) ; et par le fait que ladite extrémité libre (5) de la tôle, et ladite autre aile profilée (2), sont reliées l'une à l'autre, notamment reliées l'une à l'autre par solidarisation matérielle ou par concordance de formes ; et/ou
    (b) qu'une extrémité libre (5) de la tôle du profilé en tôle est en applique, par une arête, contre une saillie profilée (8) d'une autre aile profilée (2).
  2. Rail de roulement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par une unique aile profilée (4) à double couche dont la couche supérieure en tôle (4a) est dotée d'au moins deux saillies profilées creuses (6) qui sont agencées en juxtaposition parallèle, sont respectivement mises en forme par cintrage de ladite couche supérieure en tôle (4a), avec configuration en boucle, et qui donnent naissance à une piste de roulement respective.
  3. Rail de roulement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par deux ailes profilées à double couche qui sont agencées en superposition parallèle et dont les couches supérieures en tôle (4a) sont munies, à chaque fois, d'au moins une saillie profilée creuse (6) mise en forme par cintrage de la couche supérieure en tôle (4a), avec configuration en boucle, et donnant naissance à une piste de roulement.
  4. Rail de roulement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'autre couche, la couche inférieure en tôle (4b), présente une face inférieure plane.
  5. Rail de roulement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les deux couches en tôle (4a, 4b) sont reliées l'une à l'autre, notamment reliées l'une à l'autre par solidarisation matérielle ou par concordance de formes.
  6. Rail de roulement selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que les deux couches en tôle (4a, 4b) sont reliées l'une à l'autre par un soudage par points ou par une liaison par clinchage (7).
  7. Rail de roulement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que, dans la variante (a), l'extrémité libre (5) de la tôle et l'autre aile profilée (2) sont reliées l'une à l'autre par un soudage par points ou par une liaison par clinchage (7).
  8. Rail de roulement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'arête libre de l'aile profilée (4) à double couche est formée par un cintrage à 180° du profilé en tôle.
  9. Rail de roulement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le profilé en tôle est pourvu d'une aile profilée (2) présentant une patte évidée (9) cintrée, notamment cintrée à 90° autour d'une ligne de cintrage s'étendant parallèlement à la direction du profilage dudit rail de roulement (1).
  10. Rail de roulement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'une broche de liaison (11) est emboîtée dans la saillie profilée creuse (6) à présence minimale.
  11. Système constitué de plusieurs rails de roulement (1) conformes à l'une des revendications précédentes, lesdits rails der roulement (1) étant assemblés par emboîtement au moyen de broches de liaison (11), emboîtées dans les saillies profilées creuses (6) des deux rails de roulement (1), et/ou au moyen d'une platine de liaison (13) emboîtée, notamment par complémentarité de formes, entre deux saillies profilées (6) de la couche supérieure en tôle (4a).
  12. Système selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait que la platine de liaison (13), ou l'aile profilée (4) inférieure, comporte des perçages taraudés (14) dans lesquels sont vissées des vis dévolues au serrage de ladite platine de liaison (13) dans le rail de roulement (1).
  13. Système selon la revendication 12, caractérisé par le fait que l'aile profilée (4) inférieure est munie de perçages (15) à travers lesquels sont emboîtées des vis vissées dans les perçages taraudés (14) de la platine de liaison (13).
