Claims (14)

  1. Dispositif pour fenêtre coulissante, comprenant un cadre de fenêtre rectangulaire à incorporer dans une baie pour fenêtre, cadre de fenêtre qui comprend un premier élément de fenêtre fixe, et un deuxième élément de fenêtre coulissant, sachant que le cadre de fenêtre est formé d'un profilé périphérique comprenant une partie profilée côté sol (11), une partie profilée côté plafond (13) et deux parties profilées latérales (12), sachant que la partie profilée côté sol présente un puits de guidage (112) dans lequel est présent un agencement de roulettes (116), agencement sur lequel prend appui le deuxième élément de fenêtre, caractérisé en ce qu'est disposé sur le côté du premier élément de fenêtre (2), parallèlement au puits de guidage (112), un puits d'introduction (4) horizontal, qui reçoit une plaque chariot (51) déplaçable en direction du puits de guidage (112) et contre laquelle au moins une lamelle (54, 55) est fixée tout en pouvant pivoter, lamelle qui est précontrainte contre le deuxième vantail (3) via un élément ressort, sachant que la largeur de la plaque chariot (51) et d'au moins une lamelle (54, 55) est supérieure à la largeur du puits de guidage (112).
  2. Dispositif pour fenêtre coulissante selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le puits d'introduction (4) est limité par une plaque couvercle (41), disposée contre la partie profilée côté sol (11) à distance de cette dernière et la recouvrant localement, sachant que la plaque couvercle (41) est configurée de préférence rectangulaire et qu'elle s'étend jusqu'au puits de guidage (112).
  3. Dispositif de fenêtre coulissante selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la plaque chariot (51) est reliée de façon pivotante avec une plaque pivotante (52), laquelle est reliée de façon pivotante avec une plaque de guidage (53), sachant que la plaque chariot (51) est guidée déplaçable perpendiculairement au puits de guidage (112), et que la plaque de guidage (53) est guidée de façon coulissante le long du puits d'introduction (4).
  4. Dispositif de fenêtre coulissante selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce la plaque chariot (51) présente une gorge de guidage disposée transversalement à ladite plaque, gorge dans laquelle engrène une nervure de guidage (44) disposée dans le puits d'introduction (4) transversalement à ce dernier.
  5. Dispositif de fenêtre coulissante selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la gorge de guidage est formée par deux nervures de glissement disposées parallèles à distance l'une de l'autre ou par un profilé (511) de section en forme de C.
  6. Dispositif de fenêtre coulissante selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les nervures de glissement ou le profilé (511) dépasse-nt au-dessus de la plaque chariot (51), et/ou que la nervure de guidage (44) dépasse au-dessus du puits d'introduction (4).
  7. Dispositif de fenêtre coulissante selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque couvercle (41), la plaque chariot (51), la plaque pivotante (52) et/ou la plaque de guidage (53) ainsi qu'au moins une lamelle (54, 55) ont la forme de plaques minces en aluminium ou en matière plastique.
  8. Dispositif de fenêtre coulissante selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une lamelle (54, 55) - sur le dessous de la plaque chariot (51) regardant la partie profilée côté sol (11) - est reliée avec cette plaque chariot.
  9. Dispositif de fenêtre coulissante selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la plaque chariot (51) est précontrainte via un élément ressort contre l'élément de fenêtre coulissant (3).
  10. Dispositif de fenêtre coulissante selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une lamelle (54, 55) est précontrainte via un élément ressort, de préférence un ressort de torsion, contre l'élément de fenêtre coulissant (3).
  11. Dispositif de fenêtre coulissante selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux lamelles (54, 55) sont disposées de façon à pouvoir pivoter réciproquement, sachant que les lamelles (54, 55) présentent deux bords latéraux reliées à angle droit l'un à l'autre, de sorte qu'un bord latéral de toutes les lamelles (54, 55) forme une droite lorsque additionné à ses homologues dans une position pivotée des lamelles (54, 55).
  12. Dispositif de fenêtre coulissante selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que contre la partie profilée côté sol (11), le long du puits de guidage (112), en face du puits d'introduction (4), une gorge est disposée pour l'engrènement de la partie chariot (51) et des lamelles (54, 55).
  13. Dispositif de fenêtre coulissante selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la gorge est formée par un profilé (118) présentant une section essentiellement en U et qui est fixé sur la partie profilée côté sol (11).
  14. Dispositif de fenêtre coulissante selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que sur la partie profilée côté sol (11), ou dans la partie profilée latérale (12) limitrophe de cette dernière, est présente une gorge disposée transversalement à la partie profilée côté sol (11) et servant à guider la plaque chariot (51).
