Claims (13)
- Sécurité antibasculement à utiliser entre deux parties pivotables relativement l'une par rapport à l'autre (1, 2), la sécurité antibasculement se composant d'un levier de support (3) articulé sur une partie (1), lequel présente à l'autre extrémité un tourillon (4) logé dans une fente d'appui (5) dans l'autre partie (2) et déplaçable dans différentes positions de verrouillage, caractérisé en ce qu'une coulisse à cran (6) à ressort coopère avec la fente d'appui (5), ladite coulisse formant d'un côté avec un côté longitudinal (7) de la fente d'appui (5) une fente de guidage de manière correspondante et présente des évidements (8) pour former un dispositif d'encliquetage dans lesquels le tourillon (4) s'engrène dans une direction de déplacement tout comme il peut s'enclencher dans l'autre direction de déplacement, dans une direction de déplacement le tourillon (4) s'appuyant contre les évidements (8) sur les côtés latéraux (7) à travers une interface oblique (9) et en ce que la coulisse à cran (6) s'oppose automatiquement à la force d'au moins un ressort et, dans le cas d'un déplacement opposé du tourillon (4), appuie contre le deuxième flanc et ce n'est qu'en cas de dépassement d'une force limite déterminée ou si une pression est exercée manuellement sur la coulisse à cran (6) qu'il se produit un recul de celle-ci.

- Sécurité antibasculement selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la coulisse à cran (6) est formée d'un ressort à lames et en ce que les montants latéraux du ressort à lames sont fixés sur la paroi du cadre sur le côté de la fente d'appui (5) et en ce que le ressort à lames peut être déplacé latéralement par sa propre élasticité, de manière relative par rapport au côté longitudinal de la fente d'appui (5).

- Sécurité antibasculement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les évidements (8) sont prévus à des distances différentes les uns des autres en fonction des angles de projection souhaités de la deuxième partie (1).
- Sécurité antibasculement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la pièce usinée en matière synthétique comporte une rainure longitudinale (10) avec des sorties obliques vers le côté supérieur (18) et en ce que le tourillon (5) est guidé dans la rainure longitudinale et les sorties obliques et déplace par le biais de la sortie oblique la coulisse à cran (6) par rapport au côté longitudinal (7) de la fente d'appui.
- Sécurité antibasculement selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par la disposition dans une fenêtre d'installation avec axe de pivotement supérieur horizontal ou axe de pivotement latéral vertical.
- Sécurité antibasculement selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les distances des évidements dans la zone inférieure de la coulisse à cran (6) sont plus petites que ceux de la zone supérieure, de telle sorte que la fenêtre pivotable peut être installée dans la zone d'installation entre 0° et environ 45° dans des positions angulaires plus petites que dans la zone entre 45° à environ 90°.

- Sécurité antibasculement selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le levier de support (3) est articulé côté extérieur sur le cadre de fenêtre formant la deuxième partie (1) et le cadre présente une encoche de telle sorte qu'un basculement libre de la partie (1) est également garanti dans la zone dans laquelle la fenêtre est fermée, le levier de support (3) étant plongé dans l'encoche.
