Claims (13)

  1. MASCHINE ZUR ENDBEARBEITUNG VON HÄUTEN, bei der die Häute durch ein Gummiband (1) transportiert und gegen eine gegenüberliegende gravierte Walze (2) gedrückt werden, die auf die Oberfläche der Haut (P) einen gleichmäßigen Flüssigkeitsfilm (L) aufträgt, der zuvor auf der gravierten Walze (2) durch eine oder mehrere Klingen (9) verteilt wurde, wobei das Band (1) von einer ersten Walze (4) gezogen und von einer zweiten Walze (5) zurückgeführt wird, an der die Haut auf einem nachfolgenden Fördermittel (6) abgelegt wird, wobei eine der ersten und zweiten Walzen (4, 5) eine Antriebswalze und die andere eine Leerlaufwalze ist,
    wobei die Maschine dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die zweite Walze (5) mit mindestens einem Stützelement (13) versehen ist, das fest mit einem festen Maschinenrahmen verbunden ist und zwischen den beiden Enden der zweiten Walze (5) angeordnet ist, um deren Steifigkeit in Bezug auf die Längsflexibilität zu erhöhen.
  2. MASCHINE nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit Wasch- und Trocknungsmitteln (3) versehen ist, die kontinuierlich auf der Außenfläche des Maschinenbandes wirken.
  3. MASCHINE nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Mehrzahl von Umlenkwalzen aufweist.
  4. MASCHINE nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Mehrzahl von Stützelementen (13) aufweist, die in gleichem Abstand zwischen den Enden der zweiten Walze (5) angeordnet sind.
  5. MASCHINE nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Stützelement mit einer Stange (14) fest verbunden ist, die parallel zur zweiten Walze (5) verläuft, die ihrerseits an einem Element (15) angelenkt ist, das fest mit dem festen Rahmen der Maschine verbunden ist, wobei die zweite Walze (5) an dem Element (15) angelenkt ist.
  6. MASCHINE nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Walze (4) eine Antriebswalze ist, während die zweite Walze (5) eine Leerlaufwalze ist.
  7. MASCHINE nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Walze (4) eine Leerlaufwalze ist, während die zweite Walze (5) eine Antriebswalze ist.
  8. MASCHINE nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis zwischen dem Durchmesser der ersten Walze (4) und dem Durchmesser der zweiten Walze (5) gleich oder größer als 5 ist.
  9. MASCHINE nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Innenfläche des Gummibandes (1) eine Leerlaufwalze (8) wirkt, die Mittel aufweist, die geeignet sind, ihre Positionierung zu ändern, wobei die Walze (8) auf der Grundlage dieser Positionierung geeignet ist, den Kontaktpunkt des Gummibandes (1) mit der darüber liegenden gravierten Walze (2) zu ändern.
  10. MASCHINE nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlenkwalze (5) auf einem Stützrahmen montiert ist, der in Bezug auf die Maschine abnehmbar ist, um die Montage/Demontage zu erleichtern.
  11. MASCHINE nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Band (1) aus Gummi mit einer Härte von weniger als 40 Shore A hergestellt ist.
  12. MASCHINE nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine oder mehrere Schichten aus künstlichen oder natürlichen Elementen auf der inneren Oberfläche des Gummis vorhanden sind.
  13. MASCHINE nach einem oder mehreren der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gummiband (1) eine Dicke (Sp) des Gummiabschnitts aufweist, die zwischen 8 und 25 mm variiert.
