Claims (12)

  1. Verpackungsmaschine (1) zum Verpacken eines Artikels, wie z.B. einer Matratze (M) und dergleichen, mittels der Folie (61, 62) von mindestens einer Spule (8, 9), die auf einen rohrförmigen Karton (82, 92) gewickelt ist, wobei die Verpackungsmaschine (1) Folgendes umfasst mindestens eine Abwicklungs-und Austauscheinheit (3, 4) einer jeweiligen Spule (8, 9), die in der mindestens einen Abwicklungs- und Austauscheinheit (3, 4) untergebracht ist, die mindestens ein erstes Abwicklungselement (311) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine erste Abwicklungselement (311, 411) in der Lage ist, eine erste Position einzunehmen, in der es zum Abwickeln der Spule (8, 9) zum Verpacken des zu verpackenden Artikels (M) konfiguriert ist, und eine zweite Position, in der es, wenn die Folie der Spule (8, 9) zu Ende ist oder nicht mehr zum Verpacken eines Artikels (M) ausreicht, den rohrförmigen Karton (82, 92) der leeren Spule (8, 9) auswirft.
  2. Verpackungsmaschine (1) nach dem vorherigen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Abwicklungselement ein erstes Abwicklungsband (311, 411) ist, umfassend ein Band (311"', 411"') und ein Paar von Rollen (311', 311"; 411', 411") zum Bewegen des Bands (311‴, 411‴), wobei eine der Rollen (311", 411") drehbar gelagert ist, um eine Drehung des Abwickelbands (311, 411) zu ermöglichen, um es von der ersten Position in die zweite Position zu bewegen, und dass die Abwicklungs-und Austauscheinheit (3) ein zweites Abwickelband (312, 412) umfasst, das angeordnet ist, um mit dem ersten Abwicklungselement (311, 411) eine "V"-Anordnung zu bilden, um die abzuwickelnde Spule (B) dazwischen aufzunehmen.
  3. Verpackungsmaschine (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abwicklungs-und Austauscheinheit (3, 4) einen Speicher (32, 42) zum Aufnehmen von Austauschspulen (81, 91) umfasst, der angeordnet ist, um die Freigabe einer Spule zu ermöglichen, nachdem das Abwicklungselement (311, 411) nach der zweiten Position die erste Position einnimmt, in der der rohrförmige Karton (82, 92) einer leeren Spule (8, 9) ausgeworfen wird.
  4. Verpackungsmaschine (1) nach dem vorherigen Anspruch, wenn abhängig von Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Lager (32, 42) eine schräge Ebene (321; 421) umfasst, auf der die Austauschspulen (81) angeordnet sind, die zu der Konkavität ausgerichtet sind, die durch die zwei Abwicklungselemente (311, 312; 411, 412) gebildet wird.
  5. Verpackungsmaschine (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abwicklungs-und Austauscheinheit (3, 4) eine Auswurfführung (33, 43) umfasst, in der der rohrförmige Karton (82, 92), um den die Spulenfolie gewickelt ist, weggeführt wird, wenn das mindestens eine Abwicklungselement (311, 411) die zweite Position einnimmt.
  6. Verpackungsmaschine (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Folgendes umfasst
    eine erste Abwicklungs- und Austauscheinheit (3) und eine zweite Abwicklungs- und Austauscheinheit (4).
  7. Verpackungsmaschine (1) nach dem vorherigen Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass sie eine Fördererebene (2) umfasst, die eine erste Förderer-Halbebene (21) und eine zweite Förderer-Halbebene (22) aufweist, die aufeinanderfolgend zu der ersten Förderer-Halbebene (21) angeordnet ist, dass die erste Abwicklungs- und Austauscheinheit (3) oberhalb der ersten Förderer-Halbebene (21) angeordnet ist, und dass die zweite Abwicklungs- und Austauscheinheit (4) unterhalb der ersten Förderer-Halbebene (21) angeordnet ist.
  8. Verpackungsmaschine (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Schneid- und Schweißeinheit (5) zum Schneiden der überstehenden Folie und zum Verschweißen derselben zum Verschließen oder Vervollständigen der Verpackung eines zu verpackenden Artikels (M) umfasst, umfassend eine Kontrastbasis (51), eine Schneideklinge (52), die an der Kontrastbasis (51) installiert ist, um die überstehende Folie (61, 62) zu schneiden, eine vordere Schweißleiste (53) und eine hintere Schweißbalken (54), die in Übereinstimmung mit der Kontrastbasis (51) angeordnet sind, wobei der vordere Schweißleiste (53) und die hintere Schweißleiste (54) konfiguriert sind, um die Folienränder (61, 62) von zwei Spulen (8, 9) zu verschweißen, um die Verpackung eines Artikels (M) zu schließen und um zwei Folienränder (61, 62) wieder zu verbinden, um eine neue Verpackung durchzuführen.
  9. Verpackungsmaschine (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wenn abhängig von Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Paar Zangen (71, 72) zum Bewegen der Folienränder (61, 62) umfasst, die jeweils von einer entsprechenden Spule (8, 9) kommen, die in der ersten Abwicklungs- und Austauscheinheit (3) und in der zweiten Abwicklungs- und Austauscheinheit (4) untergebracht sind.
  10. Betriebsverfahren einer Verpackungsmaschine (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei wenn die Folie der Spule (8, 9) zu Ende ist oder nicht mehr für die Verpackung eines Artikels (M) ausreicht, das mindestens eine Abwicklungselement (311, 411) sich von der ersten Position, in der es zum Abwickeln der Spule (8, 9) zum Verpacken des zu verpackenden Artikels (M) konfiguriert ist, in die zweite Position bewegt, um den rohrförmigen Karton (82, 92) der leeren Spule (8, 9) auszuwerfen.
  11. Verfahren nach dem vorherigen Anspruch, wobei die Abwicklungs- und Austauscheinheit (3, 4) einen Speicher (32, 42) zum Aufnehmen von Austauschspulen (81, 91) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es den Schritt umfasst, die Freigabe einer austauschspule (81) zu ermöglichen, nachdem das Abwicklungselement (311, 411) von der zweiten Position in die erste Position zurückgekehrt ist.
  12. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Abwicklungselement (311, 411) die Restfolie auf dem rohrförmigen Karton (82, 92) aufwickelt, bevor sich das mindestens eine Abwicklungselement (311, 411) von der ersten Position in die zweite Position bewegt.
