Claims (15)
- Appareil de forage d'un trou pour produire un forage dans le sol, comportant :- une tête de forage (30) pour enlever du matériau de sol,- une colonne de tiges de forage (38), à l'extrémité inférieure de laquelle est montée la tête de forage (30),- un dispositif d'entraînement en rotation (40) pour entraîner en rotation la colonne de tiges de forage (38) avec la tête de forage (30),- un dispositif de serrage (50), qui est disposé à un premier segment de châssis (14) et est conformé pour le serrage radial de l'appareil de forage d'un trou (10) radialement à la paroi du trou de forage au moyen de plaques de serrage (52), et- au moins un vérin de positionnement (72) pour déplacer la tête de forage (30) dans une direction axiale,caractérisé en ce que- en dessous du dispositif de serrage (50) est disposé l'au moins un vérin de positionnement (72) qui, d'une part, s'appuie contre le premier segment de châssis (14) et, d'autre part, s'étend vers la tête de forage (30),- en ce qu'au-dessus du dispositif de serrage (50) est disposé le dispositif d'entraînement en rotation (40),- en ce qu'il est prévu un deuxième segment de châssis (20) qui est positonné de manière fixe axialement, mais rotatif par rapport à la tête de forage (30), et- en ce que sont prévues, au niveau du premier segment de châssis (14), des glissières linéaires (26) dirigées vers le bas et montées de manière fixe, par le biais desquelles le second segment de châssis (20) est positionné tout en pouvant être décalé linéairement vers le premier segment de châssis (14).
- Appareil de forage d'un trou selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
plusieurs vérins de positionnement (72) sont disposés selon une répartition régulière sur la circonférence du premier segment de châssis (14). - Appareil de forage d'un trou selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que
le dispositif de serrage (50) comprend un ou plusieurs vérins de serrage orientés radialement. - Appareil de forage d'un trou selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisé en ce que
l'au moins un vérin de positionnement (72) se présente sous la forme d'un vérin hydraulique pour déplacer axialement la tête de forage (30) et/ou l'au moins un vérin de serrage du dispositif de serrage (50). - Appareil de forage d'un trou selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisé en ce quele dispositif d'entraînement en rotation (40) comporte un arbre d'entraînement (44) le long duquel la colonne de tiges de forage (38) est positionnée de manière à pouvoir être décalée axialement, eten ce que, pour transmettre un couple d'entraînement, des barres d'entraînement (46) s'étendant de manière axiale sont disposées au niveau d'une face externe de l'arbre d'entraînement (44). - Appareil de forage d'un trou selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisé en ce que
le dispositif d'entraînement en rotation (40) comprend un ou plusieurs dispositifs d'entraînement en rotation (42) qui sont logés au niveau du premier segment de châssis (14). - Appareil de forage d'un trou selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6,
caractérisé en ce que
il est prévu un dispositif de transport (35) avec lequel un matériau de sol enlevé peut être évacué par la tête de forage (30) vers l'extérieur du forage. - Appareil de forage d'un trou selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisé en ce que
à une extrémité supérieure d'un châssis (12) de l'appareil de forage d'un trou (10) est disposé un dispositif de liaison (28) pour un câble porteur. - Installation de forage pour produire un forage dans le sol, caractérisée en ce queil est prévu un appareil de forage d'un trou (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, eten ce que l'appareil de forage d'un trou (10) est suspendu au moyen d'un dispositif porteur.
- Installation de forage selon la revendication 9,
caractérisée en ce que
il est prévu une machine de tubage avec laquelle un tubage, qui forme la paroi du trou de forage, peut être introduit dans le sol de manière simultanée ou décalée dans le temps pour produire le forage. - Installation de forage selon la revendication 9 ou 10,
caractérisée en ce que
le dispositif porteur est disposé sur le sol ou sur un corps flottant au niveau d'une surface d'eau. - Procédé de production d'un forage dans le sol, avec un appareil de forage d'un trou (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 ou avec une installation de forage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, selon lequelpour réaliser le forage, du matériau de sol est enlevé au moyen d'une tête de forage (30), qui est montée à une extrémité inférieure d'une colonne de tiges de forage (38), qui est entraînée en rotation au moyen d'un dispositif d'entraînement en rotation (40), dans lequel un premier segment de châssis (14) de l'appareil de forage d'un trou (10) est serré au moyen d'un dispositif de serrage (50) radialement à une paroi du trou de forage et la tête de forage (30) est décalée au moyen d'au moins un vérin de positionnement (72) dans une direction axiale,caractérisé en ce que- en dessous du dispositif de serrage (50) est disposé au moins un vérin de positionnement (72) qui, d'une part, s'appuie contre le premier segment de châssis (14) et, d'autre part, s'étend vers la tête de forage (30), dans lequel la tête de forage (30) est poussée, lors de l'enlèvement du matériau de sol, avec l'au moins un vérin de positionnement (72) en direction du sol, et- en ce qu'au-dessus du dispositif de serrage (50) est disposé le dispositif d'entraînement en rotation (40) avec lequel la colonne de tiges de forage (38) est entraînée en rotation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 12,
caractérisé en ce que
un tubage, qui forme la paroi du trou de forage, est introduit dans le sol de manière simultanée ou décalée dans le temps pour produire le forage. - Procédé selon la revendication 12 ou 13,
caractérisé en ce que
durant ou après un retrait de l'appareil de forage d'un trou (10) en dehors du forage, celui-ci est rempli avec une masse durcissable pour former un élément de fondation. - Procédé selon la revendication 12 ou 13,
caractérisé en ce queaprès un retrait de l'appareil de forage d'un trou (10) en dehors du forage, un élément d'armature ou de fondation est installé dans celui-ci, eten ce que, au préalable ou par la suite, le forage est rempli avec une masse durcissable.
