Claims (10)

  1. Ferrure de repose-jambes (2) pour le déplacement réversible d'un repose-jambes (6) d'un meuble d'assise et/ou de couchage (1) d'une position d'utilisation à une position de non-utilisation et inversement, comprenant une unité de déplacement (5) avec un chariot (30) déplaçable en translation dans un cadre (3) et comprenant une unité de pivotement (4) avec un premier bras pivotant (22), le repose-jambes (6) pouvant être maintenu au niveau d'une première extrémité de repose-jambes (24) du premier bras pivotant (22) et le premier bras pivotant (22) étant relié de manière pivotante au chariot (30) de l'unité de déplacement (5) au niveau d'une première extrémité de bras pivotant (28) opposée au repose-jambes (6) par une première articulation pivotante (14) pouvant tourner autour d'un premier axe de pivotement (16), caractérisée en ce que, dans la première extrémité de bras pivotant (28) du premier bras pivotant (22), une saillie de levier (27) dépassant au moins par sections le premier axe de pivotement (16) de la première articulation pivotante (14) sur une face arrière opposée au repose-jambes (6) et sur une face supérieure opposée à un fond (42) est formée avec une surface de contact (55) conçue comme un biais d'attaque ainsi qu'une surface de contact auxiliaire (58) dépassant au moinspar sections le premier axe de pivotement (16) de la première articulation pivotante (14) sur la face supérieure et opposée à la surface de contact (55), la surface de contact auxiliaire (58) et une surface (59) tournée vers le repose-jambes (6) formant une formation en relief (57) dans la première extrémité de bras pivotant (28) du premier bras pivotant (22) et, pour faire passer le repose-jambes (6) de la position de non-utilisation à la position d'utilisation, les bras pivotants (22, 23) tournant autour des articulations pivotantes (14, 15) en déplaçant le chariot (30) de l'unité de déplacement (5) vers une face avant (41) dans le cadre (3) de sorte que la surface de contact (55) de la saillie de levier (27) du premier bras pivotant (22) est déplacée contre un élément de renvoi (61) maintenu fixe du cadre (3) et le premier axe de pivotement (16) est déplacé vers la face avant (41) devant l'élément de renvoi (61), qu'un poids de l'unité de pivotement (4) est soutenu sur l'élément de renvoi (61) du cadre (3) et que la surface de contact auxiliaire (58) est maintenue espacée de l'élément de renvoi (61) du cadre (3).
  2. Ferrure de repose-jambes (2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la surface de contact (55) et la surface de contact auxiliaire (58) sont orientées angulairement l'une par rapport à l'autre et/ou forment un évidement de pivotement (60) en forme de V, l'évidement de pivotement (60) entourant au moins par sections l'élément de renvoi (61) du cadre (3) lors de la rotation du premier bras pivotant (22) pour le déplacement réversible du repose-jambes (6) de la position de non-utilisation à la position d'utilisation et inversement.
  3. Ferrure de repose-jambes (2) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la surface de contact auxiliaire (58) de la formation en relief (57) est formée et conçue de telle sorte que, lorsque le repose-jambes (6) est déplacé de la position d'utilisation à la position de non-utilisation, dans une situation de blocage dans laquelle la surface de contact (55) de la saillie de levier (27) est espacée de l'élément de renvoi (61) et l'élément de renvoi (61) est entouré au moins par sections par l'évidement de pivotement (60), la surface de contact auxiliaire (58) est appliquée contre l'élément de renvoi (61) de telle sorte qu'un pivotement vers le bas de l'unité de pivotement (4) est effectué.
  4. Ferrure de repose-jambes (2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de renvoi (61) du cadre (3) est orienté horizontalement et/ou présente, au moins au niveau d'une zone de contact de l'élément de renvoi (61) contre laquelle la surface de contact (55) est appliquée lors de la rotation du premier bras pivotant (22), une section transversale circulaire et/ou une enveloppe de rouleau montée rotative.
  5. Ferrure de repose-jambes (2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce qu'une course de déplacement (Z) sur laquelle le chariot (30) de l'unité de déplacement (5) peut être déplacé dans le cadre (3) est limitée vers la face avant (41) par une butée (62) du cadre (3), le chariot (30) de l'unité de déplacement (5) étant approché de la butée (62) dans la position d'utilisation du repose-jambes (6), la surface de contact auxiliaire (58) de la formation en relief (57) de la première extrémité de bras pivotant (28) du premier bras pivotant (22) étant maintenue entre la butée (62) et l'élément de renvoi (61) en s'engageant au moins par sections dans le cadre (3) lors de la rotation du premier bras pivotant (22) pour le déplacement réversible du repose-jambes (6) de la position de non-utilisation à la position d'utilisation et inversement.
  6. Ferrure de repose-jambes (2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le premier bras pivotant (22) présente un coude et/ou une courbure au niveau de la première articulation pivotante (14).
  7. Ferrure de repose-jambes (2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de pivotement (4) présente un deuxième bras pivotant (23) avec une deuxième extrémité de repose-jambes (25) au niveau de laquelle le repose-jambes (6) est maintenu pivotant par une deuxième articulation de repose-jambes (19), et avec une deuxième extrémité de bras pivotant (29) opposée au repose-jambes (6) qui est maintenue pivotante sur le chariot (30) de l'unité de déplacement (5) par une deuxième articulation de pivotement (15).
  8. Ferrure de repose-jambes (2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que l'unité de pivotement (4) présente un dispositif de support de repose-jambes (7) par lequel le repose-jambes (6) est relié aux bras pivotants (22, 23).
  9. Ferrure de repose-jambes (2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu sur le chariot (30) de l'unité de déplacement (5) un dispositif d'ajustement réglable (44) sur lequel, dans la position de non-utilisation du repose-jambes (6), le poids de l'unité de pivotement (4) est soutenu par le fait qu'un bras de pivotement (22, 23) de l'unité de pivotement (4) est appliqué contre un élément d'ajustement (45) du dispositif d'ajustement (44) maintenu déplaçable sur le chariot (30) et/ou une position définie pour le repose-jambes (6) étant réglable par le dispositif d'ajustement (44) dans la position de non-utilisation par le fait que le bras pivotant (22, 23) appliqué contre l'élément d'ajustement (45) dans la position de non-utilisation du repose-jambes (6) tourne autour de l'axe de pivotement (16, 17) suite à un déplacement de l'élément d'ajustement (45).
  10. Ferrure de repose-jambes (2) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que le repose-jambes (6) est maintenu au niveau de la première extrémité de repose-jambes (24) du premier bras pivotant (22).
