Claims (12)

  1. Ein Verfahren zur Umwandlung eines sich bewegenden Stroms (10, 20) von entgegengesetzt ausgerichteten stabförmigen Artikeln, wobei die entgegengesetzt ausgerichteten stabförmigen Artikel um die Achse gedreht werden, die der Bewegungsrichtung der ausgerichteten stabförmigen Artikel entspricht, sodass die ausgerichteten stabförmigen Artikel eine einheitliche Ausrichtung annehmen,
    die stabförmigen Artikel in einheitlicher Ausrichtung an Gruppierungsmodule (30) übergeben werden und Gruppen (G) stabförmiger Artikel mit einheitlicher Ausrichtung, die mindestens aus zwei Lagen (T) stabförmiger Artikel in einheitlicher Ausrichtung bestehen, gebildet werden,
    dies ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    einzelne stabförmige Artikel in einheitlicher Ausrichtung in zwei Lagen (T) vorliegen.
  2. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 ist ferner dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gruppen (G) stabförmiger Artikel mit einheitlicher Ausrichtung mit einer Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit, die sich von der Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit des sich bewegenden Stroms entgegengesetzt ausgerichteter stabförmiger Artikel unterscheidet, an eine Aufnahmevorrichtung übergeben werden.
  3. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gruppen (G) stabförmiger Artikel mit einheitlicher Ausrichtung im Übergabebereich mit einer Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit des Stroms von 0 m/s an die Aufnahmevorrichtung übergeben werden.
  4. Das Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gruppen (G) stabförmiger Artikel mit einheitlicher Ausrichtung mit der gleichen Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit wie die Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit des sich bewegenden Stroms entgegengesetzt ausgerichteter stabförmiger Artikel an die Aufnahmevorrichtung übergeben werden.
  5. Eine Vorrichtung für die Umwandlung eines sich bewegenden Stroms (10, 20) entgegengesetzt ausgerichteter stabförmiger Artikel bestehend aus
    einer Transporteinheit (100), die dafür gedacht ist, entgegengesetzt ausgerichtete stabförmige Artikel zu transportieren, und einem Drehmodul (120), das dafür gedacht ist, die transportierten entgegengesetzt ausgerichteten stabförmigen Artikel um die Achse zu drehen, die der Bewegungsrichtung entspricht, sodass die ausgerichteten stabförmigen Artikel eine einheitliche Ausrichtung einnehmen,
    wobei
    das Drehmodul (120) ferner dafür gedacht ist, die einzelnen stabförmigen Artikel in einheitlicher Ausrichtung in mindestens zwei Lagen zu halten und zudem
    eine Übergabeeinheit (200) umfasst, die dafür gedacht ist, ausgerichtete stabförmige Artikel in einheitlicher Ausrichtung an Gruppierungsmodule zu übergeben, um Gruppen ausgerichteter stabförmiger Artikel mit einheitlicher Ausrichtung zu bilden, die mindestens zwei Lagen stabförmiger Artikel in einheitlicher Ausrichtung umfassen,
    charakteristisch ist, dass
    das Drehmodul (120) so beschaffen ist, dass es die Transporteinheit um die Achse dreht, die der Bewegungsrichtung der stabförmigen Artikel entspricht.
  6. Die Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Übergabeeinheit (200) einheitlich ausgerichtete stabförmige Artikel mit einer Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit, die sich von der Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit des sich bewegenden Stroms entgegengesetzt ausgerichteter stabförmiger Artikel unterscheidet, an die Aufnahmevorrichtung übergibt.
  7. Die Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Übergabeeinheit (200) einheitlich ausgerichtete stabförmige Artikel im Übergabebereich mit einer Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit des Stroms von 0 m/s an die Aufnahmevorrichtung übergibt.
  8. Die Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Übergabeeinheit (200) gleichmäßig ausgerichtete stabförmige Artikel mit der gleichen Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit wie die Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit des sich bewegenden Stroms entgegengesetzt ausgerichteter stabförmiger Artikel an die Aufnahmevorrichtung übergibt.
  9. Die Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8 gekennzeichnet sich dadurch, dass die Transporteinheit (100) eine Einheit aus elektromagnetischen Schlitten oder ein Transportförderer mit Geschwindigkeitskompensator ist.
  10. Die Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drehmodul (120) aus Drehvorrichtungen besteht, die sich zum Drehen einzelner stabförmiger Artikel oder Gruppen stabförmiger Artikel eignen.
  11. Die Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mit einer Einheit zum Erkennen von Beschädigungen und zum Aussortieren beschädigter stabförmiger Artikel versehen ist. Beschädigungen an einer oder beiden Vorderseiten der stabförmigen Artikel werden erkannt. Zudem besitzt die Vorrichtung ein Modul zum Ersetzen aussortierter stabförmiger Artikel durch unbeschädigte stabförmige Artikel.
  12. Die Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie den sich bewegenden Strom entgegengesetzt ausgerichteter stabförmiger Artikel so fördern kann, dass die entgegengesetzt ausgerichteten stabförmigen Artikel einen großen Abstand zueinander haben.
