Claims (15)

  1. Ensemble de cadre (1) pour une fenêtre ou une porte de bâtiment, comprenant
    un cadre dormant (2) avec une première section de cadre dormant inférieure (2a) et une deuxième section de cadre dormant supérieure (2b), et
    un cadre de recouvrement (3) recouvrant le cadre dormant (2) sur un côté extérieur (A), le cadre de recouvrement (3) présentant une première section de cadre de recouvrement inférieure (3a) et une deuxième section de cadre de recouvrement supérieure (3b),
    la première section de cadre de recouvrement inférieure (3a) présentant deux rainures opposées (311, 321) dans lesquelles est logé un élément de sécurité antichute (4),
    l'élément de sécurité antichute (4) étant logé sur deux surfaces latérales (41, 42) parallèles et opposées de l'élément de sécurité antichute (4) dans la rainure respective (311, 321) du cadre de recouvrement (3),
    une pluralité d'éléments de fixation d'un premier type (5a) étant disposée sur un côté extérieur (A) du cadre dormant (2) sur une première section inférieure (2a) du cadre dormant, pour la fixation amovible de la première section inférieure (3a) du cadre de recouvrement avec l'élément de sécurité antichute (4) qui y est logé, les éléments de fixation du premier type (5a) étant disposés à distance les uns des autres, et l'élément de fixation du premier type (5a) étant un support rotatif, un support rotatif à clipser ou un support rotatif excentrique,
    caractérisé en ce qu'une pluralité d'éléments de fixation d'un deuxième type (5b) est disposée sur le côté extérieur (A) du cadre dormant (2) sur une deuxième section de cadre dormant supérieure (2b), pour la fixation amovible de la deuxième section de cadre de recouvrement supérieure (3b), les éléments de fixation du deuxième type (5b) étant disposés à une certaine distance les uns des autres.
  2. Ensemble de cadre (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le cadre dormant (2) est disposé du côté intérieur par rapport au cadre de recouvrement (3), et est réalisé de manière périphérique en direction circonférentielle (U) et est composé de préférence de profilés de cadre dormant individuels (21, 22, 23, 24), et/ou dans lequel le cadre de recouvrement (3) est réalisé de manière périphérique en direction circonférentielle (U) et est composé de préférence de profilés de cadre de recouvrement individuels (31, 32, 33, 34).
  3. Ensemble de cadre (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation du deuxième type (5b) est un support à clipser.
  4. Ensemble de cadre (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation du premier type (5a) et/ou l'élément de fixation du deuxième type (5b) est formé au moins en partie de métal ou de plastique.
  5. Ensemble de cadre (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans la première section de cadre inférieure (2a), au moins un élément de fixation du premier type (5a) est disposé sur au moins un profilé de cadre inférieur (24) disposé horizontalement, de préférence au moins deux éléments de fixation du premier type (5a) étant disposés sur le profilé de cadre inférieur (24) disposé horizontalement, et où, de préférence, la distance entre deux éléments de fixation du premier type (5a) est de 25 cm au maximum, et se situe de préférence dans la plage de 5 cm à 25 cm, en particulier de préférence dans la plage de 7 à 15 cm, et où, sur le profilé de dormant (24) inférieur disposé horizontalement, est disposé de préférence au moins un élément de fixation du deuxième type (5b), en particulier de préférence entre deux éléments de fixation voisins du premier type (5a).
  6. Ensemble de cadre (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de fixation du premier type (5a) et/ou l'élément de fixation du deuxième type (5b) comporte un trou de passage central (54), pour le passage d'un élément de liaison (52), notamment une vis, pour la fixation de l'élément de fixation (5a, 5b) au cadre dormant (2).
  7. Ensemble de cadre (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chacun des différents profilés de cadre de recouvrement (31, 32, 33, 34) du cadre de recouvrement (3) comporte une base extérieure (39), ainsi qu'un espace de réception (36) s'étendant le long d'un axe longitudinal de profilé (L) du profilé de cadre de recouvrement respectif (31, 32, 33, 34) pour une première zone (51, 58, 59) d'un élément de fixation du premier et du deuxième type (5a, 5b), l'espace de réception (36) étant délimité latéralement par une base (39), ainsi qu'une première paroi (37) s'étendant perpendiculairement à la base (39) en direction d'un côté intérieur (I) et une deuxième paroi (38) s'étendant perpendiculairement à la base (39) en direction du côté intérieur (I), l'espace de réception (36) étant de préférence en outre délimité en direction du cadre dormant (2) par une première barrette transversale (371) sur la première paroi (37) et une deuxième barrette transversale (383) sur la deuxième paroi (38), une ouverture étant définie entre la première barrette transversale (371) et la deuxième barrette transversale (383) pour recevoir une partie (51, 58, 59) de l'élément de fixation du premier ou du deuxième type (5a, 5b).
  8. Ensemble de cadre (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la rainure (311, 321) du cadre de recouvrement (3) destinée à recevoir l'élément de sécurité anti-chute (4) est formée par la base (39) du profilé de cadre de recouvrement latéral respectif (31, 32) et un élément de support (7) qui est de préférence clipsé dans la première section de cadre de recouvrement inférieure (3a) dans le profilé de cadre de recouvrement latéral respectif (31, 32) du cadre de recouvrement (3).
  9. Ensemble de cadre (1) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de support (7) présente une plinthe de base (71) avec laquelle l'élément de support (7) est fixé à la deuxième paroi (38) du profilé de cadre de recouvrement (31, 32, 34), et présente un bras de fixation (72) s'étendant d'un seul tenant et sous un angle à partir de la plinthe de base (71) pour la fixation de l'élément de sécurité antichute (4), un élément d'étanchéité (8) étant de préférence disposé entre le bras de fixation (72) et l'élément de sécurité anti-chute (4).
  10. Ensemble de cadre (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la plinthe de base (71) de l'élément de support (7) s'étend dans une rainure (381) formée par une première partie de renvoi (382), orientée vers le côté intérieur (I), de la deuxième paroi (38) du profilé de cadre de recouvrement (31, 32, 34).
  11. Ensemble de cadre (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de sécurité anti-chute (4) reçu dans le cadre de recouvrement (3) est en forme de plaque, qui est de préférence formée de verre ou de plastique, ou en ce que l'élément de sécurité anti-chute (4) est un gardecorps ou une grille, qui est de préférence formée de métal ou de plastique.
  12. Ensemble de cadre (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de cadre (1) présente en outre au moins un profilé d'étanchéité (8, 9), le cadre de recouvrement (3) présentant de préférence un premier profilé d'étanchéité (8), et un deuxième profilé d'étanchéité (9) étant fixé au cadre dormant (2), de préférence un profilé d'étanchéité creux, de préférence sous la forme d'un joint de recouvrement de cadre et de battant, le profilé d'étanchéité (9) fixé au cadre dormant (2) entourant en particulier de préférence au moins partiellement, dans une rainure (25) du cadre dormant (2), une deuxième partie de renvoi (384) sur la deuxième paroi (38) du cadre de recouvrement (3).
  13. Ensemble de cadre (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de sécurité anti-chute (4) repose par une face inférieure (44) sur un élément d'appui (45) qui repose de préférence sur un fond de la rainure respective (311, 321) du cadre de recouvrement (3), et/ou en ce qu'un espace (46) se trouve entre une face inférieure (44) de l'élément de sécurité anti-chute (4) et le profilé inférieur (34) du cadre de recouvrement.
  14. Ensemble de cadre (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins 10 éléments de fixation du premier type (5a), de préférence de 14 à 24 éléments de fixation du premier type (5a), sont disposés dans la section inférieure du cadre dormant, de manière particulièrement préférée les éléments de fixation du premier type (5a) sur les deux profilés latéraux (21, 22) du cadre dormant et/ou sur le profilé inférieur (24) du cadre dormant étant espacés les uns des autres d'une distance de 5 à 25 cm, notamment de 7 à 15 cm, et de manière plus préférée de 9 à 12 cm.
  15. Fenêtre ou porte de bâtiment comprenant l'ensemble cadre (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, et comprenant de préférence en outre un ouvrant (6) avec un cadre d'ouvrant (61) recouvert par un cadre de recouvrement d'ouvrant (62) et au moins un vitrage de fenêtre (63).
