Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung zum vorübergehenden Schließen (1; 100) eines Öffnungselements (5) an einem Trägerelement (4), das Trägerelement (4) umfassend:
    - eine Wand (40);
    - eine erste Bohrung (41) und eine zweite Bohrung (42), die durch die Wand (40) verlaufen, wobei die zweite Bohrung (42) eine erste Kante (422) und eine der ersten Kante (422) zugewandte zweite Kante (424) aufweist;
    die Vorrichtung (1; 100) umfassend:
    - einen Anschlagkörper (3), umfassend Blockierungsmittel (31, 32) des Öffnungselements (5); und
    - eine Befestigungsplatte (2), umfassend:
    - eine Basis (25), die dazu bestimmt ist, an der Außenfläche (45) der Wand (40) anzuliegen;
    - ein erstes Einhakbauteil (21), das dazu bestimmt ist, in die erste Bohrung (41) des Trägerelements (4) einzugreifen; und
    - ein zweites Einhakbauteil (22), das dazu bestimmt ist, in eine zweite Bohrung (42) des Trägerelements (4) eingesetzt zu werden, wobei das zweite Einhakbauteil (22) an dem ersten Einhakbauteil (21) entlang einer Längsachse (L) der Vorrichtung (1; 100) ausgerichtet ist;
    die Vorrichtung zum vorübergehenden Schließen (1) umfassend eine Verriegelung (24), die ein Anschlagbauteil (240) vorweist, wobei die Verriegelung (24) mit der Basis (25) durch ein erstes elastisches Scharnier (243) mit Federwirkung der Achse (I) verbunden ist;
    wobei die Vorrichtung zum vorübergehenden Schließen (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Verriegelung (24) relativ zu der Basis (25) drehbar beweglich ist zwischen:
    - einer verriegelten Ruheposition, in der das Anschlagbauteil (240) an das zweite Einhakbauteil (22) angebaut ist, um einen Block (26) zu bilden, umfassend eine erste Fläche (242), die dazu bestimmt ist, an der ersten Kante (422) der zweiten Bohrung (42) anzuliegen, und eine zweite Fläche (214), die dazu bestimmt ist, an der zweiten Kante (424) der zweiten Bohrung (42) anzuliegen, und
    - einer entriegelten Zwangsposition, in der das Anschlagbauteil (240) relativ zu dem zweiten Einhakbauteil (22) versetzt ist, so dass dank des ersten elastischen Scharniers (243), das die Verriegelung (24) mit der Platte (2) verbindet, die Verriegelung (24) in seine Ausgangsposition und somit in die Verriegelungsposition zurückkehrt, wobei sich das Anschlagbauteil (240) durch die Federwirkung der Verriegelung (24), die durch das erste elastische Scharnier (243) verliehen wird, selbsttätig in eine Blockierposition des ersten Einhakbauteils (21) bringt.
  2. Vorrichtung (1; 100) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlagbauteil (240) eine Unterfläche (245) umfasst, die relativ zu einer Ebene (L, T) geneigt ist, die im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Basis (25) ist, und dadurch, dass die Neigung der Unterfläche (245) sich zunehmend entwickelt, indem sie sich von der Achse (I) des ersten elastischen Scharniers mit Federwirkung wegbewegt.
  3. Vorrichtung (1; 100) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsplatte (2) eine erste Gleitbahn (260) umfasst, und dadurch, dass die Verriegelung (240; 250) einen in die erste Gleitbahn (260) eingreifenden Zapfen (251) umfasst.
  4. Vorrichtung (1; 100) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelung (25) ein Greifteil (246) umfasst.
  5. Vorrichtung (1; 100) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlagkörper (3) ein zweites bewegliches Element (32) umfasst, das relativ zu dem Körper (3) mittels eines zweiten elastischen Scharniers (322) mit Federwirkung um die Achse K drehbar ist.
  6. Vorrichtung (1; 100) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlagkörper (3) eine zweite Gleitbahn (33) umfasst, dadurch, dass das zweite bewegliche Element (32) eine flexible Zunge (320) und eine Scheibe (326) umfasst, die miteinander verbunden sind, und dadurch, dass die Scheibe (326) einen Stift (323) umfasst, der in die Gleitbahn (33) eingreift, um die flexible Zunge (320) während ihrer Drehung zu führen.
  7. Vorrichtung (1; 100) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Einhakbauteil (21) die Form eines Hakens besitzt.
  8. Verfahren zum Anbringen einer Vorrichtung zum vorübergehenden Schließen (1; 100) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche an einem Trägerelement (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Einsetzen des ersten Einhakbauteils (21) in die erste Bohrung (41);
    - Einsetzen des zweiten Einhakbauteils (22) in die zweite Bohrung (42), wodurch die Verriegelung (25) in die entriegelte Zwangsposition gebracht wird;
    - Verschieben der Vorrichtung gemäß einer Translationsbewegung in die dem Einhakbauteil (21) entgegengesetzte Richtung, bis das Anschlagbauteil (240) der zweiten Bohrung (42) gegenüberliegt, um die Verriegelung (25) selbsttätig in die verriegelte Ruheposition zurückzubringen und um einen in die zweite Bohrung (42) eingesetzten Block (26) zu bilden.
  9. Verfahren zum Abnehmen einer Vorrichtung zum vorübergehenden Schließen (1; 100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 von einem Trägerelement (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Entriegeln der Verriegelung (24), indem sie in die entriegelte Zwangsposition geschwenkt wird;
    - Verschieben der Vorrichtung gemäß einer Translationsbewegung in Richtung des ersten Einhakbauteils (21);
    - Entfernen des zweiten Einhakbauteils (22) aus der zweiten Bohrung (42); und
    - Entfernen des ersten Einhakbauteils (21) aus der ersten Bohrung (41).
