Description

The invention relates to a hollow profile as a floorboard for a floorboard made of floorboards arranged parallel next to one another in one plane, with the features of the preamble of claim 1.

Such a floorboard is known from the patent EP 3 177 783 B1 . The well-known floorboard has a flat, rectangular tubular hollow profile, from the lower sides of which, facing away from one another, strip-shaped webs cantilever, that is to say protrude to the side. The opposite lower sides of the floorboard form board edges that face board edges of adjacent floorboards. Two projecting webs on one floorboard edge form a kind of spring clip, which overlaps two projecting webs on a facing floorboard edge of an adjacent floorboard at the top and bottom, so that the adjacent floorboards are aligned vertically at the same height as one another. An upper web on one edge of the floorboard has a water drainage channel, which reaches under an upper web on the facing edge of the floorboard of an adjacent floorboard in order to drain off rain and other water that gets onto the floorboards in the longitudinal direction of the floorboards.

The patent application US 2005/ 204 661 A1 discloses a plastic floorboard having a flat rectangular tubular profile with a cantilever web on an underside, a cantilever web on an upper side on one longitudinal side, and a longitudinally extending hollow chamber on an opposite longitudinal side of the floorboard. The hollow chamber is flush with the top of the floorboard and less high than the floorboard. The lower web protrudes further than the upper web and has a hollow rib running in the longitudinal direction of the floorboard with an upward bulge laterally outside the upper web that is semicircular in cross section. In the case of floorboards arranged parallel next to one another in a plane, a channel running in the longitudinal direction of the floorboard lies on an underside of the hollow chamber on the bulge, and a bead running in the longitudinal direction of the floorboard on an underside on a free longitudinal edge of the upper web lies in a channel an upper side of the hollow chamber of an adjacent floorboard, as a result of which the two floorboards arranged next to one another are connected to one another.

The utility model DE 20 2018 107 451 U1 discloses a floorboard with a cantilever web on an upper side on one longitudinal side of the floorboard and a cantilever web on an underside of the floorboard on an opposite longitudinal side of the floorboard. A spring bar with a hook-shaped cross-section protrudes upwards from the lower bar and a channel-shaped bar protrudes downwards and outwards from the upper bar, which engage with one another and connect the floorboards when the floorboards are arranged next to one another in one plane.

The object of the invention is to propose a floorboard with connection arrangements on board edges facing away from one another for connecting two floorboards by pivoting in a common plane. This object is solved by the features of claim 1. The floorboard according to the invention has a rectangular tubular hollow profile. "Tube tube" means a closed tube and "flat" means the floorboard is no higher than about 1/3 or ¼ of a width of the floorboard. In particular, the floorboard is produced by extrusion from metal, for example from an aluminum alloy, and preferably has a cross section that remains the same over its length, namely the hollow profile.

On the board edges facing away from one another, the floor board has connecting arrangements for connecting adjacent floor boards arranged parallel next to one another in a common plane. The plank edges of a floor plank facing away from each other face plank edges of adjacent floor planks. A first connection arrangement on a first plank edge of the floor plank has a cantilevered first upper web and a cantilevered lower web. "Top" and "bottom" refer to an intended usage position of the floorboards. "Protruding" means that the webs protrude from the hollow profile to the side outwards in the direction of an adjacent floorboard. The upper web is preferably located on an upper side and the lower web on an underside of the floorboard; in particular, the webs are flush with the upper side and the underside of the floorboard.

A second connection arrangement on a second edge of the floorboard facing away from the first edge of the floorboard has a projecting second upper web and a projecting central web. The top ridge is preferably at the top of the floorboard and the middle ridge is at a level between the top ridges and the bottom ridge, ie between the top and bottom of the floorboard.

The webs are in particular strip-shaped and extend in the same position with respect to the hollow profile and with the same cross-section over the length of the floorboard.

The first top web has a drip rail, such as a downwardly projecting bead or rib, which protrudes into a water drainage channel on the second top web at the second plank edge of an adjacent floorboard when the two floorboards are arranged in a common plane and joined together. The second plank edge of the adjacent floor plank faces the first plank edge of the connected one floor plank. Water that gets onto the floorboard, which runs off across the top of the floorboard, reaches the water drainage channel via the drip rail, which drains the water in the longitudinal direction of the floorboard. With respect to the hollow profile, the water drainage channel protrudes outwards from the second upper web and is offset downwards relative to the second upper web, so that the water drainage channel reaches under the drip strip of one floor board when the floor boards are connected. For example, the water drainage channel is offset downwards by a Z-shaped bend, i.e. a double bend, on the second upper web. The drip strip and the water drainage channel run in the longitudinal direction of the floorboard.

The lower web, which protrudes from the hollow profile of the floorboard below the first upper web on the first edge of the floorboard, has a flat surface or, for example, a concave or convex curved surface that rises from the outside in the direction of the hollow profile, with a surface parallel to the edge of the floorboard, i.e. in the longitudinal direction of the floorboard running snap channel. The snap channel can have a round, V-shaped, angular and basically any cross-section. When connecting two floorboards, a snap bead on the middle web on the second board edge of the adjacent floorboard snaps into the snap channel in the inclined surface of the lower web on the facing first board edge of one floorboard, so that the two floorboards are connected to one another. Provision is made for the floorboards to be detachable by snapping the snap bead out of the snap channel. The snap bead runs like the snap channel in the Longitudinal direction of the floorboard and has, for example, a cylindrical cross section. Other cross-sectional shapes of the snap bead are possible.

When floorboards are arranged and connected to one another in the common plane, the water drainage channel rests on the second upper web on the second floorboard edge of one floorboard below on the first upper web on the facing first floorboard edge of the adjacent floorboard. Preferably, the water drainage channel rests resiliently or with a prestress at the bottom on the first upper web. As a result, the adjacent floorboards are aligned at the same height. In addition, the installation of the water drainage channel of the adjacent floorboard keeps the snap bead in the snap channel at the bottom of the first upper web of one floorboard.

To connect two floorboards, the two floorboards are placed at an angle to one another with their facing board edges in such a way that the drip rail on the first upper web on the first board edge of the adjacent floorboard reaches the water drainage channel on the second upper web on the facing second board edge of one floorboard. The drip rail of one floor board, which reaches into the water drainage channel of the adjacent floor board, forms a kind of hinge together with the water drainage channel, around which the two floor boards can be pivoted from the angled position into the common plane for connection.

When swiveling to connect the two floorboards, the snap-in bead on the middle web on the second board edge of one floorboard reaches the inclined surface of the lower web on the first board edge of the adjacent floorboard and slides on the inclined surface until it snaps into the snap channel in the inclined surface when the two Floor boards get into the common plane.

The central web on the second board edge is designed as a vertical spring bar, that is, with respect to the floor board, springs up and down and exerts a vertical spring force on the inclined surface of the lower web on the facing second Board edge of the adjacent floor board exerts and the water drainage channel on the second upper web on the second board edge of the adjacent floor board resiliently from below against the first upper web on the first board edge of a floor board presses. As a result, the snap bead is held resiliently in the snap channel and the floorboards are aligned vertically with one another, so that the tops and bottoms are flush in a plane of floorboards arranged parallel next to one another and connected to one another.

Ein Versatz der Wasserablaufrinne nach unten am zweiten oberen Steg am zweiten Dielenrand der einen Bodendiele bildet bei einer Ausgestaltung der Erfindung eineIn one embodiment of the invention, an offset of the water drainage channel downwards on the second upper web on the second plank edge of one floor plank forms a

System for the first upper web on the facing second plank edge of the adjacent floor plank. If the two floorboards are attached to each other at the angle for connecting, the first upper web on the first floorboard edge of the adjacent floorboard comes into contact with the offset of the water drainage channel forming the system downwards on the second upper web of one floorboard. The floorboards align with each other. If the second upper web of one floorboard is held in contact with the system when the two floorboards are swiveled into the common plane, the snap-in bead reaches the inclined surface and into the snap-in channel as intended. The offset of the water drainage channel that forms the system forms a pivoting guide for connecting the two floor boards.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the drip strip of the adjacent floorboard protrudes freely into the water drainage channel of one floorboard when the two floorboards are arranged in the same plane and connected to one another. This means that the drip rail of the adjacent floorboard touches neither the second upper web nor the water drainage channel of one floorboard when the two floorboards are arranged in the common plane and connected to one another. When pivoting the two floorboards for connection, the drip strip of the adjacent floorboard, which engages in the water drainage channel of one floorboard, forms a kind of hinge together with the water drainage channel, as mentioned.

An embodiment of the invention provides that the water drainage channel is curved convexly upwards and falls in the direction of the hollow profile of the floorboard.

The lower web preferably protrudes further than the first upper web, that is to say that, viewed from above onto the floorboard, the lower web projects laterally under the upper web. In one embodiment of the invention, in a region not covered by the first upper web, the lower web has a centering countersink for attaching a screw and/or an upwardly projecting water edge. The centering countersink can be conical, preferably it is a V-shaped groove running in the longitudinal direction of the floorboard for applying a drill bit Drilling a screw hole to attach the floorboard to a substructure. The water edge is, for example, an upward bend or curvature of the lower web running in the longitudinal direction of the floorboard. In this embodiment of the invention, any water that is not caught by the gully is drained off on the lower web in the longitudinal direction of the floorboard.

One embodiment of the invention provides a second water drainage channel on the first edge of the floorboard under the first upper web, which is arranged lower on the floorboard, i.e. closer to the underside of the floorboard, than the water drainage channel on the second upper web on the second edge of the floorboard facing away. The second water drainage channel also has the function of draining water that gets under the water drainage channel on the first upper web in the longitudinal direction of the floorboard.

In one embodiment of the invention, the middle web is arched in a transverse direction of the floorboard.

For fastening, for example, a panel to an end face of the floorboard, one embodiment of the invention provides a screw channel running in the longitudinal direction of the floorboard for screwing in a screw.

One embodiment of the invention provides a stiffening for the second upper web, which runs obliquely upwards from the inside to the outside from the hollow profile to the second upper web and/or its water drainage channel. Due to the stiffening, the water drainage channel forms an abutment that is stable in the vertical direction of the floorboard for bearing from below on the first upper web on the first floorboard edge of the adjacent floorboard.

All of the features mentioned in the description and/or shown in the drawing can be realized individually or in any combination in embodiments of the invention. Embodiments of the invention which do not have all but only some of the features of a claim, including those of the independent claim, are possible.

The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawing. Show it:
  • figure 1 a cross-section of a floorboard according to the invention; and
  • Figures 2a-c connecting two floorboards according to the invention.

The floorboard 1 according to the invention shown in the drawing is intended for a floorboard made of floorboards 1 arranged parallel next to one another and connected to one another in one plane. The floorboard 1 is made of metal, for example an aluminum alloy, by extrusion. It has a flat rectangular tubular hollow profile 25 with a cross section that remains the same over a length of the floorboard 1 . The rectangular tubular hollow profile 25 of the floorboard 1 has a top 2, a bottom 3 and two low sides 4, which are approximately 1/5 as high as the rectangular tubular hollow profile 25 is wide. Inside the rectangular tubular hollow profile 25, the upper side 2 and the lower side 3 are connected in one piece by vertical supporting webs 5.

Spatial directions such as "above", "below" and "vertical" refer to an intended position of use and in figure 1 drawn position of the floorboard 1, in which the underside is down and the top is up.

Die Stege 6, 7, 8, 9 bilden zwei Verbindungsanordnungen 12, 13 an den beiden Dielenrändern 10, 11 zum Verbinden benachbarter Bodendielen 1.Webs 6, 7, 8, 9 protrude outwards from the low sides 4 of the rectangular tubular hollow profile 25 of the floorboard 1, which can also be seen as a cantilever of the webs 6, 7, 8, 9 on opposite board edges 10 , 11 of the floorboard 1 can be understood. The webs 6, 7, 8, 9 form two connecting arrangements 12, 13 on the two board edges 10, 11 for connecting adjacent floorboards 1.

A first upper web 6 and a lower web 7 protrude from a first of the two board edges 10 . The upper web 6 is flush with the top 2 and the lower web 7 is flush with the underside 3 of the floorboard 1. The lower web 7 protrudes further than the first upper web 6, that is, the lower web 7 is further from the low Page 4 of the rectangular tubular hollow profile 25 of the floorboard 1 from as the first upper web 6, so that viewed perpendicularly to the top 2 of the floorboard 1, the first upper web 6 only partially covers the lower web. The webs 6, 7, 8, 9 are strip-shaped with a constant position over the length of the floorboard 1 in relation to the floorboard 1 and a constant cross section.

The first upper web 6 has a low drip rail 14 running in the longitudinal direction of the floorboard 1 on a free longitudinal edge of the upper web 6, i.e. remote from the rectangular tubular hollow profile 25, which is directed downwards, i.e. in the direction of the lower web 7.

The lower web 7 has an inclined surface 15 on its upper side facing the first upper web 6, which increases from the outside inwards, i.e. in the direction of the low side 4 of the rectangular tubular hollow profile 25, i.e. reduces its distance from the first upper web 6. The sloping surface 15 has a snap channel 16 running in the longitudinal direction of the floorboard 1 and having a round cross-section in the exemplary embodiment.

Ein freier, dem Rechteckrohrhohlprofil 25 ferner Rand des unteren Stegs 7 ist rechtwinklig nach oben abgewinkelt und bildet einen Wasserrand 17.Outside of the overlapping of the first upper web 6, the lower web 7 has a constant thickness. A free edge of the lower web 7 that is farther from the rectangular tubular hollow profile 25 is angled upwards at right angles and forms a water edge 17.

Between the water edge 17 and the inclined surface 15, the lower web 7 has a V-shaped groove running in the longitudinal direction of the floorboard 1 as a centering countersink 18 for screws, not shown, for fastening the floorboard 1 to a base. A drill for drilling screw holes for the screws can be attached to the centering counterbore 18 or the screws are attached directly to the centering counterbore 18 .

The first upper web 6 and the lower web 7 form a first connection arrangement 12 of the two connection arrangements 12, 13 or a part of the first connection arrangement 12 on the first board edge 10.

On a second floorboard edge 11 facing away from the first floorboard edge 10, a second upper web 8 and a middle web 9 protrude, i.e. the webs 8, 9 protrude outwards to the side from the low side 4 of the rectangular tubular hollow profile 25 of the floorboard 1. The second upper web 8 is flush with the upper side 2 of the floorboard 1. On its edge remote from the rectangular tubular hollow profile 25, it has a water drainage channel 19 running in the longitudinal direction of the floorboard 1. The water drainage channel 19 is connected in one piece to the second upper web 8 and offset from the second upper web 8 downwards—in the exemplary embodiment—Z-shaped bend. The Z-shaped bend or the offset of the water drainage channel 19 downwards in relation to the second upper web 8 forms a contact 20 for the first upper web 6 when connecting two floorboards 1. The water drainage channel 19 curves convexly upwards and falls from the outside in the direction of the second upper web 8 from.

Under the second upper web 8, a central web 9 protrudes from the second board edge 11, which is convexly curved downwards in the exemplary embodiment and has a snap-on bead 21, which is cylindrical in the exemplary embodiment, on its free outer edge Has end which runs in the longitudinal direction of the floorboard 1. The central web 9 is located at a height between the top 2 and the underside 3 of the floorboard 1. The central web 9 is designed to be elastic as a vertically resilient spring bar.

A stiffener 22 runs from a point near the low side 4 of the rectangular tubular hollow profile 25 of the floorboard 1 to the Z-shaped bend, which connects the water drainage channel 19 to the second upper web 8 and thereby stiffens the cantilevered second upper web 8 so that it does not spring.

The second upper web 8 and the middle web 9 form a second connection arrangement 13 of the two connection arrangements 12, 13 or part of the second connection arrangement 13 on the second floorboard edge 11 of the floorboard 1 facing away from the first floorboard edge 10 with the first connection arrangement 12.

To connect two adjacent floorboards 1, the two floorboards 1 as in Figure 2a seen at an angle of between approximately 90° and 45° to one another in such a way that the Z-shaped bend that connects the water drainage channel 19 in one piece and offset downwards with the second upper web 8 on the second edge 11 of a floorboard 1 and the Plant 20 forms against the free edge of the first upper web 6 on the first board edge 10 of an adjacent floor board 1 abuts. In the Figures 2a to c The floorboard 1 drawn on the left will also be referred to below as one floorboard 1 and the one drawn on the right as the adjacent floorboard 1 . The system 20 and the free edge of the second upper web 8 form a kind of hinge about which one floorboard 1 is pivoted in relation to the adjacent floorboard 1 in order to connect the two floorboards 1 to one another. When the floorboards 1 are pivoted, the system 20 of one floorboard 1 is held in contact with the free edge of the second upper web 8 of the adjacent floorboard 1 .

When laying one floorboard 1 with its attachment 20 on the free edge of the second upper web 8 of the adjacent floorboard 1, the drip strip 14 on the second upper web 8 of the adjacent floorboard 1 reaches the water drainage channel 19 one floorboard 1 and forms with it a kind of hinge around which one floorboard 1 is pivoted for connection to the adjacent floorboard 1 .

As in Figure 2b As can be seen, when one floorboard 1 is pivoted in relation to the adjacent floorboard 1, the snap-on bead 21 of the central web 9 of one floorboard 1 reaches the inclined surface 15 on the upper side of the lower web 7 of the adjacent floorboard 1 and slides on the inclined surface 15 up to the Snap channel 16 in the inclined surface 15, into which the snap bead 21 snaps when the two floorboards 1 as in Figure 2c can be seen panned into the common plane. The two floorboards 1 are connected to each other, the two connection arrangements 12, 13 form the snap connection described.

If the two floorboards 1 connected to one another are in the same plane, the drip rail 14 of the adjacent floorboard 1 protrudes freely into the water drainage channel 19 of one floorboard 1, i.e. it touches - unlike when the floorboards 1 are pivoted - neither the water drainage channel 19 nor the first upper bar 6.

Before attaching the one floorboard 1 to the adjacent floorboard 1 to connect the two floorboards 1, the adjacent floorboard 1 is screwed to the centering recess 18 with screws through the lower web 7 on a substrate (not shown).

The water drainage channel 19 of one floorboard 1 reaches under the first upper web 6 of the adjacent floorboard 1 when the two floorboards 1 are connected, so that rain or other water that reaches the upper side 2 of the floorboards 1 and flows across the floorboards 1 arrives at the drip rail 14 in the water drainage channel 19 and is discharged in this in the longitudinal direction of the floorboards 1.

Under the first upper web 6 and above the inclined surface 15 cantilevers a second water drainage channel 23 on the first board edge 10 from the rectangular tubular hollow profile 25 of the Floor board 1 off. Any water overflowing from the water drainage channel 19 reaches the second water drainage channel 23 located underneath and is discharged in this in the longitudinal direction of the floorboards 1 .

With its water edge 17, the lower web 7 forms a third water drainage channel in the event that water should also emerge from the second water drainage channel 23.

The central web 9 designed as a vertically resilient spring web presses the snap bead 21 resiliently into the snap channel 16, as a result of which the snap bead 21 is snapped into the snap channel 16 and the two floorboards 1 are kept connected. On the other hand, the central web 9 designed as a spring bar presses one floorboard 1 elastically upwards on the inclined surface 15 of the adjacent floorboard 1 and the water drainage channel 19 of one floorboard 1 against an underside of the first upper web 6 of the adjacent floorboard 1. This causes the two connected floorboards 1 aligned vertically with each other so that their tops 2 are flush.

On inner sides facing the interior of the rectangular tubular hollow profile 25 , the low sides 4 of the rectangular tubular hollow profile 25 have screw channels 24 in the form of cylindrical tubes, which run in the longitudinal direction of the floorboard 1 . In the exemplary embodiment, the screw channels 24 have a continuous longitudinal slot. They are for screwing in self-tapping screws, not shown, for fastening, for example, a panel, also not shown, on the front end of the floorboard 1 or on the front end of the floorboard, which consists of the floorboards 1 arranged parallel to one another and connected to one another in one plane.
