Claims (15)

    une partie broche (104) comprenant une extrémité libre (110) qui peut être insérée dans un noyau (106) d'une unité de film de barrière de protection (105), l'unité de film de barrière de protection (105) comprenant un noyau (106) sur lequel un rouleau d'un film (107) est enroulé, pour localiser le noyau (106) de l'unité de film de barrière de protection (105) dans une région de réception (111) formée par la partie broche (104), le noyau (106) de l'unité de film de protection (105) pouvant être placé dans la région de réception (111) de sorte que l'unité de film de protection (105) soit retenue sur l'applicateur (102) et puisse tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (112) s'étendant dans une première direction (113) ; caractérisé en ce que :
    le distributeur (101) comprend en outre un prolongateur d'applicateur (126) destiné à être utilisé avec l'applicateur (102), le prolongateur d'applicateur (126) comprenant :
    une partie de mise en prise (127) qui peut venir en prise avec l'applicateur (102), et
    une partie d'extension (128) comprenant une extrémité libre (129) ;
    le prolongateur d'applicateur (126) pouvant venir en prise avec l'applicateur (102) dans un état assemblé dans lequel la partie d'extension (128) du prolongateur d'applicateur (126) est alignée axialement avec la partie broche (104) de l'applicateur (102) et l'extrémité libre (129) de la partie d'extension (128) peut être insérée dans un noyau (202) d'une unité de film de barrière de protection (201), l'unité de film de protection (201) comprenant un noyau (202) sur lequel un rouleau d'un film (203) est enroulé, afin de placer le noyau (202) de l'unité de film de protection (202) dans une région de réception étendue (206) formée par la partie broche (104) de l'applicateur (102) et la partie d'extension (128) du prolongateur d'applicateur (126), le noyau (202) de l'unité de film de barrière de protection (201) pouvant être placé dans la région de réception étendue (206) de sorte que l'unité de film de barrière de protection (201) soit retenue sur l'applicateur (102) et le prolongateur d'applicateur (126) assemblés et pouvant tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (112) s'étendant dans la première direction (113), la région de réception étendue (206) ayant une longueur (207) dans la première direction (113) qui est supérieure à une longueur (114) de la région de réception (111) dans la première direction (113) ;
    l'applicateur (102) pouvant être utilisé avec une première unité de film barrière de protection (105) comprenant un premier noyau (106) sur lequel un rouleau d'un film (107) est enroulé, le premier noyau (106) ayant une première largeur (109) qui n'est pas supérieure à la longueur (114) de la région de réception (111), et l'applicateur (102) et le prolongateur d'applicateur (126) assemblés pouvant être utilisés avec une seconde unité de film barrière de protection (201) comprenant un second noyau (202) sur lequel un rouleau d'un film (203) est enroulé, le second noyau (202) ayant une seconde largeur (205) qui est supérieure à la longueur (114) de la région de réception (111).
  2. Distributeur (101) selon la revendication 1, la région de réception (111) de la partie broche (104) étant définie entre un premier épaulement de retenue (116) et un second épaulement de retenue (118).
  3. Distributeur (101) selon la revendication 2, la partie broche (104) étant généralement cylindrique tubulaire, comprenant une paroi (119) qui définit une paire de fentes (121, 122), chaque fente (121, 122) s'étendant de l'extrémité libre (110) de la partie broche (104) dans la première direction (113) vers la partie de poignée (103), les fentes (121, 122) divisant la paroi (119) en deux sections (123, 124), chacune comprenant une section respective du second épaulement de retenue (118), les sections (123, 124) de la paroi (119) pouvant être pressées élastiquement l'une contre l'autre d'un état au repos de l'extrémité libre (110) à un état comprimé de l'extrémité libre (110), afin de réduire sélectivement le diamètre extérieur (125) de l'extrémité libre (110).
  4. Distributeur (101) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, le prolongateur d'applicateur (126) pouvant venir en prise de façon libérable avec l'applicateur (102).
  5. Distributeur (101) selon la revendication 4, le prolongateur d'applicateur (126) pouvant être inséré dans la partie broche (104), la partie broche (104) définissant une paire d'ouvertures (601, 602), la partie de mise en prise (127) présentant une paire de saillies (603, 604), et la paire de saillies (603, 604) de la partie de mise en prise (127) pouvant être placée dans la paire d'ouvertures (601, 602) de la partie broche (104) pour mettre mécaniquement en prise le prolongateur d'applicateur (126) avec l'applicateur (102).
  6. Distributeur (101) selon la revendication 5, le prolongateur d'applicateur (126) et l'applicateur (102) étant conçus de sorte que lorsque les saillies (603, 604) sont placées à l'intérieur des ouvertures (601, 602), la rotation du prolongateur d'applicateur (126) par rapport à l'applicateur (102) dans un premier sens de rotation (607) autour de l'axe de rotation (112) soit empêchée et la rotation du prolongateur d'applicateur (126) par rapport à l'applicateur (102) dans un second sens de rotation opposé (608) autour de l'axe de rotation (112) soit autorisée pour amener les saillies (603, 604) à être libérées des ouvertures (601, 602).
  7. Distributeur (101) selon la revendication 5 ou la revendication 6, la partie broche (104) définissant une seconde paire d'ouvertures (606), et les saillies (603, 604) de la partie de mise en prise (127) pouvant être placées à l'intérieur de la seconde paire d'ouvertures (606) de la partie broche (104) pour mettre mécaniquement en prise le prolongateur d'applicateur (126) avec l'applicateur (102), la seconde paire d'ouvertures (606) étant espacée de la première paire d'ouvertures (601, 602) dans la première direction (113).
  8. Distributeur (101) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, la partie poignée (103) ayant un profil extérieur généralement concave et cylindrique pour faciliter une prise sûre et facile.
  9. Distributeur (101) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, l'applicateur (102) et le prolongateur d'applicateur (126) assemblés pouvant être utilisés avec une unité de film barrière de protection (201) comprenant un noyau (202) d'une largeur allant jusqu'à 275 mm.
  10. Appareil de distribution comprenant un distributeur (101) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9 et au moins une unité de film de protection (105, 201) pouvant être utilisée avec le distributeur (101), l'unité de film de protection (105, 201) comprenant un noyau (106, 202) sur lequel un rouleau d'un film (107, 203) est enroulé.
  11. Prolongateur d'applicateur (126) conçu pour être utilisé avec un applicateur (102), l'applicateur (102) comprenant :
    une partie poignée (103), et
    une partie broche (104) comprenant une extrémité libre (110) qui peut être insérée dans un noyau (106) d'une unité de film de barrière de protection (105), l'unité de film de barrière de protection (105) comprenant un noyau (106) sur lequel un rouleau d'un film (107) est enroulé, pour placer le noyau (106) de l'unité de film de barrière de protection (105) dans une région de réception (111) formée par la partie broche (104), le noyau (106) de l'unité de film de protection (105) pouvant être placé dans la région de réception (111) de sorte que l'unité de film de protection (105) soit retenue sur l'applicateur (102) et puisse tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (112) s'étendant dans une première direction (113) ;
    le prolongateur d'applicateur (126) comprenant une partie de mise en prise (127) qui peut venir en prise avec l'applicateur (102), et
    le prolongateur d'applicateur (126) comprenant en outre une partie d'extension (128) comportant une extrémité libre (129) ;
    le prolongateur d'applicateur (126) pouvant venir en prise avec l'applicateur (102) dans un état assemblé dans lequel la partie d'extension (128) du prolongateur d'applicateur (126) est alignée axialement avec la partie broche (104) de l'applicateur (102) et l'extrémité libre (129) de la partie d'extension (128) peut être insérée dans un noyau (202) d'une unité de film de barrière de protection (201), l'unité de film de protection (201) comprenant un noyau (202) sur lequel un rouleau d'un film (203) est enroulé, afin de placer le noyau (202) de l'unité de film de protection (201) dans une région de réception étendue (206) formée par la partie broche (104) de l'applicateur (102) et la partie d'extension (128) du prolongateur d'applicateur (126), le noyau (202) de l'unité de film de barrière de protection (201) pouvant être placé dans la région de réception étendue (206) de sorte que l'unité de film de barrière de protection (201) soit retenue sur l'applicateur (102) et le prolongateur d'applicateur (126) assemblés et puisse tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (112) s'étendant dans la première direction (113), la région de réception étendue (206) ayant une longueur (207) dans la première direction (113) qui est supérieure à une longueur (114) de la région de réception (111) dans la première direction (113).
  12. Procédé d'application d'un film de barrière de protection sur un article ou des articles, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    (a)
    (i) recevoir un distributeur (101) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9,
    (ii) assembler le prolongateur d'applicateur (126) du distributeur (101) reçu en (i) avec l'applicateur (102) du distributeur (101) reçu en (i),
    (iii) recevoir une unité de film de protection (201) comprenant un noyau (202) sur lequel un rouleau d'un film (203) est enroulé,
    (iv) placer le noyau (202) de l'unité de film barrière de protection (201) reçue en (iii) dans la région de réception étendue (206) de l'applicateur (102) et du prolongateur d'applicateur (126) assemblés résultant de (ii), et
    (v) distribuer le film (203) à partir de l'unité de film barrière de protection (201) à l'aide de l'applicateur (102) et du prolongateur d'applicateur (126) assemblés résultant de (ii) et l'appliquer à un article ou des articles.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, comprenant en outre les étapes consistant à :
    (b)
    (i) retirer le noyau (202) de l'unité de film barrière de protection (201) reçue en (a)(iii) de l'applicateur (102) et du prolongateur d'applicateur (126) assemblés résultant de (a)(ii) ;
    (ii) démonter le prolongateur d'applicateur (126) de l'applicateur (102) et du prolongateur d'applicateur (126) assemblés résultant de (a) (ii) de l'applicateur (102) de l'applicateur (102) et du prolongateur d'applicateur (126) assemblés résultant de (a) (ii) ;
    (iii) recevoir une seconde unité de film de protection (105) comprenant un second noyau (106) sur lequel un rouleau d'un film (107) est enroulé,
    (iv) placer le second noyau de la seconde unité de film de barrière de protection (106) reçue en (b) (iii) dans la région de réception (111) de l'applicateur (102) du distributeur (101) reçu en (a)(i), et
    (v) distribuer le film (107) à partir de la seconde unité de film barrière de protection (105) à l'aide de l'applicateur (102) du distributeur (101) reçu en (a)(i) et l'appliquer sur un article ou des articles.
  14. Utilisation d'un distributeur (101) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9.
  15. Utilisation d'un prolongateur d'applicateur (126) selon la revendication 11.
