Abstract

Schubladenwand (4), umfassend:- eine an einer Mantelfläche (13c) der Schubladenwand (4) angeordnete Öffnung (10),- einen beweglich gelagerten Abdeckteil (11), welcher in einer Schließstellung die Öffnung (10) verschließt und in einer Offenstellung die Öffnung (10) freigibt,- ein Federelement (18), durch welches der Abdeckteil (11) in einer Wirkrichtung des Federelementes (18) in Richtung der Schließstellung vorgespannt ist, wobei der Abdeckteil (11) in einer Richtung parallel zur Mantelfläche (13c) feststehend und in einer Richtung entgegen der Wirkrichtung des Federelementes (18) annähernd rechtwinklig zur Mantelfläche (13c) beweglich gelagert ist,wobei der Abdeckteil (11) in allen Betriebsstellungen innerhalb der Schubladenwand (4) angeordnet ist.

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Schubladenwand, umfassend:
    • eine an einer Mantelfläche der Schubladenwand angeordnete Öffnung,
    • einen beweglich gelagerten Abdeckteil, welcher in einer Schließstellung die Öffnung verschließt und in einer Offenstellung die Öffnung freigibt,
    • ein Federelement, durch welches der Abdeckteil in einer Wirkrichtung des Federelementes in Richtung der Schließstellung vorgespannt ist, wobei der Abdeckteil in einer Richtung parallel zur Mantelfläche feststehend und in einer Richtung entgegen der Wirkrichtung des Federelementes annähernd rechtwinklig zur Mantelfläche beweglich gelagert ist.
  • Im Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung eine Anordnung mit einer Schubladenwand der zu beschreibenden Art und mit einem Wandelement, welches in Montagelage auf die Schubladenwand aufgesetzt ist.
  • Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Schublade mit wenigstens einer solchen Schubladenwand oder mit einer Anordnung der vorstehend genannten Art.
  • In der EP 1 632 151 A1 ist eine als Hohlkammerprofil ausgebildete Schubladenwand mit einer in der Mantelfläche angeordneten Öffnung gezeigt, durch welche ein Schraubendreher zum Verstellen von Halte- oder Einstellvorrichtungen einführbar ist. Diese Öffnung ist durch einen bewegbar gelagerten Abdeckteil verschließbar, welcher durch eine Federvorrichtung in eine die Öffnung verschließende Stellung drückbar ist.
  • Die WO 2010/045782 A1 zeigt im Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß der Figur 14 eine Schubladenseitenwand mit einer am vorderen Endbereich angeordneten Öffnung, welche den Zugang zu einer Verriegelungsvorrichtung zum lösbaren Verriegeln der Schubladenseitenwand mit einer Frontblende gestattet. Zum Verschließen der Öffnung ist ein aus einem flexiblen Material hergestellter Abdeckteil vorgesehen, welcher einerseits mit einem ersten Befestigungsende an der Seitenwand schwenkbar gelagert und mit einem zweiten Befestigungsende durch einen Vorsprung in ein Loch der Schubladenseitenwand einschnappbar ist. Nachteilig daran ist, dass der Abdeckteil in einer Offenstellung quer von der Schubladenseitenwand nach außen absteht und so zusätzlicher Bauraum vorzusehen ist. Außerdem besteht die Gefahr, dass der Abdeckteil durch Objekte abgeschert oder abgebrochen werden kann und so zum Verschließen der Öffnung nicht mehr zur Verfügung steht.
  • Die DE 20 2010 002 617 U1 zeigt gemäß den Figuren 3-5 eine Schubladenseitenwand mit einer Ausnehmung, wobei ein Betätigungshebel um eine in Montagelage vertikal verlaufende Achse schwenkbar gelagert ist. Der Betätigungshebel ist dazu vorgesehen, die Frontplatte mithilfe der Kraft eines Federelementes zu verriegeln, sodass eine Haltekraft für die Frontplatte bereitgestellt wird. Zur Verriegelung muss der Betätigungshebel entgegen der Kraft des Federelementes in eine die Ausnehmung verdeckende Schließstellung bewegt werden.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine kompaktere Schubladenwand der eingangs erwähnten Gattung unter Vermeidung der oben diskutierten Nachteile anzugeben.
  • Dies wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung sind in den abhängigen Patentansprüchen definiert.
  • Gemäß der Erfindung ist demnach vorgesehen, dass der Abdeckteil in allen Betriebsstellungen innerhalb der Schubladenwand angeordnet ist. Dies beinhaltet auch die Maßnahme, dass der Abdeckteil zumindest teilweise innerhalb der Wandstärke der Schubladenwand angeordnet sein kann.
  • Die Schubladenwand weist zumindest eine in der Mantelfläche angeordnete Öffnung und einen Abdeckteil zum Verschließen dieser Öffnung auf, wobei der Abdeckteil in der Schließstellung die Öffnung verdeckt und entgegen der federnden Wirkung des Federelementes in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Öffnungsebene in das Innere der Schubladenwand hinein bewegbar ist.
  • Die Öffnung in der Mantelfläche kann beispielsweise dazu vorgesehen sein, das Einführen eines Schraubendrehers zum Verdrehen von Einstellvorrichtungen der Schubladenwand und/oder zum Einführen eines Befestigungselementes einer zweiten Schubladenwand und/oder zum Einführen einer Halterung für Schubladenbauteile zu ermöglichen. Die zweite Schubladenwand kann entweder durch ein gebogenes Metallprofil oder alternativ durch eine Dekorplatte - beispielsweise aus Glas, Holz, Kunststoff, Stein oder Keramik - gebildet sein.
  • Das Federelement kann durch eine Schraubenfeder, beispielsweise eine Druckfeder, gebildet sein. Alternativ ist es möglich, dass das Federelement durch eine Materialelastizität eines Kunststoffteiles gebildet ist. In diesem Zusammenhang kann es günstig sein, wenn der Abdeckteil zusammen mit dem Federelement einstückig ausgebildet ist. Auf diese Weise sind ein einfacher Aufbau und eine wirtschaftliche Herstellung realisierbar.
  • Das Federelement kann an einem Grundkörper um eine Achse verbiegbar oder verkippbar gelagert sein. Das Federelement kann dabei einen freien Endbereich aufweisen, wobei der Abdeckteil vom freien Endbereich des Federelementes gebildet ist. Der Grundkörper kann einstückig aus Kunststoff gespritzt und in einem Hohlraum der Schubladenwand aufgenommen sein.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten und Vorteile der vorliegenden Erfindung ergeben sich anhand der in den Figuren gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiele. Dabei zeigt bzw. zeigen:

  • Fig. 1a zeigt eine perspektivische Darstellung eines Möbels 1 mit Schubladen 3, welche über (nicht gezeigte Schubladenausziehführungen) relativ zu einem Möbelkorpus 2 verfahrbar gelagert sind. Die Schubladen 3 weisen jeweils einen Schubladenboden 7, eine Schubladenwand 4 sowie ein auf die Schubladenwand 4 aufgesetztes Wandelement 5 auf. Die Schubladenwand 4 und das Wandelement 5 sind jeweils mit einer Frontblende 6 verbunden.
  • Fig. 1b zeigt die Schubladenwand 4 mit dem aufgesetzten Wandelement 5 in einer perspektivischen Ansicht. Die Schubladenwand 4 kann durch ein gebogenes Metallprofil, vorzugsweise ein metallisches Strangpressprofil oder ein Stahlblech, gebildet sein. An der Frontblende 6 ist ein Halteteil 9 mit zwei in Höhenrichtung voneinander beabstandeten Dübeln 9a zu befestigen, wobei das an der Frontblende 6 vormontierte Halteteil 9 mit einer in der Schubladenwand 4 angeordneten Verriegelungsvorrichtung 16 (Fig. 4) lösbar verriegelbar ist. Die Schubladenwand 4 weist ferner einen Auflagesteg 4a zur Lagerung des Schubladenbodens 7 und einen Befestigungsadapter 8 zur Befestigung einer Schubladenrückwand auf. Das Wandelement 5 kann ebenfalls durch ein gebogenes Hohlkammerprofil gebildet sein.
  • Fig. 2a zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht der Schubladenwand 4, welche als Hohlkammerprofil mit einer inneren Profilwand 13a und einer äußeren Profilwand 13b ausgebildet ist, wobei die innere Profilwand 13a und die äußere Profilwand 13b über eine, vorzugsweise eben ausgebildete, Mantelfläche 13c miteinander verbunden sind. An der inneren Profilwand 13a ist ein abnehmbarer Verschlussteil 12 angeordnet, welcher eine Aussparung der Profilwand 13a zum Durchtritt eines Werkzeuges abdeckt. An einer Mantelfläche der Schubladenwand 4 (also an der inneren Profilwand 13a, der äußeren Profilwand 13b und/oder an der mit dem Bezugszeichen 13c gekennzeichneten Mantelfläche) ist eine Öffnung 10 angeordnet, welche zum Durchtritt eines Schraubendrehers und/oder zur Befestigung des in Fig. 1b gezeigten Wandelementes 5 und/oder zur Befestigung einer Halterung für Schubladenbauteile vorgesehen werden kann.
  • Fig. 2b zeigt den in Fig. 2a eingerahmten Bereich in einer vergrößerten Ansicht. Die - beispielsweise rechteckförmige - Öffnung 10 der Schubladenwand 4 ist bei Nichtgebrauch durch einen bewegbar gelagerten Abdeckteil 11 verschlossen. Dieser Abdeckteil 11 ist in einer Richtung parallel zur Mantelfläche 13c feststehend und in einer Richtung entgegen der Wirkrichtung eines Federelementes 18 (Fig. 4) annähernd rechtwinklig zur Mantelfläche 13c beweglich gelagert. Der Abdeckteil 11 ist in allen Betriebsstellungen innerhalb der Schubladenwand 4 angeordnet. Gemäß einem Ausführungsbeispiel kann der Abdeckteil 11 auch einen Vorsprung 19 (Fig. 4) aufweisen, welcher in der Schließstellung des Abdeckteiles 11 mit der Mantelfläche 13c der Schubladenwand 4 bündig abschließt, sodass zwischen der Mantelfläche 13c und dem Abdeckteil 11 keine Stufen oder Absätze gebildet werden.
  • Fig. 3a zeigt die Schubladenwand 4 mit dem aufzusetzenden Wandelement 5 in einer perspektivischen Ansicht vorne. Die Öffnung 10 ist im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel an einem vorderen Ende der Schubladenwand 4 angeordnet. Die Öffnung 10 kann aber auch an einem rückseitigen Endbereich der Schubladenwand 4 und/oder an einer der beiden Profilwände 13a, 13b angeordnet sein. Das Wandelement 5 umfasst einen Haken 14, welcher in die Öffnung 10 der Schubladenwand 4 einführbar ist. Der Abdeckteil 11 ist durch das Einführen des Hakens 14 in die Öffnung 10 ausgehend von einer die Öffnung 10 verdeckenden Schließstellung entgegen der federnden Wirkung des Federelementes 18 in eine die Öffnung 10 freigebende Offenstellung bewegbar. Für jenen Fall, dass das Wandelement 5 eine massive Dekorplatte (beispielsweise aus Glas) aufweist, so wäre der Haken 14 an einem mit der Dekorplatte verbindbaren Adapterstück anzuordnen.
  • Fig. 3b zeigt den in Fig. 3a eingekreisten Bereich in einer vergrößerten Ansicht, wobei der in die Öffnung 10 einzuführende Haken 14 des Wandelementes 5 ersichtlich ist. Der Abdeckteil 11 befindet sich dabei in einer die Öffnung 10 abdeckenden Schließstellung. In Fig. 3c kontaktiert der Haken 14 den Abdeckteil 11, durch eine fortgesetzte Bewegung des Hakens 14 nach unten drückt der Haken 14 den Abdeckteil 11 entgegen der federnden Wirkung des Federelementes 18 in eine die Öffnung 10 freigebende Offenstellung, so wie es in Fig. 3d gezeigt ist. Der Haken 14 des Wandelementes 5 greift also in Montagelage in die Öffnung 10 der Schubladenwand 4 ein, sodass eine seitliche und/oder vertikale Verschiebung des Wandelementes 5 relativ zur Schubladenwand 4 verhindert oder begrenzt ist. Das Wandelement 4 kann auch eine (nicht gezeigte) Befestigungsvorrichtung für den Haken 14 umfassen, durch welche der Haken 14 relativ zur Schubladenwand 4 formschlüssig oder kraftschlüssig fixierbar ist. Wird der Haken 14 wieder aus der Öffnung 10 entfernt, so schnappt der Abdeckteil 11 durch die Wirkung des Federelementes 18 selbsttätig in die Schließstellung zurück, in welcher die Öffnung 10 durch den Abdeckteil 11 verschlossen ist. Auf diese Weise ergibt sich zum einen ein ansprechendes optisches Erscheinungsbild, zum anderen kann auch das Eindringen von Schmutz in das Innere der Schubladenwand 4 verhindert werden.
  • Fig. 4 zeigt eine Trägerschiene 15 der Schubladenwand 4 in einer perspektivischen Ansicht, welche in Montagelage mit den Profilwänden 13a, 13b (Fig. 2b) verbunden, vorzugsweise verschweißt, ist. Die Trägerschiene 15 weist im Querschnitt einen U-förmig profilierten Abschnitt auf, in welchem eine ausziehbare Schiene einer Schubladenausziehführung anordenbar ist. Der in Montagelage horizontal verlaufende Auflagesteg 4a kann mit der Trägerschiene 15 einstückig verbunden sein. Im vorderen Bereich der Trägerschiene 15 ist eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung 16 zur Befestigung des an der Frontblende 6 zu montierenden Halteteiles 9 angeordnet, wobei das Halteteil 9 mit der Verriegelungsvorrichtung 16 durch die Wirkung eines Kraftspeichers 17 selbsttätig verrastbar ist. Zu erkennen ist ein Grundkörper 20, an welchem ein Federelement 18 zur Kraftbeaufschlagung des Abdeckteiles 11 in Richtung der Schließstellung um eine Achse (X) verbiegbar oder verkippbar gelagert ist und in Richtung des Pfeils 21 entgegen der Wirkrichtung des Federelementes 18 annähernd rechtwinklig zur Mantelfläche 13c des Wandelementes 4 beweglich gelagert ist. Das Federelement 18 weist einen freien Endbereich auf, wobei der Abdeckteil 11 vom freien Endbereich dieses Federelementes 18 gebildet ist. Im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist also der Abdeckteil 11 zusammen mit dem Federelement 18 einstückig ausgebildet, wobei das Federelement 18 durch eine Materialelastizität eines Kunststoffteiles gebildet ist. Der Abdeckteil 11 kann auch einen Vorsprung 19 aufweisen, durch welchen die Öffnung 10 der Schubladenwand 4 formschlüssig verschließbar ist, sodass der Abdeckteil 11 in der Schließstellung mit der Mantelfläche 13c der Schubladenwand 4 bündig abschließt. Auf diese Weise ergibt sich eine formschöner Verschluss der Öffnung 10, ohne dass zwischen der Mantelfläche 13c und dem Abdeckteil 11 Stufen oder Absätze gebildet sind. Überdies weist der Grundkörper 20 wenigstens ein Anschlagelement 22 auf, durch welches in der gezeigten Figur eine Bewegung des Abdeckteiles 11 nach oben hin, d.h. in einer Richtung entgegen des eingezeichneten Pfeils 21, begrenzbar ist. Auf diese Weise nimmt der Abdeckteil 11 in einer Ruhelage eine definierte Endlage ein, in welcher der Abdeckteil 11 die Öffnung 10 der Schubladenwand 4 verschließt.
  • Anders als in den Figuren gezeigt, kann der Abdeckteil 11 auch einen verschiebbar gelagerten, zylindrischen Zapfen aufweisen, welcher durch eine Schraubenfeder in Richtung der Schließstellung vorgespannt ist, wobei der zylindrische Zapfen in der Schließstellung eine kreisförmige Öffnung 10 des Wandelementes 4 verschließt und welcher in einer Richtung entgegen der Wirkrichtung der Schraubenfeder, beispielsweise in oder entlang einer Führung, beweglich gelagert ist.

Claims (12)

  1. Schubladenwand (4), umfassend:
    - eine an einer Mantelfläche (13c) der Schubladenwand (4) angeordnete Öffnung (10),
    - einen beweglich gelagerten Abdeckteil (11), welcher in einer Schließstellung die Öffnung (10) verschließt und in einer Offenstellung die Öffnung (10) freigibt,
    - ein Federelement (18), durch welches der Abdeckteil (11) in einer Wirkrichtung des Federelementes (18) in Richtung der Schließstellung vorgespannt ist, wobei der Abdeckteil (11) in einer Richtung parallel zur Mantelfläche (13c) feststehend und in einer Richtung entgegen der Wirkrichtung des Federelementes (18) annähernd rechtwinklig zur Mantelfläche (13c) beweglich gelagert ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abdeckteil (11) in allen Betriebsstellungen innerhalb der Schubladenwand (4) angeordnet ist.
  2. Schubladenwand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (18) durch eine Materialelastizität eines Kunststoffteiles gebildet ist.
  3. Schubladenwand nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abdeckteil (11) zusammen mit dem Federelement (18) einstückig ausgebildet ist.
  4. Schubladenwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Federelement (18) an einem Grundkörper (20) um eine Achse (X) verbiegbar oder verkippbar gelagert ist und dass das Federelement (18) einen freien Endbereich aufweist, wobei der Abdeckteil (11) vom freien Endbereich des Federelementes (18) gebildet ist.
  5. Schubladenwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schubladenwand (4) durch ein gebogenes Metallprofil, vorzugsweise ein metallisches Strangpressprofil oder ein Stahlblech, gebildet ist.
  6. Schubladenwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abdeckteil (11) einen Vorsprung (19) aufweist, welcher in der Schließstellung des Abdeckteiles (11) mit der Mantelfläche (13c) der Schubladenwand (4) bündig abschließt.
  7. Schubladenwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (10) an einer Oberseite der Schubladenwand (4) angeordnet ist.
  8. Schubladenwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (10) an zumindest einem, vorzugsweise vorderen, Endbereich der Schubladenwand (4), angeordnet ist.
  9. Anordnung mit einer Schubladenwand (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 und mit einem Wandelement (5), welches in Montagelage auf die Schubladenwand (4) aufgesetzt ist.
  10. Anordnung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Wandelement (5) ein Haken (14) angeordnet oder ausgebildet ist, wobei der Haken (14) in der Montagelage in die Öffnung (10) der Schubladenwand (4) eingreift.
  11. Anordnung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wandelement (5) durch ein gebogenes Metallprofil oder durch eine Dekorplatte, vorzugsweise aus Glas, Holz, Kunststoff, Stein oder Keramik, gebildet ist.
  12. Schublade (3) mit zumindest einer Schubladenwand (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 oder mit einer Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11.
